I've tried to give this location multiple chances, but after today I'm honestly done. A while back, I had an experience where there was only one worker and it took around 20 minutes just to get my order. I brushed it off and even deleted my review because I wanted to give them another chance. Today was just as frustrating. I walked in around closing time and didn't realize they were closed since there were still customers inside and multiple employees working. I had already started ordering at the kiosk when I was told they were closed. I understand closing times, but the doors should've been locked or there should be a clear heads-up before customers start ordering. The whole situation felt really unorganized. I'm also fasting, so I was really looking forward to getting a drink, which made it even more disappointing. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

I wish they had aBoba Time in Thousand Oaks! I really like this place. They have so many different varieties of drinks and smoothies along with the boba. They are pricey but it's a nice treat. I usually frequent the one in West Hills because I work there but live in TO. They are pretty quick at making the drinks and they taste good. My favorite is the horchata but my friend usually gets the avocado and berries and it's not bad at all. They have some food options but i haven't tried any. The place has some stools to sit at if you want to stick around but primarily it's to go. The staff have always been nice at West Hills and this location I have only been once but pleasant as well. For a large chain they still have good boba. My family and I frequent this location. They are easy to order from and have a vast selection. All the teas I've had have been pretty good not too sweet. I especially like the sunset iced tea with rainbow jelly. When ordering online be sure to go to the cashier to pick up. They keep it in a special refrigerator. They will not put it up on the counter. One of the better Boba places in Simi Valley, or so I'm told. I am not a big boba fan, but I love the pistachio frappe. It is one of the best things I have ever tasted. The ones that do drink boba in my family, like this place and especially like the variety of drinks that you can order. The cheesecake and macarons are delicious and they have several flavors to choose from. Recently, one of my kids ordered an acai bowl and loved it. She said it was one of the better acai bowls that she has ever had. This place gets crowded and sometimes you may have to wait a little longer to get your drink. This is especially true when a movie ends at the nearby movie theater and everyone comes by after their movie. I like to come here whenever I am in the area. Their menu is massive, and they offer seasonal items. Their milk teas are pretty good. I also tried the sea salt coffee once which I really enjoyed. They also offer dessert items including cheesecake and macarons. The last time I was here, I ordered the New York cheesecake. It was so yummy but not too heavy. Customer service is so so. Keep in mind that this place is pretty popular; expect long lines and wait times in the evenings and on weekends. Parking is never an issue. We stopped by today for a quick drink and we came upon their Watermelon slushy. It was so good! It was like biting into a wedge of sweet watermelon fruit that's been in the fridge cooling. Delicious! On the day that I stopped by it was really cold and windy. There was also a long line, which I was slightly nervous about, but it went by really fast. Our server was kind and the boba (I got cookies and cream) tasted amazing. Only thing was that the restrooms were closed to the public - slightly inconvenient if you need to wash your hands. This one sounded so fun and I loved the idea of it. I liked pretty sweet drinks so it wasn't my favorite. They were so kind and I switched it for a Labrador. Those two drinks the golden retriever and the Labrador were so delicious. These might be my go to drinks. But I might have to try some new flavors as well as they all sound so tempting and fun! I brought a few of my friends today so we could all try this new place and support. We all really enjoyed it and the mission. While we were there a bunch of teenagers came in to help put the labels on the cups. It was so nice seeing them enjoy themselves while working and helping out the coffee shop. This place is so amazing and I'm happy to hear they also have a Granada hills location I'll be checking out! The shop is located inside the Valencia town center which is an indoor mall. It has super high ceilings and very clean but a bit of a mission including parking and actually locating the açaí shop if you're in a time crunch. I'm a fan of this spot! This location is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and the drinks are great. I highly recommend it for a quick and yummy snack. They also have the best macaroons! My secret is to let them sit at room temp for 5 mins before eating! So good! If your wanting a tasty drink during the heat stop here! I've had different experiences at this location as I'm a huge fan of the mango smoothie. It's been very good lately, but in the past it's been watered down for a $5.25 smoothie + guilted tip. I still love coming here, but it's a disappointment when my smoothie isn't at its best. Although the staff was very friendly as to make me a new one I cannot complain. read more

First time being here, and I'm not really a big fan but my granddaughter is in love. For me, I was expecting the coffee to taste sweeter, but it taste more strong. But the smoothie is amazing!
