My husband and I have ordered from here a few times from doordash and we have not been disappointed. We never knew it even existed until we were craving some wings one night and saw this place online. Their chicken wings themselves are pretty average sometimes, but what keeps us coming back are their very flavorful sauces. We've tried their garlic parm, lemon pepper dry rub, buffalo, Honey siracha , Spicy pineapple teriyaki , and their truffle sauce. My top flavors are their garlic parm, truffle sauce and if you like dry rub, I really liked their lemon pepper dry rub. They're also reasonably priced. On doordash it's $16 for 16 wings, curly fries and ranch. We split this for lunch and we're pretty satisfied. If you're looking for a change in the wing department, give this place a try! read more

You have no clue how sad I am to write this updated review. After a few years of consistent wings and generous portions, It's Just Wings has become as subpar and unremarkable as anything else Chili's does. They've replaced the curly fries with straight and give you maybe 1/4 of the fries they did prior, the quality of the chicken has gone down hill, and Chili's has never furthered the branding or treated the concept like they have any vested interest in it. read more

A couple of buddies of mine had been raving about this place for months, so I thought I'd give em' a try. I hit them up on Uber Eats - ordered 32 wings with a mix of sauces. I have to say I'm a bit of a wing guy and these were quite tasty. I really enjoyed the lemon rub variety. The medium Buffalo had just the right amount of kick - and they really spoil you with heaping mounds of curly fries with each order. My only complaint was with how they were delivered. 4 styrofoam containers of wings hastily packed into one flimsy plastic grocery bag. When the order arrived the lids were popping open and the wings and sauces were spilling out. My recommendation would be to revamp your take out procedures when it comes to delivery packaging. Even if you were to stack them in paper bags - which then could be folded over and stapled closed to prevent any sort of tampering from mobile delivery drivers. It would also provide more of a sanitary presentation for your customer. I'll be back for the food - but only if I personally pick it up. read more

I have a feeling all the bad reviews are coming from other wing places because the wings here are amazing and extremely cheap especially during the national chicken shortage. I ordered the 32 smoked wings with curly fry combo for $36 + tax. What I was expecting was 32 smoked wings and an order of curly fries. What I got was 4 orders of 8 wings each with a large order of curly fries and a side of ranch. According to their website ranch is 50 cents apiece so that is $2 worth of ranch, $8 worth of curly fries, and so that is $26 dollars for 32 smoked wings that were incredible. I challenge anyone to find wings for less than a dollar apiece right now. I especially went to It's Just Wings because of the one-star review that said the smoked wings tasted too much like smoke. They have the perfect smoke flavor and are crispy paired with the hot cajun dry rub WOW. The deep-fried Oreos are legit. BTW It's Just Wings is inside Chili's Bar and Grill for take-out and delivery. It is a new offering from Chili's after COVID. For the lady that was upset at the "required tip" next time read your order before you hit pay and remove the tip from your pickup order. I saw it before I hit pay and removed the tip but next time I will include a tip because the people working at Chili's are awesome. This is a Chili's. There is absolutely zero indication that you are ordering from a Chili's. It isn't just wings. It's wings plus everything in a Chili's...although the "It's Just Wings" site has none of the Chili's menu available on it. They even have a different design for their take-out bags, which I would imagine is so that people getting delivery don't know they're just ordering Chili's. Listen, Chili's. Just be yourself! Habanero wings were good but felt like they could have been cooked a bit longer. Fries and sauces were delicious! We ordered the sample of pies and the only good one was the chocolate. The other two had a weird smell like a dirty cup from the dishwasher. Overall it was a decent meal. This was our first time trying it. read more

Since my last review, they have really improved a LOT. I have not had an order canceled in a long time. I had a problem, and am happy to say that "Rona" in their customer service department did an excellent job at resolving it. I am very busy. I work a lot of hours at a full time job that is very stressful, My wife is disabled and I have to take care of her, and my mother is in a nursing home, and being an only child, I also have to take care of her as well. I was running late for work the other day, and went to itsjustwings.com to place an order to pickup on the way to work, as I always do. It's Just wings asks you your address, and if it is pickup or delivery. I checked Pickup and put in my address. They then forward you to DoorDash and it asks you ONCE AGAIN, pickup or Delivery. For some unknown reason, it does not forward your choice from IJW. As I was running late, I just clicked on 'order again' for the last order I placed. After the order went through, It tacked on tax, a $2 delivery charge, a $4 tip and a service charge!! An $18 order was now over $27!! I have never once ordered delivery in my history. It is just It Just Wings FORCES you to use Door Dash even for a pickup!! I called Chilis (where its just wings is located, and asked to change it to a pickup. They said I had to call Door Dash!!! ARGH!!!! So I did not have time to wait, I had to get to work with no lunch. I work overnights, so nothing is really open in the middle of the night. I get home STARVING the next morning, and put the wings in the microwave, and wonder what that terrible smell was. They sent the wrong flavor!! I ALWAYS get Buffalo. The last order was buffalo, and the receipt said Buffalo. They sent Honey Siracha. WAAAAAY to hot!! Went to sleep after a long night, and went to IJWs web page to write a comment. They said sorry, and sent me a link to Door Dash to complain. I did, and they said sorry, it is too late to do anything about it, you have to let us know right away. NOT HAPPY. I did an online chat on the DDD web page with "Rona", and explained what had happened. She was very happy to take care of the problem. She did an amazing job, and refunded the full $27 plus an additional $3 for the troubles. Very well done, and Rona, if you are reading this, THank you once again. read more

Zero stars is what they deserve for ZERO customer service. What business has an operation where they offer ZERO help for a problem with an order. No disclosure until AFTER the order is placed that they use Door Dash for delivery. The delivery address was changed to a wrong address and I called It's Just Wings within 2 MINUTES of the order being placed to get the address corrected. The automated message on the phone number for the It's Just Wings location said that they could not cancel,, modify, or accept orders. I pushed the button to be connected to a person and the Chili's employee who answered the phone (this Wings location is at a Chili's and they are related Brinker International companies) told me that there was absolutely NOTHING he could do. He told me to contact Door Dash (which I did - after a 30 minute+ chat told me that they had cancelled the order but that the refund would have to come from Wings). I have no idea what the quality of the food it, but I will say that now I will never find out because I'm totally done with It's Just Wings, Chili's and any Brinker International businesses. I used to be a loyal customer of Brinker's and a long time customer of Chili's (from the 1970's in Dallas) but no more. We ordered through DoorDash and our order was made wrong and DoorDash gave us enough credits to cover about 1/4 of the cost to re-order what we should have originally received in the first place.
