This review is actually for the Cedar Hill location. For some reason it doesn't show up as an operating store . We ordered the 32 bone in wings combo that comes with curly fries and your chose of dipping sauce. Our wing flavors were *Apple BBQ (YUCK!!!!), the original hot buffalo (DECENT) and the Garlic Parmesan (YUCK!!!). We ordered via DoorDash . Food arrived nice hot and fresh . Only the flavorings Weren't very good . The wings could use more sauce, minus The Garlic Parmesan .. This was my first time ordering garlic Parmesan that wasn't a dry rub. This is for the Flower Mound location on Long prairie Rd. First experience with a "ghost kitchen" establishment. The prices were awesome. But the overall experience wasn't so good. Pickup was at a Chili's restaurant, which you don't find out until after submitting the order. I'm not sure if I clicked through the site too fast or if they just automatically added a 2.00 tip, but I like to have control over that part of the transaction myself. I've no problem tipping, it's just the principle of the matter. Hopefully that goes towards the workers employed by Chili's and not to the "It's Just Wings" company to offset the fee they're paying Chili's to prep the food for them. They have a nice advertising gimmick: "free curly fries and ranch with every wing order!" Okay that's great! But their wings kinda suck. They were ready for pick up 10 min before scheduled--luckily I was close by, but even then they were really "soggy." The skin was not crisp at all. The meat was tough. I'm pretty sure the wings were precooked and under a heatlamp for a while. The buffalo sauce was decent. No complaints on the fries either. Probably won't order from here again.
