I haven't tried there juices just yet. I did try the dragon fruit sunset smoothie. It was good, nothing dazzling but still a decent smoothie. Not sure if it's worth the price. I used the app & received a free medium smoothie with a $5 purchase so I will be using that tomorrow before work so will have another review then. It was super quick. The past 4 times I've came to this location I've had unpleasant experiences. This time the smoothie was made fine, the encounter was not. I ordered online like I normally do. When I arrived there was an older Spanish looking woman in her mid to late 50s blending a smoothie while asking me if i had a pick up order. I told her yes and she asked what the name was I told her and she couldn't hear me. I thought to my self maybe you could hear me better if you stopped blending the god damn smoothie. I had to repeat myself multiple times for this idiot who then began to pace around franticly like she didn't know what was goin on. She said I don't know about your order. This really pissed me off because this is not the first time I've had an issue or discrepancy about my order. I didn't have the patience to talk anymore at this point and I showed this clown my phone with the online receipt and then her brain started to work and process what was taking place. She then got my order and slid it to me without apologizing or saying anything. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional as well as unacceptable and the old lady had no accountability. She doesn't need to be working a job that involves customer service skills and basic human interaction skills. This place seems like a decent location but they seem to have a thing for hiring morons. I recently learned that they opened a new location in Burbank, and since I had a gift card from 5 years ago (back when there wasn't a location nearby), I figured it was finally time to check it out. Overall, I'd rate my experience 3.5/5 stars--it was decent, but nothing to rave about. Here's what I ordered: California Cooler (Pineapple, Cucumber, Lime Sherbet, Lemonade, Pineapple Juice Blend) - $7.59 Refreshing, but considering the price plus tax, it didn't feel worth the drive. Chili Lime Mango (Mango, Ginger, Lemonade, Orange Sherbet, Apple/Mango Juice Blend, Tajin) - $7.59 The combination of flavors didn't quite work for me, and again, factoring in the price and tax, it didn't justify the distance. The place was fairly quiet when I arrived, which I appreciated. However, I did feel a bit out of place in the shopping center it's located in, though that's more of a personal observation. The Smoothies are good. The Acai Bowls are really good. The Pretzel Bites should be good, but they were overcooked and slightly hard. Also, they don't offer anything with the Pretzels such as mustard. I know it's not a carnival, and it's supposed to be a healthier choice.. but it's kinda like having peanut butter and no jelly. The service was alright. They all were very nice and helped me with the app and a promo deal that was happening, but I could tell the store was just opened, and maybe they were still learning the ropes.
