During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. That picture could've been taken anywhere, and it certainly was not taken at my property because I don't have dirt at I've had to drive 80 miles round-trip to pick up packages their office. Now again, yesterday, they marked package as delivered, and the picture was not my property. It was medication that was needed the next day and it is nowhere to be found. Once they deliver they don't care there's no way to contact a driver to retrace where they off at. So you're screwed. I can't stress enough how horrible this company is.
