This just happened to me 1/2 hour ago.. I ordered a Large thai tea with boba no ice..order # 88 but I realized i wanted 2 drinks instead of only one .. I lined up again & order my 2nd drink order # 94. the attendant called my # 88 & handed me the drink with ice.. I told the young lady the order was wrong. She asked me if I wanted to take the drink with ice because they were gonna throw it away anyways.. I accepted the offer to take the drink.. but I realized that I was gonna end up with 3 drinks that I didn need .. so I went back to the counter & asked to cancel order # 94.. I had to wait for at least 7 min .. until another male attendant asked me what was the issue.. I explained to him the situation of the reason cancelling order # 94 .mayhem he told me that in order for him to refund the order I would have to give him Back the drink the young lady offered me earlier. So I handed him the drink that was wrong , I he gave me my refund for order #94. Im usually ok with mistakes, but what happened at the end with the attendant that ask me to give him the drink back was not a professional thing to do .. so for this reason I give this store a 0 stars.. Im not coming back again to this place. common sense keep customer happy.. read more

The low stars is for the amazing horrible service they provide. Once one walks in, the employees look at you like wth you want. They don't even ask you why you're standing there, whether you're waiting for a mobile pickup, or actually ordering something there, the employees don't acknowledge. I went last week, and one of the girls just turned and gave me a look like wtf. She was just chit chatting with two other employee guys doing nothing. Walked into this it's boba time location and there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. The female cashier who took my order did not seem welcoming. I watched a female wearing a mask smelling the drink she was making for me. She handed it to the female cashier who poured it into the drink cup, there was some left over in the mixer, she poured a bit of it in a small cup and took a sip. I saw her make a face as though it was the most disgusting thing she has tasted. This was rude, considering they should be promoting the business not acting disgusted by what the products they sell. It had me questioning if my drink not made good enough for consumption. I have been to other boba time locations, this one has the worst customer service ever. Had I know this was the service I would receive I wouldn't have tipped during my initial transaction. read more

Came to shop in this plaza and found it's boba time! I love it's boba time and no doubt the flavor is always the same and so good. Their boba was fresh as usual and staffs were very nice!! The drinks are amazing, but their customer service is horrible! I ordered online and was given the estimated time of 8:27 pm for pickup. I arrived like at 8:35 expecting my drink to be done and was told it would be out soon. Waited another 10 minutes and then when I asked about it the guy was very rude and told me that it would be another 10 and it didn't matter if it was an online order. I waited and had people who ordered in store receive their orders and leave and still nothing for mine. I asked another girl and she said it would be around 5 more minutes. I continued to wait and kept seeing everyone in store leave and nothing being done about people and with online orders. I ended up leaving with my drink at 9:17 and was refused a refund and told that they were just very busy. read more
