In recent visits, the food quality has gone down hill...FAST ! Portions have gotten smaller, most servers have an " I don't give a damn" attitude.and the cranky old lady in there needs to go. She cares nothing about her guests...you know, the same people who pay HER bills. Its time for her to go, put her cranky azz back on a boat and ship her back to the mother land. She was grouchy at the other place they owned in Wilmington, but now its out of control. Was in ther eone night and the place was empty....only one other couple in there, and she wouldnt let us sit at the table we wanted to sit at. Really? I never thought to check before leaving the store, since this previously wasn't an issue. I was really hungry so I scraped cheese off and some non-burnt crust. The next day I returned and showed the lady what I was served. I would have expected someone to apologize and say they'd make it right. I wasn't going to beg for a new pizza that was cooked properly, and since my IMPRESSION was that the server could care less, I said that she could have it and walked away. Seriously, how can the man who made the pizza serve it to a customer? It's protocol to look at the bottom of the pizza before pulling it out. How could anyone not see the black bottom? I sincerely hope they can get their act together. As for me, I'm going to focus on the pizzeria given the most positive reviews currently, instead of going with decades old accolades.
