I saw Dr Morss-Walton recently for Botox and an acne consultation. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She listened closely and I truly felt like she cared about my concerns. I've gone to my fair share of dermatologists and Med Spas and this was the best experience by far. The botox looks great, very natural and exactly what I asked for. I'll definitely be coming back and I know if I have any medical skin issues Dr Morss-Walton has me covered. The visit with Dr. Walton was pleasant and very short. We just get straight to the point with no frills. Instructions were given, was prescribed a few things, shot was given and then asked for a follow up. Was out the consultation room in less than 10 minutes. What I didn't have a good experience with is the company's practice and lack of professionalism when it comes to billing and insurance / credit card retention. I gave them my insurance information 5x and they still did not keep my in-network insurance on file until I asked them to charge my $40 copay the afternoon of my visit after I realized that there's definitely a copay for that visit. I called 4x before someone answered. During the call to pay my copay, it turns out the front desk person I met did not put my information in despite saying she did. What she did keep was my credit card information that they refuse to delete despite me never signing any form to justify it. This practice will try to make you sign a form that forces you to keep a payment card on file, have it charged without notification when there is a bill and forgo your right to dispute the charge if there's a discrepancy in billing. I shared the image of the form below. The front desk personnel will also hound you if you don't put your personal address and ssn on the forms. I gave them my address but the fd still refused to acknowledged that I wrote it down. I generally have payment cards stored for copayments at other practices. However, I have never had practice (or worked at a practice) that has these terms and conditions. It feels almost predatory and extremely insensitive. I understand when bills are due they are due. However, not saving my insurance information when I gave it multiple times, refusing to acknowledge I had filled the health forms online and even written down my address. Is just terrible practice as someone who also works in the medical field. I even emailed the team and offered them to submit the insurance claim myself just to ensure that it does get billed to them first. I even asked for a patient ledger once it's done cause I need to know my claim gets billed correctly. Furthermore, they do store you whole card information on their computer system and not an secure off-site institution as they claim, cause the FD on the phone confirming my copay was able to repeat the card number from front to back. Trust me this is not standard practice at medical offices or even businesses. At most the only card info a business would have is the last 4 digits of the card and it's expiration. Not the whole card's information I did not sign anything (their green agreement policy) that authorizes them to charge my card without my consent or say so cause I am not tardy on bills. (If I was why would I called 3 hours later to pay my copay immediately) But treating every new or existing patient like they are out for free service gives the impression that it's money first before your health by a long-shot. Most practices I've been to are not like this The whole fiasco about not wanting to save my insurance so they bill me directly instead cemented my experience at this practice. The doctor may be nice but the billing system and practice is definitely flawed. It's almost like they operate more like a beauty spa/ clinic than an actual medical facility for people with skin conditions. The administrative staff seem unwilling to actually do their role besides pushing you to fill out the green agreement form (pictured below), give card information and your address to ensure they can bill you instead and then send you to collections. Everything but sending the claim to insurance it seems. Definitely won't be back and will follow up to ensure they do send my claims, and would not recommend this practice to any patient needing care without the administrative stress. read more

I scheduled a consultation with Gennie through the company's website, which clearly stated that appointments under the "Consult" tab were free. After booking, I received multiple emails requesting I upload documents ahead of time, and I even spoke with a staff member to confirm details before arriving. At the appointment, Gennie was decent and offered general feedback, but nothing particularly actionable. Then, shortly after I left, I received an unexpected invoice for $180. I pushed back, citing their own website's claim that consultations were free. Their response? That booking the appointment was free--not the appointment itself. That's misleading at best. No reasonable person expects to pay just for clicking "Book Appointment" on a website. No where did there show any fees; it's fine if they choose to charge a consult fee. BUT THAT SHOULD BE CLEARLY COMMUNICATED ON THE SITE, IN THE SCHEDULING, IN THE CONFIRMATION, SOMEWHERE BEFORE A CUSTOMER EVEN COMES IN. This kind of bait-and-switch is unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Misleading customers into surprise charges isn't just bad business--it's unethical. I came in for an ipl session with Nicole who has a wonderful bedside manner. Everyone in the office was so lovely and friendly with each other, that I was joking I wanted to get a job there. The location is super convenient and the office was bright and clean. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a visit with Dr. Peyton Morss-Walton 2 weeks ago, they were 40 minutes late and I had to wait. The appointment lasted only 10 minutes and they gave me a prescription at the pharmacy, saying that I could change the pharmacy if I wanted later. After the appointment, I tried to call the clinic many times over the course of 2 weeks to ask them to give me a copy of the notes from the doctor and change the pharmacy - but no one answered the phone, they have a voicemail that they never answer or call back. I think this is very rude and unprofessional on the part of the clinic. I paid the money down the drain. Terrible attitude towards his clients. When I finally got through to their office and told them about my problem, Kat's assistant promised to contact the doctor and change the pharmacy and call me back, but again, no one did. I got tattoo removal done from Dr. Reese back in November, 2021 and it is still not healed and is tender to touch. The doctor was respectful and the anesthesia made it so there was no pain from the laser but I'm questioning if multiple passes really should be done in one appointment. I only had two passes completed on my tattoo and I got what I believe is a 3rd degree burn. I will have a raised scar there forever now and it has been a painful process to heal from over the last 4-5 months and it was relatively expensive so I don't feel it was worth it and I won't be continuing with the removal. read more

I wanted to thank their staff for getting me in the Next Day after they received a Morning Cancelation. I really Appreciate it! I think I had a Splinter that I was unaware of that turned into into a Capillary Hemangioma on my pointer finger, possibly my own fault trying to get the splinter out with tweezers. In less than 30 minutes Dr. Reese gave me a local anesthesia, the Hemangioma was Cut off and Cauterized all while talking about BBQ. I had a great experience with their laser tattoo removal services! I scheduled an appt with Dr. Reese based on a friend's recommendation. I had only experienced tattoo removal with numbing cream before. It's very painful as you still feel the laser snapping against your skin. In contrast, Dr. Reese injects anesthetic into your tattoo site and I barely felt pain this time around. Dr. Reese and his team also have great customer service skills. Everyone I interacted with at the office was friendly and conversational. Tattoo removal takes multiple sessions, so I'll be heading back in two months for more rounds! read more

I came to see Dr Reese because I was having long lasting symptoms from my angular cheilitis. I also wasn't sure if I had other skin conditions on top of it so I figured it would be a good idea to get a second opinion. Dr Reese was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient. I don't always feel like I'm the best communicator so I appreciate that Dr Reese was easy to talk to and seemed to really want to get to know his patient. He prescribed a topical antibiotic and agreed I was on the right course of action (with the anti fungal and steroid cream) So it's just a matter of time that the lingering symptoms get better. Hopefully this does the trick and treats the remnant symptoms I've been having. Also the prices here are extremely affordable compared to other private dermatology clinics. I may update this review later but until then I'm pretty happy with my experience read more

Unfortunately, I cannot say that I had a good experience. I met with Dr. Kim who seemed pleasant enough. He recommended a CT scan which I had completed. Unfortunately, he did not document his recommendation and my insurance company was not going to cover the cost. I spoke with a very pleasant billing associate in the office who sent me a copy of the medical notes from my visit and assured me Dr Kim would write a letter indicating that he did recommended the CT scan. The office called me back 2 days later to confirm the letter would come later in the day. 2 weeks later, nothing. Here's the awful part, I read the doctor's note and was appalled at the lack of professionalism. First paragraph stated that I said I had seen numerous doctors and that none agreed to the lipoma removal, and he stated that he found that surprising. In fact, I said I called a number of offices and received no responses, a very different scenario. In the age of COVID, not receiving a response is not surprising. First impression, he didn't listen very well. Worse, the next paragraph threw me under the bus. He stated that I seemed to know exactly what to say to get the procedure covered by my insurance. He dismissed my very real complaints of pain and actually said this in his notes. I would not have known any of this if I had never seen his notes. As a Psychologist, I would never write anything like he did about a patient in my notes. He basically accused me of malingering. If he had a concern, he should have spoken to me about it. Not put it in a clinical note. That's my unfortunate and unprofessional experience with Dr. Kim. I hope he sees this and gives second thought to placing another patient in my position. read more

Two years ago, I started experiencing extreme dryness on my face and then occasional itchy hives, especially when I was feeling warm or anxious out at work! It sucked: I'd always break out into hives before a big presentation!! A work friend told me to go see Dr. Reese and I am forever grateful for that recommendation. It turned out I had adult onset eczema and Dr. Reese treated it without topical cortisone, which was greatly appreciated. I have seen Dr Hall for almost 4 years now for skin cancer checks and got 12 moles removed by her, some of which were suspicious for skin cancer. I have probably seen her at least 10 times or more over the years. I absolutely love and adore her bedside manner and she has such skill removing my moles ( some of which are quite large) that the scars are almost invisible. My husband also saw her for some moles he got removed and one larger cyst on his back. We are both so sad she is leaving this practice and will miss her! read more

Dr. Reese has been my dermatologist for the past 2 years and has been fantastic! He has always been so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to answer my questions, help me be informed about various treatments, and so on. I first came to Dr Reese for persistent adult acne. He first prescribed lower-strength prescription solutions, and when they didn't totally work, I started Accutane per his recommendation. I appreciated that he helped me weigh the costs and benefits of taking Accutane (which is a pretty serious drug), and answered all my questions along the way. I started and completed accutane totally virtually due to COVID. My results were fantastic, and my skin has never looked better. Highly recommend Dr. Reese as a general dermatologist, or for anyone struggling with adult acne. read more
