Signage inside. They have some games for people to play together!

We came for opening weekend. They have a good amount of people working and prepping in the back, but it was relatively quiet when we stopped by (only 2 more customers were around while we were there) and it was around lunch time so I was kinda surprised more people didn't show up. They made our drinks pretty quickly, with a longer expected wait for our bubble waffles (strawberry for me and Oreo for kiddo). There's a decent amount of seating (tables, bench seating, and a couple of sofas) and they had games out for people to hang out with their friends and enjoy their foods.

This place is seriously the best. It's Mother's Day and me and my family wanted boba on the way to Santa Barbara. So I found this place cause it looked like it had a cool selection of food and boba. Parking is good, the establishment was clean, and we were immediately greeted. When we ordered they gave me a discount on my drink for Mother's Day. They also offered me a rose which they had out for all the moms and there was a little note tied to all of them. We ordered the egg rolls, Cheeto corn dogs, taro smoothies, a strawberry banana smoothie, and a mango sunrise all with boba add ins. Everything tasted delicious. What an amazing place! Any time we come through here we would definitely want to stop by again. It's a must try! Thank you for a great experience.

A nice place to study or hang out with friends or family. They even provide you with some board games like connect 4, mancala, jenga, and uno. The service was really great as well. Food was good, we got the original korean corn dog mozarella only and nachos, my bf really likes the nachos since they did not skimp on the cheese at all, it's literally covering everything. And I love the corn dog and don't forget the sweet chili sauce which makes it much better or if you like ranch/ketchup instead, also fair price imo. Will be back for sure!

Sweet Tooth is the spot for authentic Viet Ice Coffee in Simi Valley. Strong bold taste for coffee addicts like me. Bubble waffle is HUGE, light, and tasty. Ambience is bright with plenty of photo ops for the younger crowd. The owner Jimmy is very friendly and welcoming.

The best boba drink in Simi Valley. I'll definitely coming back. All the drinks we ordered was good. I'll try the snacks next time.

Decided to try this place since it's brand new. Very nice place inside. Open and spacious. The person who helped me was very friendly and I love how they have perfect snack foods that pair great with drinks. 10/10 will be back.

The best new spot in town! The Strawberry Matcha is a must-try (those layers! ), and the Hot Cheeto Corn Dog had the perfect crunch. The vibe inside is so welcoming and aesthetic--it's such a great place to hang out and snap a few photos. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and the service was super fast. This place is definitely going to be a hit!

Strawberry Matcha and a passionfruit tea with Boba

Customer service is great! Owners are super friendly & welcoming, quick service from the moment you place order. The space is clean, cozy, and has a really chill atmosphere--perfect for hanging out & working. The boba drinks taste amazing, and you can tell they put care into the quality. On top of that, their snack and food options are all delicious there's something for everyone. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to and highly recommend checking out!

There are so many thoughtful touches everywhere in here - the plants for sale with hand written care instructions, the fresh bagels, the fresh homemade syrups. It's decorated very cute with a few instagramable moments if your into that. There is a bunch of seating inside and outside. I had some questions about the menu since it was my first time going here. I asked which drinks were on the sweeter side. She was nice. I ordered two drinks to see what I might like for future. I ordered the Spanish iced latte and the caramel iced latte on her recommendation. And then I ordered two different matcha drinks for my niece. My total was about $31 for 4 small drinks. They are a little on the pricier side. They have so much ice that after a few sips our drinks were done. I also had to go back because it was not sweet at all and ask for more flavor. Both of them were lacking flavor to me. I did go back in and the girl was very accommodating and quickly added more flavor. It was better after that. Four of us went, and 6 drinks later.... We thought it was just ok and a little on the expensive side. Not sure if I would go back because it's a little drive for me and wasn't worth it to me. If I'm in the area and really really want a coffee, maybe.

We got the salmon and poached eggs waffle, the smores waffle, original, and the Benny Bought a Farm waffle. All was delicious!!!!! They have homemade lemonades as well. Their side of potatoes was also super yummy. Just a note that I requested decaf coffee and it comes from an instant coffee machine and tastes very artificial--not what you expect for the price. We asked about it and they were very kind and offered to replace it with another drink for free. We would love to come back again next time we're in Newbury Park for breakfast!

For instance, if you order the eggs Benedict, they come on waffles instead of English muffins; if you get a hamburger, waffles replace the hamburger buns. Our table ordered a coffee ($4.50), a strawberry lemonade ($7.00), a mimosa ($14.00), Benny Caught a Little Sam ($21.50), the Gravy Train ($24.00), and waffle bites ($13.00). With tax, the total came to $84.00 before gratuity. Benny Caught a Little Sam is a twist on "eggs royale". (Eggs royale is a variation of eggs benedict where the Canadian bacon is swapped for salmon.) In this version, brioche waffles are topped with a poached egg, smoked salmon, fresh tomato slices, spiced onions, and hollandaise sauce, then finished with a sprinkle of fresh chives. The Gravy Train is this restaurant's take on chicken and waffles: a Belgian waffle is topped with fried chicken breasts, smothered in gravy. The plate comes with side options, and I chose potatoes and fruit. Waffle bites are six mini waffles, similar in size to silver dollar pancakes, served with Nutella, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. I didn't choose this restaurant, and I'm not a fan of "breakfast foods." That said, I found the restaurant's interpretations interesting and the presentation on the plate appealing. And I was able to find something on the menu that I felt tasted good.

Whenever I go to a breakfast spot, I always try the biscuits and gravy and they came highly recommended by our server. They were very friendly and sat us right away and the first thing they brought to us was their complimentary house coffee cake. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. The biscuits were as big as my face and tasted amazing. The gravy was a white gravy the kind you would normally find on a southern fried chicken steak. It was a very generous portion, however I prefer a more traditional gravy with sausage. Individually, though the gravy was tasty and the biscuits were tasty since they were both made from scratch. The bacon was thick cut and crispy just how I like it. Next visit I am going for pancakes. The customer service was amazing. Seriously top notch hospitality.
