This place is so cute! Lots of seating space to study or catch up with a friend! Their drinks are also very refreshing and service is quick!

Great tea near my house, comfortable place to hang out, books, games, yummy sandwiches and snacks, and Luis is a fabulous host that offers super friendly service.

Definitely not kid friendly,!! The cashier was really nice at all times. The Place had loud hip hop music, I had my 3 kids with me and of course 2 of them were running around since there was only 2 persons in the place with headphones on. Bought 4 drinks, 3 deserts. 1 of the drinks was made wrong. The matcha latte and teas were good. The experience overall was bad, the drinks ok. While waiting for over 10 mins, an employee came up to us and told us we needed to keep the kids on one side and basically calm.. Of course we're not coming back, we wouldn't not stopped if it said no kids welcome.

Not only they have yummy tea selections but they also sell baked goods from Homeboy Industries. I went nuts and bought 4 types of tea blends like Zeke's Blend, Berry Blend and Hawaiian Fruit and Japanese Matcha! Wonderful relaxing ambiance and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

With a wide variety of teas, Im a big fan of trying as many as I can so the flight appealed to me. ~$15 for any 4 teas including milk teas and even matchas, I ordered golden chai, peach oolong matcha, assam lavender and strawberry mint (green tea). And they only have alternative milks !!! Such a lactose-intolerant friendly place. In the order that I enjoyed the most: strawberry mint, golden chai, assam lavender, peach matcha. Maybe the chai and matcha would've been better had it been colder. I asked for iced but maybe the ice melted because the temp was little cooler than lukewarm. I've known about Homeboy industries before and was so cool to see that they sell their pastries! For those who don't know, they train/hire individuals who were incarcerated and teach them job skills I docked a star because it just took too long. A pretty steady flow of people for the hr I was here but my order took over 30min. Thankfully I had work to do and lingered around but if I was in a rush, I wouldn't be a very happy customer.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this tea house!! It's such a charming and welcoming establishment. I was immediately drawn in by the music that was playing. Can't ever go wrong with early 2000's rnb. Now, back to the tea: There were so many options to choose from and I wasn't sure what to get. The owner made some amazing recommendations so I went with an iced green tea mixture of some herbal teas he put together. I also purchased a hot tea for a friend who was a little under the weather. I love that the wall has a list of premade tea options and what they're good for. It wasn't very busy so while he made my teas we had a chance to make small talk and chat about kids, life and travel. It honestly felt like I was hanging out with a family member. I definitely appreciate the hospitality and great service. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone who loves tea! I plan on returning soon to try the matcha .

First Yelp of the Year Upon walking in I got greeted, empty but now busy. I was able to smell a few Teas. Pomegranate and Rose Petals Pomegranate -Fruity Smell Rose 0Petals-Too Flowering So I opted for a Black TEA infusion with Blackberry Tea and a chocolate chip cookie Litzy (sorry if it's not spelled right) was My Cashier and Friendly along with a other Coworker. This place feels like a cute hidden gem in Norwalk. The first time I ordered through yelp and by the time I arrived it was ready. The second time I went in person to order and saw that they brewed everything on the spot. They have a variety of selections to order from as well as loose leaf options to purchase. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. Both times I've ordered the Jasmine Dragon and it was delicious, the tea flavor was amazing and the added matcha just completed the drink.

This cute and cozy tea house has a HUGE array and must have more than 100 teas (botanical, black, green, oolong, milk blends, medicinal, organic, iced) and offers tea flights! It also has a delectable selection of Homeboy Bakeries pastries. We got two flights, a peach cobbler danish, chocolate croissant, and turkey and cheese croissant and everything was SO good. Service was very warm and helpful, tea was served at the perfect temperature, pasties warmed to a savory sizzle. Ambience calm and clean with soothing music and an option for table seating or sofas. Parking was easy. It's very tucked away in a small strip mall and I must have drove past it dozens of times. Now that I know, I'll definitely be back. Two suggestions for the owner, bathroom decor should be considered and maybe a small topiary outside.

So relaxing enjoying my peaceful tea time. Matcha is so good! Highlights of the menu: 1. Tea flights cold tea (4 flavors): - Matcha tea - Qilan Oolong - White tip silver needle - Pai mu tan 2. Ceylon iced tea 3. Assam iced tea 4. Banana muffin So chill with the tea flight when playing games with my sister.

If you love tea or are looking to begin drinking tea but don't know where to begin. I recommend Zen's Tea House. Their lavender matcha is to die for! If you like it on the sweet side don't forget to ask for agave. The Aphrodite is the best fruity tea ever. Highly recommend. Workers are kind ambience is amazing.

Both drinks were very delicious, as well as the brownie. Great customer service, super sweet! Enough seating to do homework or just to chat with friends. Would recommend!

Went on a whim this morning and wanted something other than coffee. So I looked up "tea" on Yelp and this was one of the closest and open around my area. DID NOT DISAPPOINT They have a great selection of teas to order from, oolong, black teas, cold or hot. Even some tasty food options and bakery items. I went with the double chocolate chip cookie It was DELICIOUS best way to describe it is it has the cookie texture PLUS brownie texture ?? Yum I ended up trying the sweetened Thai Tea with oat milk - perfection. It taste organic? Authentic? Like upon drinking you are met with a thrilling burst of flavor, completely pure and wholesome. It's a distinct note. So darn good. Me gusta! Also the place inside is cute has room for sit and sip and even study or work. They have two sofas so you can sit and relax too. They have little (fake) cute plants too.

Yes a coffeeshop open late! First time here

I was in the area and I've never had a cute coffee with the latte art (so many of my friends are going to roast me for this) When I pulled up -nice private parking -a staff member was outside painting on the windows with the cutest window art. The girl had talent! This place has also given back. They helped with the LA fires last year. So bonus points for places who give back. (They gave back to the Pasadena humane society) There was a pretty big line and it was pretty loud in here, but it went by very fast. My friend grabbed a table while I placed the order. -they do have a good amount of seating. The place is pretty small though. So we sat for a minute after our drinks came out and then decided to take it to go -they have latte art that changes every month. So I like they have some rotating options. It was my turn and I ordered two sugar free mocha iced coffees. One with regular foam, And mine had strawberry foam. When I told Matthew at the counter it was really important the one drink be as sugar free as possible due to my friend being diabetic, he warned us there was sugar in the foam, but he would go as light as possible. So I appreciate him warning us and taking it serious. I picked the new hello kitty art of the month (hello kitty in a bathing suit with waves and dolphins) And my friend picked from the new monthly latte art as well, and got the Kirby character Even though it was busy, it took probably 2 minutes for our drinks to be made Matthew was absolutely great. His energy, he had a smile on his face, was knowledgeable about the menu, Matthew was everything you'd want in a staff member. Just like any coffee place, you pay and give them a name for your order, and then they call your name and you pick up your coffee at the counter. These drinks hit the spot!!! It was very trendy. They had Sabrina carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo specials and they even had a Lana Del Rey latte (cinnamon girl, named after her song) only thing that bummed me out They had a case with delicious pastries. But since I came here later in the day, they only had a couple stragglers left behind -they open at 7 am, for everyone needing their morning coffee -vegan options -free WiFi -woman owned -LGBTQ owned -they give back to the community

You can't go wrong with any of them, but my top favorite are the Birthday, Fruity Pebble, Horchata, Cappuccino and Ferrero Rocher. I was planning to check out a weekend pop-up at the Promenade at Downey, and afterwards, I just wanted to chill with a couple of drinks at 7 Leaves. Wait, *a couple* of drinks? Oh yes! I noticed that 7 Leaves had an offer for rewards members: Free Strawberry Hibiscus Tea with a $5 purchase. I could have gotten a couple small bites e.g. macarons with the Strawberry Hibiscus Tea, but I chose to get another refresher: Summer Mint, priced at $5.50. I don't think the offer would have worked inside the cafe, so I placed my order in my car and headed inside after doing so. Previously in the app, I was able to order all the toppings for a complimentary drink at no extra charge, but these days, you're only allowed one complimentary topping; I chose the crystal boba. I needed to use the restroom, so while my drinks were being crafted, the bobarista at the front gave me the six-digit code specifically for the left restroom. Was the right restroom reserved for employees only? Hmm not sure. However, as soon as I punched in the code for the left restroom, it was still locked because another customer was inside. I wouldn't have known if it was occupied or not, so I tried the code on the right restroom. Didn't work. I had to wait for that other customer to exit the restroom before I could punch in the restroom code for the third time. As soon as I left the restroom, I heard the bobarista call out my name, and she handed me my drinks in a takeout bag with a drink carrier holding my drinks. But since there was space on the community table by the front counter, I sat at an open seat there to enjoy my drinks and scroll through my phone. My takeout bag included two straws: one regular, and one boba. I went with the Regular Size Summer Mint since it was already over $5, and 40 oz of refreshing drinks would already be quite a lot in one visit anyways. I also declined on a topping, normally 90 cents, for the Summer Mint because with or without a topping, I would still only earn 6 leaves on my purchase. The Strawberry Hibiscus Tea didn't have any actual strawberry bits, but it did have a slice of lime in it. In the app, you can request extra sweet, but that drink was already inherently quite sweet that I fear if I had chosen extra sweet, it would have been over the top. The Summer Mint had a slice of orange and some basil leaves. It was kind of sour and had quite a citrus-y taste, a stark contrast from the strawberry hibiscus that I alternated sips between the two drinks so that my taste buds wouldn't be bored lol. If you wanted to go extra sweet on this one, I wouldn't recommend against it, but it may take away from the intended flavor of the refresher. For both drinks, I ordered Easy Ice, but I think they went Medium on the ice if that makes sense. It was more than I was expecting, so maybe I should request no ice next time lol. They have a pitcher of water at the front counter, which made me want to finish my drinks inside, and then fill up the cups with some H2O prior to leaving. Unfortunately, they had run out of water, and they didn't refill the pitcher. One thing I do want to mention about the drink carrier is that you need to shove the drinks into the slots. I tried setting my Strawberry Hibiscus Tea back inside, but it toppled over easily. Luckily, it was still sealed at the time, so nothing, or maybe a little bit at best, spilled out. The only negative about my last visit was that there was some little kid who came into the cafe trying to sell paletas to patrons who were studying or getting work done inside. Kind of disruptive to the coffee shop ambience I had sought, but he left after a couple of minutes. Overall, I'd be willing to return for a nice refreshing drink next time I'm in Downey!

These options are replaced by cheap imitations of Starbucks' frothy drinks that sound good on paper but taste like iced piss with sugar. The drinks are excessively sweet, a mortal sin by Asian standard, and they have a generic taste that might as well have one item on the entire menu.
