Whenever i'm in LV, NV It's Sushi on Spring Mountain Road is my top 5 places to eat for a great AYCE sushi experience. On my most recent trip I sorta went overboard and over ordered. I told my nice server, the Latino male with the glasses, please charge me accordingly for my leftovers. I was dumb founded and very appreciative that he didn't charge me for any of my leftovers. I was going to give my untouched leftovers to some hungry homeless people, but they don't allow any leftovers to be taken out of the restaurant. Overall, Its Sushi is the best AYCE sushi spot. I would definitely recommend coming here, you can thank me later. Service 5/5 Friendly, very attentive, hard-working. Value 5/5 Decent AYCE prices, especially for lunchtime hours. Dessert is also included, unlike some other AYCE sushi places in the OC SMDH. Food 5/5 They have a lot of different kinds of appetizers and foods to choose from. Beverages 5/5 Free refills on Arnold Palmer. Location 5/5 On the busy shopping center in China Town.

I feel bad leaving a horrible review but honestly this is the worst ayce Sushi experience. We came, they have a $27 10pm-closing menu. And I know why it's so cheap. Everything was literally horrible. I would never come back, no matter how cheap it gets. I'm sorry, but please care about the quality you service to your customer.

Was seated without a need for reservations! Stellar service by servers , always attentive to what next to order!! Ordered variety of sushi items !! Tempura shrimp was cooked just perfect to the bite but came with a creamy chipotle kinda dip... i still prefer the ponzu dipping sauce! The filling of the gyoza was still cold that we requested to be warmed but came out burnt dumplings!! My spider roll with my favorite soft shell crab was not crunchy but was soggy to eat !! The pork belly skewer was so bland ,tasteless ,flavorless ... wished it was kinda marinated somewhat somehow!!!

ITS Sushi is a nice AYCE sushi spot with a $35 full-menu AYCE option as well as a cheaper limited AYCE option and the à la carte ordering style. The menu had a wide variety of appetizers, sushi rolls, nigiri, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), though they did not have sashimi. They also offer rolls in half-size, which is convenient for trying a lot of different options. The servers were really nice and quick, and our walk-in party of ~20 was seated in about 30 minutes. It can be a little busy, but I find that it contributes positively to the lively atmosphere. Parking is really easy (and free), as the restaurant is situated in a large lot shared by a slew of other restaurants. The food itself is pretty good! The nigiri is balanced in the rice:fish ratio, and the fish didn't taste old or fishy. I wish I had tried more of the appetizers, but all the rolls and nigiri I had were quite good. I also strongly recommend the poke salad and the crudo options. For dessert, there is only ice cream--the affogato comes with frosted flakes on top. The two criticisms I have are somewhat minor, but they did affect my experience. First, some of our orders did not come out; I tried ordering the stuffed mushroom and even reordered it later, but it never came out. We also didn't receive any updates about it being out of stock or anything. The other issue is that, for large parties, they start you off with one of those paper dim-sum style menus that you mark off with a pen--I really dislike this ordering style because it's hard to aggregate the whole table's orders into one paper, and you can't erase anything. It was also sorted differently than the menu, so it was a little difficult finding where each item was listed. Overall, I thought this was a nice experience, and I definitely ate my money's worth. I would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a solid AYCE spot, especially if it's a little later into the night.

Great food and outstanding service. Ana was a pleasure to talk to and her attitude was the best.

One of the coolest best sushi spots around in Vegas. The staff is extremely friendly and work swiftly. Will for sure come back! Also 10/10 recommend getting the black raspberry wine

ITs Sushi is an AYCE restaurant and it's worth it! The decor is contemporary and clean with cute flourishes. I recommend getting the premium sushi. Some items had limits on premium sushi but there's so many options it doesn't matter. Everything was fresh and melts in your mouth. The server was knowledgeable and funny. It was so busy but food came out super fast. I totally recommend the Affogato Coffee dessert! With ice cream and corn flakes on top. It's incredible and I forgot to take a photo of it since I ate it so quickly. I even asked for seconds! The location offers plenty of parking since it's a shared retail area.

Overall 4.5 for entire experience. Food 4/5 - great selection - fast service - good quality fish, nigiri perfect amount of rice to have enough for every bite but not too much to get you full - rolls are good, welll balanced, a little too much sauce on some but still delicious! - wouldn't recommend the tacos, the salads, or the yubu, found these to be underwhelming and not worth the space for food Service 5/5 - fast, friendly, always checking up on you - fast cleaning and clearing of the table Atmosphere 4/5 - spacious, overall clean, can get crowded with the amount of people Definitely worth the price, would come back .

Definitely a must try! Everything we ordered here was so delicious! You will not be disappointed! Staff are friendly and attentive. There was quite a wait so I recommend coming in early. The restaurant is clean and casual.

Went on spontaneous sushi date with my sister, and we have no regrets. The sushi to rice ratio is good and the fish tastes fresh! We would come here again!

Such a fun place, especially for main events. Went here with a party of 27 people for an 80th birthday, and the staff were friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. Food was HIGHLY recommended all the Nigiri! More fish, less rice. From my understanding, though, they don't take reservations, so go early. They get packed quickly. I hope the Sac and Roseville spots are just as festive and yummy!

4.2.26 - my cousin and I decided to this place after the spot we were at didn't work out. It had good reviews and was pretty close by so we walked over. Didn't realize it was an AYCE spot til we got there but we were hungry and already there, so we tried it. If you know me, you'll know I'm not a huge fan of AYCE spots. It didn't take long to get seated. Place seemed a little busy. We chose the Lunch AYCE which is $26.95/person. Our server was cool and food came out quick. The menu is pretty big so there is a lot to look at and choose from. I actually didn't see some items that I would have ordered until I looked back at my photos. I was bummed that they ran out of uni. Thats one thing I always order at all sushi places. Everything else was just okay to me. Not the best I've had but also not the worst either. It's decent. It didn't seem like we ordered a whole lot AYCE, but it was enough for 2 people. There were a few extras of the same items ordered for the 2nd round (not pictured).

Sake and the presentation was up to par. Ambiance is nice and traditional. Dessert was so the best too. Will be coming back when I'm in Vegas!

Needed to change it up from my usual Las Vegas haunts, so I came to Kabuto to try their $185 Kabuto…read moreCourse menu. I can safely say this omakase experience was up there with some of the omakases I've had. After having Chawamushi and Yakimono Alpine King Salmon as appetizers, we dug into the premium nigiri selection. Not the most creative omakase I've had, but damn the fish was great quality and also extremely huge cuts. You can tell the effort that was put into the nigiri to maximize the flavor of each fish. Plus they offered us to choose anything on the menu to add on as extra nigiri orders. Never had Buri-toro (King Yellowtail Belly) or Jabara-toro (Bellows Belly) before, but damn these were some NICE cuts. At $185, this is more than worth it and then some. Service here was fantastic as to be expected. They introduced every dish, and they even indulged me so that I could correctly write down every item served. Plus we had a good conversation with the sushi chef as well. Ambience in here is nice. Very nicely lit, very spaced out. Obviously we sat at the counter due to the omakase, but it was very spacious there as well. Definitely had a great experience here. I would not be surprised if they found themselves on the revived Michelin Guide when it comes out in August.
