A while back, I had an experience where there was only one worker and it took around 20 minutes just to get my order. I brushed it off and even deleted my review because I wanted to give them another chance. Today was just as frustrating. I walked in around closing time and didn't realize they were closed since there were still customers inside and multiple employees working. I had already started ordering at the kiosk when I was told they were closed. I understand closing times, but the doors should've been locked or there should be a clear heads-up before customers start ordering. The whole situation felt really unorganized. I usually frequent the one in West Hills because I work there but live in TO. They are pretty quick at making the drinks and they taste good. My favorite is the horchata but my friend usually gets the avocado and berries and it's not bad at all. They have some food options but i haven't tried any. The place has some stools to sit at if you want to stick around but primarily it's to go. The staff have always been nice at West Hills and this location I have only been once but pleasant as well.
