I've only ever used one product and I do like it, but the customer service is insanely bad. I've never experienced such robotic pointless emails. My order was delayed in shipping (it was shipped 2.5 weeks ago), it still hasn't arrived and it may not arrive at all. Obviously they can't help a shipping delay, but once I asked for them to do something about it they offered to either replace or refund my order (which, btw, was one item and it was $25). I asked them to replace it, and then they emailed me again to say that was a "misunderstanding" and they can't replace it. Once I started using it Cosmetics I never stopped. And I keep adding more of their products to my cosmetics bag. I buy their products at Ulta stores and directly from them, online. I swear by their Secret Sauce moisturizer. I started using it when I saw a wrinkle developing across my chin. I never believed anybody who told me a moisture cream delayed wrinkle development but when I saw a diagonal line on my chin I started looking for something to stop it from deepening. Within 2 weeks of using Secret Sauce I could see the wrinkle was lessening. It's gone now - look at my pic and you'll see no diagonal line on my chin! I can believe that Secret Sauce was developed in partnership with plastic surgeons because it works. I use it before bed at night and under my foundation in the morning. It absorbs into my skin and leaves a bit of shine on my skin's surface. I also swear by their Bye Bye Foundation. A dime-sized squirt on the brush covers my entire face and evens out my pale skin and dark freckles. It has a 50+ UVA/UVB sun protection and built in moisturizer so it's good stuff. My face doesn't have caked on make-up and my skin looks polished. I finish it off with a brush dipped with Bye Bye Pores airbrush powder. I now use their No-Tug gel eyeliner and love how it looks and that I don't have to sharpen the point, as I did with the eyeliner I used to use. I also use Your Lips But Better lip liner to color my lips before using their Je Ne Sais Qui lip balm. The color is deeper than my natural lip color so it's good for daywear/work. SCAM WEBSITE If I could give negative stars I would! I tried placing an order for a product that was $74.85 and it kept saying temporary connection error please try again later your payment will not be processed until you have successfully checked out. AKA got a confirmation email about the product being placed. I DID not ever make it to the end page of checkout or get an email saying my product was placed. I got charged FOUR times for a product that was $74.85. Had to call their customer service line twice and they did nothing. The First Lady I talked to said they have to get authorization to "un-hold" my money it should take 15-20 minutes to go back into my account. Two hours later still nothing, so I called back and got a guy. He said that there is nothing else they can do, as they have unheld the money (unfroze it) basically saying that when I place an order they take the money out, but not completely out? It's just frozen in my account. which didn't make any sense to me. I called my bank and they said the money has been taken out, they have to make a claim towards for the process of getting my money returned. I lost out on $299.4 because this website is a complete scam. This is ridiculous and the website should be held accountable for their actions! I purchased the CC eye cream concealer, I suffer from small dark spots around my left eye, the CC eye cream covers it up in no time at all and takes very little to do the job, it also rids those dark circles under your eyes, awesome! Horrible customer service. Placed an order and immediately realized there was an old address. I tried to cancel order and there was no option. I contacted customer service (yes, it was at 4:55) and the girl said I contacted the wrong number. I verified what was on site and what was on my call log and it was the same number. I called my bank and they said that IT cosmetics took my money and it was up to them when they release my money back to me or send me my order. So another words where is my $134. FRAUD ALERT!!!!! I used to love their products, but had to cancel my online subscription and overall use of their products. My account with it Cosmetics was canceled three years ago. I have several forms of written and verbal confirmation of this. However, for the past three years they have still charged me for my subscription. I have called the company and each time I get a different story - we've never heard of you, you don't have an account with us, here's your original cancellation from 2018, oh well we've been sending products to your house (which they have not and no proof of tracking to prove this), and so on. They lie each time and I've recorded interactions of each person I've spoken to. Despite my credit card company handling this, they continue to charge my account $54 a month for no services whatsoever. Even with the fraud charges and changing my credit card numbers, they try to get my money, so I'm going to get my lawyer involved soon. I have had to return the tightline mascara and their eyeliners 2 x due to being almost totally dry when they arrived. Boy I was so happy to get a 2 for 1 w/ qvc on these items. Sadly I was sent unusable dried up stock. No one at the factory wanted to discuss it really, or take my info. to have a supervisor contact me about all my returns and costs to do so. Good concept but poor execution: This product line is Orange based for all foundation products, according to the company's representatives. They also stated most returns were for this reason. I ordered their merchandise online instead of buying it at ULTA like I should have. They advertise the kit I purchased was only $49.95 - hey guess what - it wasn't. They charged me a total of 3 times for $49.95 saying I didn't read the fine print and that I would be receiving more. I told them their make up was sh*# anyways. I don't even wear the stuff I purchased because it was supposed to be "light" - but it turned me orange (just as previous yelp reviews mention). I talked to a supervisor after the guy on the phone was rude and condescending. The supervisor told me he would cancel my account and refund the $100 they owed me without even putting up a fight. Which leads me to believe they get this complaint a lot. Not to mention, when you call their 1-800 number, in the automated prompt it even says, "if you are calling about a recent charge to your account..." and then goes on to explain why people might have seen multiple charges to their account. If you get this complaint so much that you have an automated prompt explaining it - maybe you shouldn't handle business that way? Point is: This make up sucks and they draw you in to get your money. I bought this today from Ulta. I noticed how great the foundation looked on the gal that does my brows. She is very fair and the foundation looked flawless. She picked my color and applied it. It is a beautiful full coverage foundation and very dewy and has a spf of 50 , I have used Chanel and other high end foundations all of my life. This was no less than perfection ! Added plus it was much less expensive than the cost of the high end products like Laura Mercier and others. I suggest you have someone at ulta apply it and see if the color is good. I had no orange tones ! Plus I bought one and had no dealing with continuing products being sent. I avoid all cosmetics on line except for a blush stick called boom. Really love the products but I am not happy about the holding charge. They basically charged my card double of what I ordered and advised they would return it 2 weeks later. That was never disclosed to me at all while ordering on the phone. So I was supposed to be charged 160 dollars and was charged 160 twice, one a holding charge. It's my debit card so they straight up took cash out my bank account to hold on theirs. For this reason, I will never ever EVER go through the distributor. WTF?! How is this even ethical? read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! You get your product but poor customer service. If you try to return a product, they will hold it for a month so it's past the 60 days so keep your tracking number. Take photos of everything you send including the box and return slip. Write down the date you received your products because they use the date shipped as the date you receive it like it magically appears in your mail box within the same day. Product was okay but your better off purchasing a similar product at a retail store where you could at least return it without a hassel if it doesn't work out. ok cosmetics but horrible corporate support. They give you a customer log in. Your order history is not complete and you cant track autoship or change it through your account. In fact i had no idea of what or when my next autoship was to arrive. Suddenly i get a shipment, wrong color and when i looked up the order it was suppose to be shipped in sept but wasnt shipped until Oct. This is significant bec of their 30 day refund policy. I had to argue with the order dept by phone and the online chat support gave me wrong shipping return info and neither could find the order no i gave them trying to say i ordered from qvc, hell no!
