During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.

They took it apart but were not able to put it back together. I called several times to get help for the money I paid to fix the bed and the broken items and they refused to call me back. Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.

It is very annoying to have to stand and wait to be noticed, especially since there is only a narrow window on the door leading to the back which makes it impossible to be seen from the back unless both you and the employee are both standing at the right angle at the right time and they happen to glance in the direction of the narrow window. They need to have a better system because there have been several times that I almost walked out because I didn't have the time to wait around on someone to finally notice me, especially when I'm on my lunch break!

I can see very clearly that it is at a FedEx ship center and that there was some problem with the address but they won't even let me talk to anyone at the local office about it because I don't have a FedEx tracking number (I have the number the shipper provided, which is SpeedPAK international shipping). SpeedPAK can see its status with FedEx and show it to me, but I can't talk to FedEx about it. There isn't even a publicly available number to the local shipping facility, all customer service calls go to central number. FedEx used to be great, now they are horrible.
