Whenever i'm in LV, NV It's Sushi on Spring Mountain Road is my top 5 places to eat for a great AYCE sushi experience. On my most recent trip I sorta went overboard and over ordered. I told my nice server, the Latino male with the glasses, please charge me accordingly for my leftovers. I was dumb founded and very appreciative that he didn't charge me for any of my leftovers. I was going to give my untouched leftovers to some hungry homeless people, but they don't allow any leftovers to be taken out of the restaurant. Overall, Its Sushi is the best AYCE sushi spot. We've been to It's Sushi before and unfortunately the quality has gone way downhill. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the nigiri was so bad that we couldn't even finish it. Nothing tasted fresh or up to the quality we remembered from previous visits. Honestly, the best thing either of us had was my fiancé's Diet Coke, which pretty much says it all. We used to enjoy coming here, so it's really disappointing to see how much the quality has declined. After this experience, I can't recommend It's Sushi anymore. read more

It's Sushi was absolutely phenomenal! One of my favorite things about this place was something so simple but makes SUCH a huge difference: the small rice portions on the nigiri. The ratio of fish to rice was perfect. You actually get to enjoy the flavor and texture of the fish instead of every piece being overwhelmed by a huge ball of rice. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, every piece came out beautifully prepared, and the smaller rice portions meant we could try so much more of the menu without getting full immediately. For an all-you-can-eat sushi spot, that attention to detail really stood out to me. Everything came out fresh, the quality stayed consistent, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. If you love nigiri and actually want the fish to be the star, It's Sushi absolutely nails it. ITS Sushi is a nice AYCE sushi spot with a $35 full-menu AYCE option as well as a cheaper limited AYCE option and the à la carte ordering style. The menu had a wide variety of appetizers, sushi rolls, nigiri, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), though they did not have sashimi. They also offer rolls in half-size, which is convenient for trying a lot of different options. The servers were really nice and quick, and our walk-in party of ~20 was seated in about 30 minutes. It can be a little busy, but I find that it contributes positively to the lively atmosphere. Parking is really easy (and free), as the restaurant is situated in a large lot shared by a slew of other restaurants. The food itself is pretty good! The nigiri is balanced in the rice:fish ratio, and the fish didn't taste old or fishy. I wish I had tried more of the appetizers, but all the rolls and nigiri I had were quite good. I also strongly recommend the poke salad and the crudo options. For dessert, there is only ice cream--the affogato comes with frosted flakes on top. The two criticisms I have are somewhat minor, but they did affect my experience. First, some of our orders did not come out; I tried ordering the stuffed mushroom and even reordered it later, but it never came out. We also didn't receive any updates about it being out of stock or anything. The other issue is that, for large parties, they start you off with one of those paper dim-sum style menus that you mark off with a pen--I really dislike this ordering style because it's hard to aggregate the whole table's orders into one paper, and you can't erase anything. It was also sorted differently than the menu, so it was a little difficult finding where each item was listed. Overall, I thought this was a nice experience, and I definitely ate my money's worth. I would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a solid AYCE spot, especially if it's a little later into the night. read more

ITs Sushi is an AYCE restaurant and it's worth it! The decor is contemporary and clean with cute flourishes. I recommend getting the premium sushi. Some items had limits on premium sushi but there's so many options it doesn't matter. Everything was fresh and melts in your mouth. The server was knowledgeable and funny. It was so busy but food came out super fast. I totally recommend the Affogato Coffee dessert! With ice cream and corn flakes on top. Didn't realize it was an AYCE spot til we got there but we were hungry and already there, so we tried it. If you know me, you'll know I'm not a huge fan of AYCE spots. It didn't take long to get seated. Place seemed a little busy. We chose the Lunch AYCE which is $26.95/person. Our server was cool and food came out quick. The menu is pretty big so there is a lot to look at and choose from. I actually didn't see some items that I would have ordered until I looked back at my photos. I was bummed that they ran out of uni. Thats one thing I always order at all sushi places. Everything else was just okay to me. Not the best I've had but also not the worst either. It's decent. Finally got to try this place and surprisingly was seated right away for 2 people at 6:45pm on a Saturday night. It was more than moderately busy, $35 a person for the full AYCE menu, but with how prompt and courteous the service was no matter how packed it got - very much worth it. Spacious inside so you don't feel super cramped and it's not too loud at all at least not when we went. Everything from the seaweed salad to seafood salad to screaming O salad was fresh. I'm a huge fan of cucumber rolls so the one with sashimi is a must try if you're looking for lighter options. Baked Lobster for a heavier option as it only comes with 4 pieces was also very good with a tiny kick of spicy crab. Their nigiri was excellent, just make sure to tell them to hold the wasabi off the salmon belly because I always forget and they added it on there but it's a tiny amount you can wipe off. Sarada Lobster nigiri was a niche and interesting item on their menu, also tasty. Overall I will be coming back for sure because I think this is my new favourite spot for sushi! The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, and the nigiri had thick slices of fish with just the right amount of rice. The dining atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and comfortable, making it a great place for families, friends, or even a date night. We came on a Thursday night and the restaurant was reasonably busy. We joined the Yelp waitlist and waited for 5 minutes. The restaurant looked updated with new murals, bathrooms and a new menu. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food as usual was very good and even better than the last time we came for lunch. A new item that I tried was the poke and shrimp taco. They were amazing! I loved the corn cheese and cucumber and crab salad. Our favorite rolls were the Lisa Lisa and the Dragon Roll. The LV Raiders is also very good. They even have a cool Birthday celebration with sparklers and coordinating music that made the entire restaurant join in our the celebration. Huge variety and enough appetizer options for those who aren't sushi gurus. Service is prompt. I suggest ordering the salmon belly and yellow tail/salmon carpaccios. We ordered amaebi and the shrimp heads were deep-fried and served right after we placed the order. Most of the food was pretty good, but unfortunately tonight's uni was not fresh. It tasted strange, and everyone at the table only had one piece and didn't touch the second. The restaurant doesn't seem Japanese-owned, and the décor feels more Korean-style. My bf loves ayce sushi and I typically feel less than enthused about them because the quality is more often than not subpar than just going to a regular sushi spot. This is the first one where I'm actually pretty impressed by the quality. Parking is easy, large lot out front. You have to add your name to the waiting list when you get here, we had to wait about 45 mins. There's an Asian supermarket across the way so we killed time just strolling through those aisles. You're texted when the table is ready. We ordered the $35 ayce menu each. Certain dishes you can only order once per person and others are unlimited. Typical rules apply, don't over-order bc you'll get charged if you don't finish the food and there's a 90 min time limit. We ordered a ton of different dishes and everything was really good! The cuts of fish were generous and everything tasted fresh. I particularly loved the carpaccios. The only downside is some of the cuts of fish were quite cold, I have sensitive teeth so some of my bites kinda hurt. You can also get half orders of the sushi rolls which is convenient if you want to try them without filling up too much. And they don't over-rice anything which is awesome. The service was great too and they're quick about bringing out your food, unlike many ayce spots that bring a bunch of dishes at the start but then slows it down later. I'd definitely come back! I'm always on the hunt for good sushi places in Vegas and was happy to have discovered a new option with ITs Sushi. It's super close to my office, has great parking and was very clean inside. The waitress Brianna was awesome and answered all my questions and was very attentive throughout the meal. I went around lunchtime and when I first got there, it wasn't very busy but very quickly. It started to fill up and was very full by the time I left. I started the meal with the Cucumber Salad, which was nice and refreshing. For my main entrée I had a Rainbow roll and a Super Dragon roll. Both were well-made and tasted great. Their prices were reasonable and the size of the rolls were good. They also had a great AYCE menu, unfortunately, I'm never really good at taking advantage of those, but it's worth noting for those who may be able to eat enough to make it worth it.
