The restaurant is all you can eat. We order off the $29.00 menu. It was so good the salad has a great peanut sauce. They don't sell it I asked. However, the sushi was fresh and tasty. The sashimi poke' was delicious along with the gyozas. The sushi rolls were very good. The restaurant is clean and roomy. We were there before the crowd. Which is always great.

I've been wanting to try this spot for a while now, ever since I started earning comps from El Cortez. Finally stopped in on our trip a few weeks ago and I regretted not stopping in sooner! Jayden was our server and he took the best care of us. He is a delight and was so attentive! A nice laid back atmosphere lending a nice break from the Fremont Experience. Good quality sushi for the price and quick service too! Plenty of options. We will be back for sure!

If your out in Fremont, hungry for some sushi late out at night, this place will hit the spot. Food is good and service is great. Our waitress provided the different options for the ayce and what to order. We ate plenty of sushi so I can't list all that we ate. If I have to criticize on two minor items, it would be the lighting (too dark) and cleanliness (too much stuff on the floor). Also an interesting thing (out of the hands of the restaurant), there were a mix of people outside of the restaurant door dancing to the music pouring out of this place. Just be careful when entering and leaving.

Menu, highly recommend Gyoza-potstickers (5pcs), Baked Mussel (3pcs)

Spending the weekend in Fremont just after spending the week on the strip, and what the strip lacks in AYCE Fremont makes up for it 10 fold! Found Sushi Ichiban just minutes after walking from our hotel at the Grand. Stumbled upon in during the afternoon and decided to come back for dinner. It did not disappoint. I took a picture of the plates just because I forgot to snap them beforehand , it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the Mistake Roll or the Lasagna Roll!

2nd time coming in & always leave so happy!! Their All you can eat sushi is our go to. So good& always so fresh. They are fast efficient and just so kind. The staff is always in a great mood and the ambiance is high. Love their music and attentiveness. Go check it out!

Let's start with the service!! So kind! I wandered in here after getting lost looking for parking. I was stinky and discombobulated and the first thing they did for me was get me an icy glass of water. After that I went for the all you can eat sushi-- I stopped at three rolls because I had to create a discipline related to buffet eating: eat what you want, it's not an eating contest! I sped through the mango roll so that I could make my third another spicy scallop roll. The kindness extended to keeping me stacked up with pickled ginger after noticing I loved it. I was even happy with the techno music. Affogato included in the all you can eat!!

I like...I like Sushi Sushi... Sushi! I have to admit that I was not expecting the best from a sushi joint near a downtown casino but boy was I shocked. The Sushi, AYCE sushi options were ridiculously good with a nice variety. This is one of my new favorite spots now and I have always loved the EL Cortez and it is right across the way, I miss the old careful Kitty's however change can be good if it is this tasty. I highly recommend any and all of my Sushi Yelp foodies to check it out. The price is good for AYCE, the quality is great, the service is really good and attentive! Mmmmm yum yes, my youngins love Sushi, I wish I could bring them here to eat as they would love it and it is a fun atmosphere!

Not the best sushi but you can't beat the price for the AYCE! I thought it was silly that there were so many sexual and Vegas-themed names for the rolls. All the rolls we tried were good but nothing special. The smoothie was totally worth it though. It was huge and very refreshing on that 99 degree day! The interior is cute, although the seats need a little refresh. There was a piece missing on the wooden bench and I almost got stabbed by it when I slid in.

This was my second time coming to Sushi Ichiban, and honestly, it's just that good. One of the main reasons I love this spot is because once you order, your sushi comes out super quick, which is perfect if you're starving and don't want to wait forever for food! This time around, I tried three new rolls. The California roll was good, a classic. The Jose roll had a really nice kick to it, the jalapeños on top were spicy in the best way. I also had the Long Island roll, which had scallops on top and was so delicious. It had a little kick too, but wasn't too spicy. I'll definitely be ordering that one again next time I'm in Vegas! I also got their crispy rice, and it was just as good. It had a great crunch and a nice spicy jalapeño on top that added the perfect amount of heat. The jalapeños this time were actually spicy, which I loved! The waitresses here are super friendly and helpful. If you're not sure what to order, just tell them what you like and they'll give you great recommendations. Definitely one of my go-to sushi spots when I'm in town. Can't wait to come back again!

WOW. JUST WOW!!! Came here on a whim with our friends after spending days down the strip and getting crushed by huge dinner tabs...Is what it is... Out of the corner our friend's eye she says.. "guuuys?! All you can eat sushi??? I'm game to look inside if you are?" And with a few quick eye brow raises and shoulder shrugs...smiles of curiosity turned into full blown laughter and high energy OMG's! And so in walks our group of sushi starved travelers and to our delight we enter this small quaint hidden gem sushi bar. Its Cute. Cosy. Good energy. Great staff. Best of all delicious all you can eat food, with dozens upon dozens of sushi (cooked and uncooked) dishes made to order! Yes. it's true. $34.99 all you can eat Yes. It's a hidden gem Yes. Service is efficient, delightful & fun Yes. Best enjoyable experience you will never forget. Get here NOW And Yes. WOW JUST WOW!

High on my list of places to eat in Downton LV. Did the AYCE and was very pleased on my visits in April and again in December.

Shigotonin is a delightful discovery off the Vegas strip (but may as well be on the strip…read moreconsidering the taste and quality of food here) in a small plaza. Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. If you know Japanese - even if it's just a few phrases, speak with him as he will be delighted. He was absolutely tickled when we said arigato and he shared that he is originally from Kyoto. Cannot wait to return to Shigotonin!

This tells me that I wasn't the first person to ask about it. In any case, we won't be going back, and unless you get on their mysterious waitlist for the happy hour, you're out of luck.
