Dr. Eshima is a phenomenal surgeon. Trained by the physician who worked on Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, he has personally worked on some of the most beautiful in People's magazine and patients from all over the world. I interviewed many doctors within and without California before deciding on Dr. Eshima. All of them were extremely qualified and most of them were a lot less expensive. None of them, however, performed over 6,000 surgeries and continues to be elected best surgeon by his peers year after year. None of them combines the aesthetic with the technical in a manner that always exemplifies class. None of them has before and after glossies that look as natural and beautiful Dr Eshima's. Reviewing his after photos essentially eliminated any choice. I completely disagree with an earlier comment that Dr. Eshima does more surgery than the palate can accommodate. I thought I needed a lower face/neck lift, brow lift and rhinoplasty. Dr. Eshima recommended a lower face/neck lift and lip shortening. He said that these two surgeries would bring better balance to my face and were sufficient to restore a youthful look. He was spot on. Even though my 51-year-old husband are the same age, a friend of his thought I was his daughter. My colleagues all tell me I look younger and prettier than before. Dr. Eshima's staff are professionals and excellent at ensuring that you are a good candidate for plastic surgery. They also provide fabulous post-operative care. I was always one of those women who swore they'd never get plastic surgery. I just wanted to age "naturally and gracefully", that is, until reality set in. Gravity and too much sun took it's toll on my face, I began to look tired when I was well-rested, and started not to recognize the face in the mirror looking back at me. No amounts of expensive skincare regimes, facial treatments and additional makeup really worked to repair the inevitable effects of the aging process. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed to have done, but only that I definitely was "there". I wasn't expecting miracles but only help to open my eyes more, brighten and lift my face and jawline and reduce the signs of aging.I sought out and consulted with a couple of very reputable plastic surgeons in my hometown of Salt Lake City as well as San Francisco but a great portion of their work was done on breasts. I also wanted someone who specialized only on the face. After talking with friends in the Bay area about my decision to have the surgery, I learned of Dr. Eshima. He had actually performed facial cosmetic surgery on some of them over a decade ago and they still looked PHENOMENAL. They were all in consensus that the ONLY person they'd let touch their face was Dr. Eshima. After hearing these glowing compliments and researching Dr. Eshima's outstanding credentials and positive reviews on the Internet, I decided to schedule a consultation. I had no problem getting an appointment and flew out to San Francisco to meet with Dr. Eshima and his lovely office staff (Magaly and Cathy). Let me just sum up our meeting for the purposes of this review and say that Dr. Eshima was absolutely the person who was going to do my surgery. I could not have been more impressed by, not only his indisputably impressive credentials, but also his knowledge and expertise, his very personable and kind manner and his in-depth experience and willingness to share that. He was able to make an assessment of what he thought I needed quite quickly and explained each and every procedure in enough detail for me to feel comfortable and at ease with him being my surgeon. Since I was going to be traveling from out of town, we discussed all aspects involved with that, as well. He was never overly eager to push for anything but rather had a quiet confidence about him without being arrogant or pompous. He shared numerous pictures of previous work he had done, quite impressive in and of itself, and made me excited to think that he could do some of the same for my face. The women looked 20 years younger and I was only hoping for half that, at best. I decided to schedule the surgery for 6 months later. My surgery would include a Lower Face/Necklift and Upper Blepharoplasty with Bilateral Ptosis Repair (to correct my droopy eyelids). I flew out to San Francisco the day before my scheduled surgery for my pre-op appointment and had the surgery across the street at St. Francis Hospital the next day. All went exactly as planned. Upon discharge the plan was for me to stay with a friend in the Bay area for the next 9 days to recover before flying home. Magaly and/or Cathy called me every day to monitor my progress and provided advice and suggestions for every concern or question I had. The most amazing part however, was how little discomfort I actually had. My bruising was minimal, as well, with some minimal discoloration around my eyes and neck. I returned to Dr. Eshima's office a week later for removal of the drains and some of the stitches. He felt my progress was good and I was on a plane back home just 9 days after surgery. The BEST part was when I got home. Even with some redness, minor bruising and slight swelling around my eyes and neck, my husband thought I looked AMAZING! (he was the only one who knew). He could not stop looking at my face. I wore glasses for a few weeks and not one of my other family members or friends saw past them to ask any questions. After a week or two, the upper eye redness was easily camouflaged with makeup and that is when the compliments really began. Friends began to comment as the results just got better daily. My eyes were now bright and open, I had cheekbones for what I thought was the first time and my appearance was remarkably more youthful without that tired droopy look. I needed no makeup which I hadn't been able to pull off in years. 6 months later the results keep on getting better. Scarring is very minimal and I have absolutely no eye problems whatsoever. I have has regular follow-ups with Dr. Eshima once in-person and the rest via Skype which has worked out very well being from out of town. Sixty going to forty-five!! This was my best birthday present ever! About ten months prior to my 60th birthday I travelled half around the world to meet Dr. Eshima in San Francisco. I was considering having my first plastic surgery ever and he was highly recommended by a very good friend of mine. I had visited a couple of plastic surgeons in Zurich, Switzerland, where I live, but I did not feel 100% confident with either of them. The fact that Dr. Eshima works only on faces gave me a great deal of confidence. Many doctors do liposuctions, belly tucks, breast implants and.... faces, among other surgeries; this is not the case with Dr. Eshima. During my conversation with Dr. Eshima I felt at ease and very self-assured. I appreciated his approach and demeanor. While we were talking he looked at my face with the discretion and respect typical of a Japanese person, which he is, but with the experienced eye of the superb surgeon he certainly is. I never felt scrutinized nor dissected. Nonetheless, at the end of the conversation he knew exactly the weak points on my face. He recommended a face lift to correct my double chin and sagging cheeks, eye lids surgery to fix my "sad" look and an upper lip shortening to recover my youthful mouth. Dr. Eshima explained the procedure in a clear and precise manner. Back home I spoke with my husband about the surgery and my impression about Dr. Eshima. While in Zurich I had a couple of skype phone calls with Dr. Eshima and at one point in time my husband, who was very concerned about the prospect of the surgery, spoke with Dr. Eshima who explained to my husband the whole procedure citing the risks and expected results. I scheduled the date for the intervention and I flew back to San Francisco, arriving one week prior to the surgery and I stayed an additional two and a half weeks for post operatory checkups and recovery. I had my procedure done just two months before my 60th birthday and, as I said, it was my best birthday present ever! I feel now like a 45-year old again! I feel refreshed and very confident. I'm noticed again and that's great, especially at 60! I'm fortunate enough to have a loving husband who has always been very sweet and gallant but now he praises my looks even more often. He recently told me that he feels the pressure now that I look so much younger I will not minimize the fact that the recovery process was much tougher than expected, but it was worth it! Dr. Eshima brought my eyes back to their original size and shape, I love my clear jaw line and my mouth looks fresher and fuller although no fillers were used. The look is absolutely natural. One of the best compliments I have received came from my dermatologist who had always told me that she would never let anyone touch her face but after she saw the result of my intervention she asked me for Dr. Eshima's phone number and even told me that she felt like calling him to let him know what a good job he had done. I heard some of my neighbors talking about Dr. Eshima, so I asked my primary care physician about him. Her simple answer was "He is the best". I will say up front that Dr. Eshima's services are more expensive than other surgeons. However my response to this was that I did not want to save money on my face. He is known for his beautiful and natural work. He only works on faces so he has truly perfected his skill as an artist. My biggest fear in the years I have been thinking about doing this was that I would end up with a "facelift" look. That would be horrible. Dr. Eshima's facelifts are completely natural. After my first consultation I knew that he was the right choice. I have thin skin and, although I had always looked younger than my years in the past, I had reached a point now in my early 50's where the lines and sagging skin around my mouth and eyes was making me look older than I was. I had given up on eye shadow because there wasn't any point - you couldn't see it! I had a full upper and lower facelift, neck lift and lip shortening (highly recommend the lip lift). The works!! Three months ago I underwent a lower facelift and neck lift by Dr. Eshima, it was the most wonderful gift that I ever could have given myself! I have never been happier about myself than I am now, which is why I decided to share my experience on Yelp. I did not read any of the reviews of Dr. Eshima prior to my surgery, however having done so now, I understand why his patients who did post reviews are so pleased. There was one however which caught my eye having to do with a woman wishing to schedule her surgery before a consultation. I cannot imagine doing so, as the patient should most definitely meet with the surgeon to learn all about the procedure(s), and in truth by meeting with multiple surgeons I knew exactly what I was looking for the moment I met Dr. Eshima. I began researching Plastic Surgeons five years ago at 51 years of age, and had not met a surgeon who I believed would bring back the 'me' from two decades ago. I was introduced to Dr. Eshima through Dr. Richard Glogau, who was the Dermatologist I was referred to through my mothers dermatologist in NYC. When I explained to Dr. Glogau what my issues were, he recommended that I meet with three local San Francisco surgeons, all of whom he highly recommended. I chose to meet with two of the surgeons (having met with three surgeons in my own community of Tucson, AZ), and Dr. Eshima was the last surgeon I met with. Scheduling a consultation was simple and straight forward and well from well worth the trip from out of town. husband and I were sitting in his waiting room, having been greeted by his delightful and welcoming staff, when we were immediately taken into Dr. Eshima's office at our appointed time. Dr. Eshima was direct, clear and kind in his approach to explaining what he recommended for my procedure. Both my husband and I knew before the conclusion of our consultation that he was the surgeon for me. He is kind, detailed, direct, confident, and everything that I wanted in the surgeon who was going to have my face in his hands literally. I am writing this three months post surgery. I cannot help but look into the mirror as often as I can, as I not only see a younger me, but the neck and chin that Dr. Eshima constructed for me, are more beautiful than I had when I was twenty years younger or that I was born with. Where to begin.... I guess from the beginning. A little about myself, I am 47. I am an RN. I now stay home with my young children. My prior cosmetic surgery history only consisted of breast implants in 2006. Other than that, just simple botox and rarely fillers. Over the last few years I began to see changes in my eyes and face that almost startled me as I passed by a mirror. I say 'startled' because, I am 47 and have young children, and the face I would catch a glimpse of did not match the image I held of myself. I feel young and am in the early stages of my parenting journey since I got a later start in that department. I have had Dr. Eshima's name for a long time. It was first given to me by my very well known hairdresser. She once told me, she sees all the face lifts, the scars, (or LACK of scars in the case of Dr. Eshima's patients), etc. and he was 'the guy' to go to. So I held onto that name. I read the endless 5 star reviews about Dr. Eshima. Many were from nurses. And being a nurse, I know how picky we can be- as we see first hand that not all doctors are equal and it pays to do your research. I was in need of a breast surgeon for a revision of my implant surgery. I knew Dr. E didn't do that procedure as he focuses solely on the face. But I went to see him anyway as I was interviewing many doctors for my breast surgery. So let me start by mentioning a key way this office sets itself apart. Again, I was going to many offices to find a breast surgeon. Dr. Eshima's office was the only one I would describe as providing the ultimate patient experience. They have even mastered scheduling. Each and every time I went to their office for initial consults, post op visits, stitches removal, etc. I was NEVER faced with the uncomfortable scenario of sitting in a packed waiting room. I was actually NEVER even faced with seeing other patients (who I could possibly know, etc. ) They run their office with patient confidentiality at the top of mind. So during my first visit to see him, I knew within 10 minutes I had found probably the ONLY person I would ever trust to touch my face. And over the course of a very relaxed, thorough, and FREE consult, he convinced me that my first impression was more than correct. He showed me relevant before and after photos. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The subtle transformations took 10-20 years off of these patients! I was SOLD! Without anyone trying to sell me. I fact, If anything, Dr. Eshima was encouraging me to see other doctors, to think about things, saying there was no rush. He welcomed me to come back anytime or contact the office for any questions. By the end of the visit, I trusted this man to perform pretty much any surgery on me. Now, for the grand finale, Dr. Eschima's ace in the hole is his staff- Magaly and Cathy. I ended up deciding to do Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty and lip shortening. Magaly called me EVERY day for approximately 10 days- weekends included! The support made all of the difference. I never had to feel anxious or question anything. I knew they had perfected this art. They are honestly the dream team! Not only is everything provided in writing so you can be sure you follow all the post- op instructions correctly. They were there to answer any questions- Anytime! And let me add- they did so in a warm and welcoming way. Never once did I feel like a question might sound silly or never was I worried I was bothering them. As you can see, I could continue to go on and on. But in summary.... I feel so fortunate to have been under the care of Dr. Eshima and his team. They felt like family by the end. When I pass by the mirror, I love what I see now! Again, I am 47 so the changes were subtle, but have made such a big difference. Dr. E explained how this surgery will last a lifetime and by doing it now, I won't have that experience of a drastic change where it would be obvious I had surgery. The exciting part, I am about 3 months out and Dr. Eshima said my best results will start appearing at around 6 months. Interview many surgeons as it is important to do your due diligence, but I feel confident you will never find anyone better than Dr. Eshima. I'm the luckiest girl in the world! That's how I feel whenever I look in the mirror. I feel lucky because I had the courage to have a major cosmetic procedure done and even luckier that I chose Dr. Eshima to do it. I was so impressed with the results of her surgery, that I knew if I ever decided to have this work done, Dr. Eshima would be my surgeon! At the age of 64, I was realizing just how unhappy I was with my sagging jowls, neck and eyelids and decided that the time had come to do something about it! I called and made an preliminary appointment with Dr. Eshima for the next time that I would be in San Francisco, as I live out of state. I looked forward to that appointment and it was a very positive experience. Dr. Eshima spent a very relaxed hour or more with me, discussing what exactly I wanted to accomplish by having surgery and sharing with me many before and after photos of previous patients. The photos spoke for themselves, the results of the surgeries were amazing and the best part, the thing that concerned me the most about having this done, was that EVERYONE, female and male looked incredible and completely natural! Dr. Eshima encouraged me to seek 2nd and 3rd opinions with other Surgeons, but I really felt no need to do it. These women were Great!!! They supported me through the process, sent me all kinds of helpful material from where to stay locally to restaurants in the area. They were always helpfull, always patient and made the process so comfortable and easy! I arrived in S.F. two days before surgery at which time I had my pre-op appt. and pre- surgery photos taken. Surgery went smoothly! Although i was confident about the outcome of my surgery, I had a concern that i would have to go through an awkward stage of looking "different". My first view on my face was the morning after surgery. I remember being amazed that I could look so good 24 hours after the "Trauma" of surgery and that my face was looking better than my hair at that point! There was minimal swelling, hardly any bruising and, best of all, no discomfort! I was fortunate that i was able to stay with family during my recovery. Magaly called daily to check in with me and answer any questions and also, remind me of certain post surgery requirments, "Keep your chin up like a Ballerina", etc. Dr. Eshima also called several time to see how I was doing! The most difficult part on the recovery period for me was the necessity to sleep on my back for the first month, something that I found to be a challenge! I had two follow up appointments with Dr. Eshima before heading home after 3 weeks. Many out of state, or out of country patients choose to leave sooner, but I was fortunate to have the time to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed those visits with Dr. Eshima! He is very confident in his abilities, (As well he should be), but also very down to earth and relaxed. My story is a little different. BOTH myself and my husband were patients of Dr. Eshima. Two years ago, we both decided we needed our faces "refreshed". We saw several different Plastic Surgeons, who came highly recommended, but couldn't seem to make that final step and set surgery dates. In any event, I am the girl from East Tennessee who had a rhinoplasty done in July 2017. If you are considering this procedure, I recommend that you read my first review. I am almost 9 months post op now and my nose looks amazing. My husband was not super supportive of me having the procedure and I never understood exactly why until recently. He finally admitted that he was worried I would become so beautiful that I would no longer want to be with him. Haha! Bless his heart, I do love him. Although he said it looked fine before, he now admits that it is way more beautiful than before surgery. Gone are the days that I have to pose only at certain angles and in certain light. My experience with Dr. Eshima and his office has been nothing less than stellar! I am 5 months out from my surgery (lower face and eyes) and I wear my hair in a ponytail with no scars. Dr. Eshima is the unicorn of surgeons; he is simply magical. I am a mid-thirties professional who underwent an upper blepharoplasty, brow lift, ptosis repair AND rhinoplasty with alar base six months ago. Yes, I had all of that done. Let me explain because I know that sounds crazy. I always had issues with heavy eyelids and as I've gotten older, I started to look angry and tired all the time. This, coupled with the ptosis in one eye, started to really bother and age me. Dr. Eshima is the finest practitioner in the cosmetic plastic surgery field. He works exclusively on the face and neck and is superior to other top surgeons for several important reasons. My dermatologist is world famous and has practiced in San Francisco for decades. He's seen the results of thousands of cosmetic surgeries. When I asked him to recommend a plastic surgeon he cautioned me that most facial surgery is done on women. He trusted only 3 to work on men. Dr. Eshima was the third I consulted, since he had no website two years ago. What a huge difference from the other two surgeons! No trophy wife #4 as receptionist/assistant; rather a great insightful lady with a PhD for counsel as well as a competent registered nurse in the office. After surgery you awaken with another wonderful lady, also a nurse, taking exclusive care of you through the night and next morning at the hospital. She's worked with Dr. Eshima for many years. I could not be more pleased with my results! I am a 20 year old college student living in Santa Barbara and decided to undergo an open rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Eshima after seeing my sister's results, who has also undergone a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Eshima. I accompanied her to take the splint off her face and as soon as it was removed I knew I wanted Dr. Eshima to perform my surgery as well. Her nose fit her face PERFECTLY, and she still looked exactly like her old self, but better. I had some reservations about getting my nose done in the first place because I was only looking to fix a deviated septum and bring the length of my nose back ever so slightly to be balanced with my face. I was afraid a surgery would render my nose to look "done" or "too small", but after seeing the way my sister's nose was so perfectly balanced with her features after surgery, I was incredibly excited to undergo the procedure with Dr. Eshima. I had a consult, and felt very good about him. He was straightforward, and informative, and put me at ease right away. I really enjoyed hearing his advice. I showed him the work I had done on one of my eyelids (yes, I was lopsided), and he gave me good feedback, and reassured me that the work was done very well. When a doctor is recommended by other doctors as the "best", there is no need to look further. I had a facelift 20 years ago by a top San Francisco Plastic Surgeon. I was left with visible scars in front of both of my ears, and I was not happy with the results of the surgery. Subsequently, I had a bletharoplasty and again, the result was less than I had hoped for. The surgery left me with uneven lids and a droopy look. I am now 64 years old, and although I was often told that I looked much younger than my years, I was not happy with my face. By age 63 I had spent years increasingly disheartened and frustrated every time I looked in the mirror. I didn't feel old but I felt that I looked older than I should. I was never comfortable with the idea of having anything injected into my face, i.e. Botox or fillers. I generally choose natural methods of healing over medications, and generally seek out alternative practitioners. I confess that I don't completely trust Allopathic doctors. My surgery went as smoothly as Dr. Eshima said it would. I stayed in the hospital overnight with a private nurse and went home the next day. My nurse, Mary Kay was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and kept a very close eye on my progress through the night. Magaly called every day for over two weeks. Her calls were very reassuring and extremely informative. I had regular appointments with Dr. Eshima at which he answered all my questions. If I had any questions or concerns between visits my calls were answered immediately by either Cathy or Magaly. In doing my research for a complete overhaul of my face(eyes, forehead, face and neck) I interviewed 7 plastic surgeons over three years. I went to the two "best in town" in Sacramento (where I live), two very well known doctors in Beverly Hills, and three highly recommended surgeons in San Francisco. All were professional and courteous and had interesting ideas of what they saw and what they thought I should do. In every case I considered the doctors very seriously but always decided not to go ahead with the surgery....until I met Dr. Eshima. From the minute I walked into his beautiful office across from Saint Francis Hospital on Nob Hill every thing said to me - This is the ONE. Dr Eshima showed me countless pictures of his work and told me what to look for when interviewing other surgeons and reviewing their work. I felt the "art" in his work spoke for itself, however talking to him reassured me even more. I am 43 years old and have spent my life in the sun living a very active life. My skin had paid the price and my facial structure was sagging. I had many people close to me tell me I didn't need the face lift -- that I was beautiful etc. Most of my friends were almost indignant at the thought of surgery -- and let me know how distasteful they found it. Those same people are now eating their words. This is my first review on yelp, I am not the type to review. However my experience with this doctor has compelled me to share this with others, because I am so happy and grateful. I don't think that I can say enough wonderful things about Dr. Eshima as a doctor and an artist, or his staff. After trauma to the nose and terrible patch up job by a well reputed surgeon overseas 6 years ago, I had decided that I would never ever go under the knife unless it was to deliver a child! Over time my family would gently tell me that there is something 'off' about it, and why not just talk to a surgeon. One day at another Dr.'s office I asked the nurse (who recently had a facelift) about who she thinks the best doctor is. She said "Oh Dr. Issa Eshima hands down, the best of the best." She herself was unable to go to him because of timing, but he was her absolute first choice. She said you can google him and see reviews, but the man doesn't have a website because frankly he didn't need one and all his clients were word of mouth. Interesting I thought, but I was still reluctant and afraid. Six months later, noticing a slow but sure distortion in my nose I decided to start looking for a surgeon. MY REVIEW WAS FILTERED FOR WHATEVER REASON SO IM REPOSTING!!!! *ASIAN EYELID SURGERY* Like many asians I was born without the double eyelids. I've seen about 9 different plastic surgeons to get a free consult to seek the right Dr to give me the eyes that I have always wanted. Every consult visit I have gone to; each Dr showed me before and after pictures of their previous patients. Out of all the 9 Drs visits there was at least one photo where I did not like how one of the patients' eyes turned out after their eyelid procedures. I checked the internet for other Drs that were supposedly the best within the US or the world. Again, 4 out of 5 pictures patients after photos were ok however there was always that one patient that didn't turn out how i would of liked it too. When I saw Dr Eshima's before and after pictures of his patients I did not find one photo that i disagreed with. I was shocked...every single picture was natural, clean and so precise with the right touch. I met Dr Eshima last year for my first consultation for the asian eyelid surgery last year. Dr Eshima off the bat was a very professional Dr like any other doctor. He answered all my questions, told me a little bit about himself and at the end of the consult he did not try to convince me or pressure me to go through with anything. He just told me when I am ready to call or come back as many times as I need to. The beginning of this year I made my second appointment with Dr Eshima. What made me choice Dr Eshima was that his behavior of kindness, the vibe of being a humble man (a vibe that can not be faked) who took pride in his "work of art," his bed side manners and his sense of humor. If your smart enough you can become a doctor, but not everyone can become a artistic doctor with precision and accuracy like Dr Eshima. Dr Eshima was very honest, telling me what might look too unnatural and suggested other routes which I took his advice and now I am so grateful that I had this procure done by Dr Eshima and no one else. From the surgery room to recovery time his staff was awesome! They made sure I felt safe and reassured me that everything was going well. They make sure you are clear about before and after care instructions. On top of that you get a phone call EVERYDAY from his assistants to make sure you are ok. They make sure you are well prepared with medical supplies and medications and answer all questions you have. The procedure was literally PAINLESS! I have never had any clinic, hospitals or Dr offices give such good service like Dr Eshima and staff. I have had prior surgery done before and my previous plastic surgeon and his staff did not treat me the way Dr Eshima and staff did. Their services did not even compare!! At the end its been almost 5 months since my eyelid surgery and I can't say enough how happy I am with my results. I get so many compliments, I have more confidence and I hand out Dr Eshima's phone number constantly because my friends and family ask me who did my eyelid procedure. My look is natural, he fixed my eyes which my skin was drooping and one eye was bigger than the other. Now my eyes are almond shaped, with the right amount of lift and are evenly symmetrical. I am writing this review because of Dr Eshima's skills and services I am such a confident person now with a beautiful face. I won't make this long and drawn out, I just want to shed light to those considering having Eshima do their surgery. He did my open rhinoplasty 12 years ago. During my followup appointments I commented on my nose being crooked. He said it was just the swelling and it would even out and proceeded to give me steroid injections in my nose to help the process. I shared my concerns for 1.5 yeas about the crookedness and kept getting the same response- to wait. Then, 2 years hit and when I complained again and asked for it to be fixed because ample time had gone by for it to set, he said it had been too long since the surgery and there was nothing he could do unless I paid again for 'an additional procedure.' Today, I have a stud nose piercing on my right side to offset the crookedness. Over the past 2 yeas I have noticed nubs forming at the bridge of my nose and have been having sensitivity and now pressure (like someone is pushing on it). I went to see a doctor and he said the graft that Eshima took from behind my ear to create a new bridge had separated and is crumbling inside of my nose. He said if a plastic surgeon says that's their way of doing rhinoplasties, to run. It may last for a short period of time but over time it will come undone and cause pain and problems. read more

I stopped by since I was in the area and had a parking spot! I just wanted to take a look at their before and after book, but Kathy at reception was most unaccommodating, saying that I needed an appt to look at the book. Given that I wasn't asking for anyone's time and already standing in their office, I felt I was asking for a very small favor. Her rudeness and total inflexibility were such a turn off that I will most likely never make that appt. my first impression is pretty negative merely because of the negative attitude from the receptionist.
