i was about to hit another noodle then i decided to drive along spring mountain and randomly go into a strip mall and pick one... i chose this place as I wanted to eat some rice and check out a sushi boat place after watching daesung (big bang) ate at one of these in japan. well, this was totally different from japan one i saw on youtube. first thing i notice is that this place was packed. 2nd thing i notice is that alot of the tables are all eating noodles... that was intriguing... examining the menu, the ramens are 7 buck.. and the sushi rolls are 10 bucks... watching all the nigiri on the conveyor, i notice there isnt any premium stuff. it was all one price... no toro, no wagyu beef. no uni.... i was thinking if i want nigiri, i should not be here since I can get ayce for like $30 bucks and eat better stuff so i pick a ramen, a roll, one salmon belly nigiri, and a beer... i like the ramen, its kid size... essentially like a cup a noodle.. very good though. the roll was good, a little bit skinnier than typical. still good... i had to get one nigiri from the conveyor, the salmon belly was the best one, 3.50 cheap... the draft beer i actually down it quick.. it was nice on a hot day in vegas... total was 31 with tip.... i think if i didnt do beer, it be like 23 + tip which is same cost as going to a ramen place... funny, im trying to optimize the food cost.. just that there is so many ayce sushi spots like literally every block on spring mountain... just make no sense to do nigiri here... unless u only eat like 3-5 plates... if u going more, forget about it, do the ayce... read more

This is one of my favorite sushi spots, so I was excited to check out this location for the first time. The restaurant itself is huge, and the service was friendly and quick throughout the meal. The only downside alot of the rolls looked a little flattened and smaller instead of being nicely rounded, so the presentation wasn't as good as I'm used to. That said, everything still tasted good, and I actually preferred the fish here! Overall, I'd definitely come back. While I think the other locations have a slight edge when it comes to the rolls themselves, this location still delivers good sushi, great service, and a spacious atmosphere. read more

All we have to do is choose our favorite Sushi from the conveyor belt and even when you order food from the iPad, the food gets delivered as promptly as possible. Their sushi's are delicious and are freshly made. There are waiters are very attentive and they make sure that your glasses always full of water. First time in awhile visiting this sushi place. We've been customers since 2019. Sushi was fresh and tasted good as usual. But keep in mind that now it is $3.25 per plate. We had 21 plates so it came out $68.25. Mohito was $9.25 so tax and tip all together came out $96.75. Good ambiance but for the waiter's serive I'll give 3 stars. They weren't particularly nice nor greeting when we entered the entrance. Nothing stood out for the service wise. I am such a sucker for revolving sushi places so I was so excited to find out Vegas had multiple options for something like this. I liked this Chinatown location a lot! The sushi was fresh and had lots of great options to choose from, we ended up getting a cut roll from the screen and just picking different items off the conveyor belt. My first time at a conveyer sushi place and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff greets and goes over the ordering menu on the table. You get charged by the plate but you are able to order special items like tempura, gyudon, special rolls etc and get charged depending in item. The sushi was pretty good considering it was only $3.50 for a couple of salmon belly nigiri. There's a wide variety of rolls and nigiri as well as edame on the conveyer. I ordered a salmon skin handroll and a gyudon off the ipad and both were very good. The gyudon beef was fairly high quality and well cooked with a little sear. The salmon skin roll is in my top 5. This was such a fun experience for my team and I. As soon as we sat down we were able to start taking things off the belt. The table at the table is there to order things you dont see, more quantity of items or specialty items. Which then that order comes out up too. The food was really tasty. We liked the fatty salmon, ultra white fish, uni, some of the specialty rolls. Of course we had to get a round of sapporo and some warm sake. I will say space runs out really quickly and they want you to leave the plates on the table (maybe come up with a way behind the table or on the end of the table to accommodate the stack of plates for customers? Also I don't think we had the option to order drinks from the tablet on the table, which was a bummer - it would have been great to order our beer and see other options. Overall we had a great time as a group which could have lead to our experience being so high as it was great people, good conversation, good food and loads of fun. She wasn't rude or anything, she just seemed like she didn't care and was doing the bare minimum. It's always fun to grab conveyor belt sushi, even if you know you are likely sacrificing quality for the fun of picking out a variety of options. Sapporo has been on my radar for awhile and I was finally able to stop by on a recent trip. The novelty of the belt and robot were fun. If you didn't see anything on the belt you wanted, they have tablets at the table where you can order from the full menu. Rolls are delivered by a robot that cruises over the belt. The rolls weren't bad, but the belt didn't have a ton of variety available compared to other places I've tried. Lots of options on the full menu though which was nice. Service was fine as was the ambiance, but nothing really stood out to me. Fun to try out once but I'm not sure that I would make an effort to return. read more

We ordered a few different dishes such as the black garlic ramen and a variety of the nigiris but our favorite was the sushi roll that our server recommended. The place definitely started to get more people as we were eating. We ordered our drinks and away we went! The plates on the revolving conveyorbelt are currently $3.25 each (to put in comparison, Kura Revolving Sushi is currently $3.50/plate). You can use the digital tablet to order any add-ons or find out each of the items ingredients on the belt. Some special order items, like the shrimp tacos, are $3.25 as well, but only available by digital tablet order. The menu is vast, fresh, and delicious. I wanted to get sushi somewhere off The Strip to avoid spending a ton of money on overpriced sushi. I remembered seeing Sapporo Revolving Sushi on social media, so I took an Uber to the nearest location which I found to be the one in Chinatown. I got to the restaurant around 12pm. It was a Thursday and wasn't busy at all. I was able to get a table right next to the conveyor belt. I've been to Kura Sushi many times, so I was excited to see what Sapporo had in store. I would go as far as saying that I liked the sushi options better at Sapporo than Kura's. I enjoyed the Sapporo roll, paradise roll, salmon tartar roll, and their saba nigiri (particularly much better than Kura's). I also ordered a couple of hot items including the soft shell crab and gyu katsu. I noticed that Sapporo leaned into the extra toppings and flavors to provide flavor. I would've been totally happy with a plain fried soft shell crab with a side of dashi sauce for dipping. The soft shell crab was covered in sauces and carrot puree, which I thought was unnecessary. That said, the soft shell crab was a fine dish. The gyu katsu was honestly awful. I've had gyu katsu a couple of times in Japan, and Sapporo's was a disappointing representation of it. The meat was way overdone... so tough and dry. The same carrot puree that I didn't care much for was also used on this dish. read more

The servers are pleasant when you walk in and always checks up on me to see if I need anything else. Food is always good some of my favorites are tuna nigiri, crab nigiri and shrimp nigiri, gyoza is flavorful as well as the shrimp tempura. If you like revolving sushi and picking your own plates off the conveyor belt, give them a visit.
