If you can't make it a class, look for their dumplings at your local farmers market or go to their store. I like the classic pork and ginger best, but they also make some more unusual flavors and both veggie and vegan options

Drinks available for purchase. They even let us take some of the leftover dumplings at the end of the event. It's a small space so it was a little snug but honestly the vibes among the people there were great.
