The restaurant is all you can eat. We order off the $29.00 menu. It was so good the salad has a great peanut sauce. They don't sell it I asked. However, the sushi was fresh and tasty. The sashimi poke' was delicious along with the gyozas. The sushi rolls were very good. The restaurant is clean and roomy. We were there before the crowd. Which is always great.

Extra $3 for 3 orders of quail egg. Happy to pay it!

The overall experience was great. Great service and good quality fish. I like how they give small portions so you can try different things.

I've been wanting to try this spot for a while now, ever since I started earning comps from El Cortez. Finally stopped in on our trip a few weeks ago and I regretted not stopping in sooner! Jayden was our server and he took the best care of us. He is a delight and was so attentive! A nice laid back atmosphere lending a nice break from the Fremont Experience. Good quality sushi for the price and quick service too! Plenty of options. We will be back for sure!

The food was great. The speed of the food delivery was very good. However, food safety measures or protocols were not followed.Woman was rubbing her nose sneezing in her hands and then continuing to serve food to the customers.I brought it to their attention. She did wash her hands. However, afterwards, she was telling the other people and they were laughing about it.

Menu, highly recommend Gyoza-potstickers (5pcs), Baked Mussel (3pcs)

Spending the weekend in Fremont just after spending the week on the strip, and what the strip lacks in AYCE Fremont makes up for it 10 fold! Found Sushi Ichiban just minutes after walking from our hotel at the Grand. Stumbled upon in during the afternoon and decided to come back for dinner. It did not disappoint. I took a picture of the plates just because I forgot to snap them beforehand , it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the Mistake Roll or the Lasagna Roll!

Affordable All you can eat sushi that actually includes Sashimi. Great menu, super fast service and really fun location. 100% recommend to all sushi lovers out there. I don't think we could find a deal like that on the strip:) Great discovery!

If your out in Fremont, hungry for some sushi late out at night, this place will hit the spot. Food is good and service is great. Our waitress provided the different options for the ayce and what to order. We ate plenty of sushi so I can't list all that we ate. If I have to criticize on two minor items, it would be the lighting (too dark) and cleanliness (too much stuff on the floor). Also an interesting thing (out of the hands of the restaurant), there were a mix of people outside of the restaurant door dancing to the music pouring out of this place. Just be careful when entering and leaving.

My son & I had one night to have dinner on Fremont St., and my son chose Sushi Ichiban. What a Score! The Sushi and all the food was amazing! The staff were super busy and rushed, but still maintained a pleasant attitude. Our food came quickly, and we ordered 3 full rounds of rolls and sushi and appetizers. All, so delicious! Easily 5 stars!

Visited Aug 2025. AYCE 90m. Great deal & service! Our waitress was super friendly & funny. Made for enjoyable experience. Nigiri sushi came with little rice - which is good so that you dont fill up on rice. A few items are only one order per person - this was fine for our group, as not everyone liked these items anyway. Huge variety of rolls & other items made to order. Would return if in Downtown Vegas again.

Let's start with the service!! So kind! I wandered in here after getting lost looking for parking. I was stinky and discombobulated and the first thing they did for me was get me an icy glass of water. After that I went for the all you can eat sushi-- I stopped at three rolls because I had to create a discipline related to buffet eating: eat what you want, it's not an eating contest! I sped through the mango roll so that I could make my third another spicy scallop roll. The kindness extended to keeping me stacked up with pickled ginger after noticing I loved it. I was even happy with the techno music. Affogato included in the all you can eat!!

3 salmon skin hand rolls - delicious, packed with salmon and fresh!

It is easy for me to give this restaurant 5 stars! Great customer service, variety on their menu, quick an delicious! I came in on a Wednesday to place an order. You can only order thru their portal or in person. It wasn't a big deal bc they were 8 minutes from my hotel. I ordered three salmon skin hand rolls and seaweed salad. The order was ready in 10 minutes! Jayden helped me: he is so friendly and he was hustling all over the restaurant. He also brought my order outside to my car. I really enjoyed the salmon skin hand rolls - they are small but packed with TONS of salmon. The seaweed salad was perfectly dressed with a nice crunch. I will probably come back again tomorrow night for dinner. Really enjoyed it!

I like...I like Sushi Sushi... Sushi! I have to admit that I was not expecting the best from a sushi joint near a downtown casino but boy was I shocked. The Sushi, AYCE sushi options were ridiculously good with a nice variety. This is one of my new favorite spots now and I have always loved the EL Cortez and it is right across the way, I miss the old careful Kitty's however change can be good if it is this tasty. I highly recommend any and all of my Sushi Yelp foodies to check it out. The price is good for AYCE, the quality is great, the service is really good and attentive! Mmmmm yum yes, my youngins love Sushi, I wish I could bring them here to eat as they would love it and it is a fun atmosphere!

They offer all-you-can-eat for around $35, which honestly seems like a great deal if you can put down some sushi , but we knew we wouldn't eat enough to make it worth it, so we opted to order à la carte instead. We started with the pork belly, which was actually the only thing we didn't care for, so we ended up sending that back. Everything after that, though, was SO good. The garlic spicy salted edamame was delicious and such a good way to start. We also tried several of their all-day specials--the yellowtail carpaccio, crunchy onion albacore, and seared bluefin tuna--and all three were delicious. Normally the specials are limited to one per person with AYCE, but since we were ordering à la carte, we could order however many we wanted. For rolls, I got the A Little Tease Roll and really enjoyed it. My husband got the Call 911 roll, and judging by how quickly it disappeared, I'd say he loved his too . My son kept it simple with a California roll and a cup of rice, which worked perfectly for him. We also shared a lychee nigiri, one of my favorites, and it was super yummy. The ambiance is probably one of my favorite things about this place. It's really fun and feels like somewhere you could come for a date night, but it's still completely comfortable for families. It would also be a great spot to come with a group. The surrounding area looks a little sketchy, so don't let that throw you off. Once you walk inside, it seriously feels like you've been transported somewhere completely different. The restaurant itself is really nice and has such a fun vibe. Definitely recommend checking this place out and trying some of their different sushi rolls and specials. Everything we had (minus the pork belly ) was BOMB. Next time we're in Vegas, we'll absolutely come back and try some more!

Even more impressive was that hot items came out very, very quickly. Matthew, my server was a cool laid-back guy who was super attentive. Everything he recommended was great! And he checked on almost everything I ordered! Something else impressive was how quickly they clean cleared and reset the tables. It was a team effort. Everyone who was in the restaurant serving or busing helped replace the items on the table. It was very cool to see. I have to mention Cassie, the first and last person I talked to. She greeted me at the door with a happy smile, asked if this was my first time and kindly recommended a lot of wonderful items when explaining the menu. On the way out she thanked me for coming. We decided to sit at the sushi bar, which turned out to be a great choice. It gave us the opportunity to interact with the chef and watch him prepare everything right in front of us. It was incredibly tender and practically melted in our mouths. It was so good that we ate it before we even thought about taking a picture! I ended up finding a photo of it on TARU's website because it deserved to be included. Next, we had a Salmon Roll, and then we decided to put ourselves in the chef's hands and asked him to make us a Chef's Surprise.
