Very clean and easy to find. The quality is as good as their main store. Best available of the valley. Everyone should try.

Within two weeks of regular orders, the owner Efren called me personally. They were out of my almond croissants, so he stayed late, made a batch himself, and dropped them off on his way home. He remembered a note I'd left on a receipt about just moving back and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. The food is excellent -- salads, sandwiches, quesadillas, pastries -- and I routinely get two to three days' worth for fifty dollars. But what sets Victory Cafe apart is something you can't fake: genuine care, consistency, and a team that clearly reflects how they're led. Loyal customer for life. Keep an eye on this place.

I'm so disappointed in this place and I will never be coming here again because of some dumb policy…read morethey have, if you place an order for pick up, you have to get back in line to ask for your food, even if you place the order along time ago, and if your food is ready and sitting on the counter. I put a pick up order on Uber eats and I gave them lots of time to make it, I went about 10 minutes after my pick up delivery time so that I can make a fast pick up on my way to work, there was a huge line When I got inside and when the cashier was done taking someone's order, I just said hi I'm here to pick up my order, and he scored me in front of all of the customers said that I had to get in the back of the line until I talk to him to pick up an order that was already READY! I'm never coming here again, the food isn't worth it to have to wait in line to pick up some thing that I already ordered, that's the point of ordering!!! This is the dumbest policy since this place is notorious for being slow! This guy is the worst at his job, because he actually kept stalling the line by telling me to get in the back of the line, when it would've been faster to ask me my name and just pass me the bag. He obviously can't multitask, and that's not a restaurant that I want to go to.! I don't have all day to pick up a breakfast burrito, and not to mention, there's never parking in the parking lot, and my car was double parked. Not worth it the hassle!!!

My friend and I stopped by on a Saturday after Pilates class and it was quite packed. If you can, I'd suggest visiting on a weekday or very early in the morning to beat the crowd. We were excited to find that even the small bowl $12 plus tax, offers so much variety. You get to choose your base, toppings, drizzle, and "mix-ins" like bee pollen, granola, chocolate chips, and fresh strawberries. My bowl with strawberries, pudding, bee pollen, and honey was delicious and surprisingly filling! Beyond the bowls, they have freshly made empanadas! We shared a chicken empanada and it was incredible--served steaming hot with a crunchy crust and a moist, flavorful traditional filling. It also came with hot sauce and chimichurri on the side which added a great kick. The atmosphere inside is brightly lit with plenty of tables and even games to play while you eat. The customer service was very polite and despite the constant flow of people picking up to-go orders, everything ran smoothly. I'm already wanting another bowl! Highly recommend checking this place out~~~

Street parking is free but extremely limited. Venue 4 stars: Nicely appointed, inviting, cozy and homey, medium sized venue with indoor tables and a couple of small outdoor tables and stools. You order and pick up at the counter. No waiter service. Service 4 stars: Polite, courteous and efficient. Food 4 stars: Great Acai bowls, smoothies and empanadas. You can order one of their signature Acai creations or customize your own. We had the Ubatuba Bowl customized as (1) strawberries, bananas, honey, granola, diced almonds and shaved coconut and (2) strawberries, bananas, honey, granola, Nutella and mangos. Both were excellent and highly recommended. The Bottom Line 4 stars: A great choice when craving some good Acai. Highly recommended!

All the ingredients taste fresh and juicy here lol. My favorite base is the pitaya but it's nice to opt for a mixture of 2 different flavors. They use a decent amount of fruit and toppings so you don't end up with too much of the plain base on its own by the end of the bowl. Service was quick and the employee who helped me was friendly and prompt. She mentioned they were out of the cashew butter I requested for one of the bowls, so she provided a different butter on the side in a convenient container. Parking is abundant in this area and while the line can get a little long, you can always order online in advance with a specific pick up time. Also, if you scan the QR code on your bowl and download their app to purchase, you get a discount off your next item. That's wassup! I highly recommend them if you're a fruit lover ok ~

TLDR: Addicting Product, Disappointing Customer Service…read more I've never been a huge fan of Açaí until I tried this place. I find myself going again and again and again. It's a love-hate relationship because each bite is more delicious than the last, but that also means that I'm going to be finished soon. I wish they made a size bigger than 32oz because it is just so damn good I can't get enough. You ever try something new and it suddenly becomes a part of your life like you can never be without it? That's exactly how I feel about this place. My go to order is: 32 oz Acai bowl, chocolate chunk granola, strawberry and banana, Nutella drizzle, and an extra topping of bee pollen. Parking is never an issue so it's easy to get in and get out fairly quickly. The only issue I've come across so far has to be the customer service. I placed a large order recently and realized I made a mistake. I called within 2 minutes of placing the order to fix it, and was told that the bowls had been made already. I was perplexed because when you order through the app, "ASAP" means it will be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered four bowls, and it was ready in less than two minutes? Yeah something is off here. I asked if I could fix the mistake I made and was met with "no there's nothing we can do because it's been made already". I explained how that couldn't be my order because I had JUST placed it, and it's advertised that it would be ready in 20 minutes because I chose the "ASAP" option. They then said that sometimes if they're not busy, they can finish an order in 5 minutes.... Okay. Well this one was done in 2 minutes so they must have The Flash working there. So just a heads up to everyone. Even though 20 minutes is what it'll say in the app if you select "ASAP" your order will probably be ready way before that so don't wait longer than you need to. Since they weren't remotely interested in trying to help me out, I figure I'd just have to take the L on this one. I sent an email to the address they have listed on their website (hello@beariesacai.com) for further help, but don't even bother trying that. The address is invalid so it'll get you nowhere. They should fix that because it's listed on their company website. They have a different email listed on their instagram page (beariesacai@gmail.com) But they haven't responded so I wouldn't count on getting any help. So make sure ya'll get it right the first time, Otherwise you're just out of luck. It's still absolutely delicious though.
