There was a lot of different combinations that I never experienced before that I tried that were really really delicious and that's the food. This was our first time coming here. And we go to a lot of sushi and I can say with confidence it's one of the best places we've ever eaten sushi at. The sushi is very fresh, you can taste it, and the rice is minimal allowing you to eat a little more. The Corn cheese was melted thoroughly. some other Corn Cheese has a layer of cheese on top that has settled and is harder in its texture. but the cheese here was melted through and through and even showed throughout the corn. The chicken teriyaki wasn't too bad. the sauce was a little thick but I wouldn't mind ordering it again. The Carpaccio was cut thicker when we are used to, about the same thickness as the nigiri. Normally we love it thinner on the cut but it was still very delicious and fresh. The oyster in particular, especially with that being in the name of the restaurant, was amazing. you can taste how clean and fresh the oyster was. The only knock is that we could only have one order. But i understand it is expensive to get, and restaurant do need to limit the amount a customer can order. The tuna poke had a different seasoning to it than the other tuna, which is what you want or else why have it on the menu. The miso soup had a very good blend of flavor and not a hint of salt. There's not a lot of miso soups we have had in las vegas that have that distinction. Usually some of them are a little salty or too heavy on the flavor. But this one was flavorful and if there was salt in it i couldn't taste it at all which is a huge plus. Lastly, and hats off to the server for recommending this to us, my wife and daughter got the regular ice cream (chocolate and vanilla), but i ordered the Korean Toast. Did not regret it at all. The legs were crispy and a great compliment along with the cinnamon flavor to the ice cream. the toast on the bottom i imagine was warm at first and it melted the ice cream, making the bread a little soggy but I'm not going to knock them on that because the rest of it was that good. the ordering system is fast utilizing a tablet to help you order your next food. The ambiance is nice and quiet. The music was a mix of modern and older pop/r&b but I can forgive that because going at the time we did, about 2pm, it was quiet other than that. Regular standard basic AYCE sushi since it's pretty common in Las Vegas. If you decide to eat here, just get the standard or lunch if you can as there wasn't anything that sets this AYCE experience apart from others. It's pretty standard at a majority of AYCE sushi, but one thing that is good about this place is that they serve half rolls if you want to try a variety. The nigiri was pretty basic and didn't have any wow factors with it. The only one I really enjoyed was the mackerel as it wasn't too vinegary. And also the albap which I never had. Although eating it kind of defeats the purpose of having less rice at an AYCE. Barely a master and only one type of oyster. For a place that has oyster in its name I'd assume they should at least have a little bit of variety. And what we get is a sloppily served oyster. The ama ebi tasted old and they didn't have uni available. I do like it when places serve just a small bit of rice, but what doesn't work for me is when it's rushly put together. The place wasn't busy and I don't think we even ordered that much. A little bit of effort can fix this. The one plus about this place for sure is that there is a tablet at your table where you can order through it without having to tell your order to the server. This was my second time visiting this restaurant. My first experience was pretty good and the food quality was decent, so I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my second visit was completely different and very disappointing. I arrived at around 10:30 PM, and the restaurant's posted closing time is midnight. When I arrived, I actually asked the staff if they were already closed because I noticed that many of the chairs had already been placed on top of the tables. I originally wasn't even planning to go inside because it looked like they were closing up, but the staff told me they were still open, so I decided to stay and eat. From the beginning, there were already problems. The miso soup was served cold, several items I ordered were either brought out incorrectly or never arrived at all, and I was even served dishes that I never ordered. During the entire meal, no one came by to refill my water either. After I had only been eating for about 30 minutes, I was told that last call was at 11:10 PM. I placed my final order, including a dessert. I also specifically asked one of the staff members whether the rest of the food I had already ordered was still coming, and I was told yes. I waited another 10 minutes, but nothing came--not the remaining food I had ordered and not even the dessert. By that point, I was already the last customer in the restaurant, so I decided there was no point in waiting any longer and asked for the check. I completely understand that I came in later in the evening, which is exactly why I asked before sitting down whether they were still open. If they had told me the kitchen was closing soon or that they could no longer provide normal service, I would have simply gone somewhere else. Instead, I was told they were still open even though it felt like the staff were already focused on closing and going home. Based on the overall experience, it felt like they were in a hurry to finish up for the night, which may explain why some of my orders were never prepared while dishes I never ordered were brought to me instead. This spot could be a hit or miss to some. Servers don't really come by and ask how you're doing or refill your drinks. You would need to wave some down for that. There is a self serve tablet on table to add more food to your AYCE queue however, it didn't seem to have all the options on the tablet. A large portions of items you would need to notify your server to add to your next round of orders. Other than the service the food does come out decently quick. If you usually opt for mainly nigiri when having AYCE this spot's nigiri rice portions are pretty small which I loved. I don't even think any of the rice balls were bigger than a quarter size. My boyfriend and I were looking for an ayce sushi place to try and chose this one because they offered oysters all for a reasonable price. We were nicely greeted and quickly sat within 5-10mins for a late lunch around 2pm on Memorial day, not that crowded but still quite a few people! Sushi quality is not bad, the salmon and tuna on the nigiris were better than the carpaccio for some reason, and the oysters tasted like the ones you get from a chinese seafood buffet I appreciate that they don't use a lot of rice on the nigiris and it's seasoned a bit too much which kind of caused the rice to crumble whenever you try and pick up a piece but not a problem, it still tasted good. My favorite was the yuzu yellowtail and the surf clam! Uni had a bad smell, taste, and appearance, probably would not recommend. They also have lots of different cut rolls! Being able to have dinner as a party of 8 during the Memorial Day weekend plus BTS concert week alone makes me want to give this place 5 stars. The Korean employees were attentive and kind. They were understanding and accommodating to our needs. Ambiance was incredible. This place is close to the strip and has extensive parking. Give this place a try! The server who took our first order put everything in one ticket so there was a little wait. We were thinking service was slow, so we added more orders. Then we ended up getting all of our first round items all at the same time. We had to cancel some of the second round orders. If the server who opens up the table splits the order into smaller tickets, that would help with the flow of the restaurant and make both the customer and sushi bar happy. I was excited to check this place out after seeing some videos of it on social media but I was very very disappointed. This was the first time that I didn't order a single piece of nigiri for round two. All of the fish felt slightly discolored, slightly off texture, and while some people may love that there's almost no rice, it was very random (some had normal rice amounts and other had tiny slivers of rice). Appetizers and udon were actually good but this was dinner priced AYCE sushi... I looked through the 5 star reviews and the fish looked nothing like what we got so maybe it was an off day? I had really high hopes for this place based on all the positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was incredibly disappointing because of the service. From the moment we were seated, it felt like we were forgotten. It took much longer than expected to get any attention from our server, and throughout the meal it was difficult to ask questions, or request additional items. This was a great all-you-can-eat sushi spot! I originally came hoping to find oysters, and they did not disappoint. They were fresh, clean, and had no grittiness at all. The only downside was that you can only order two per round, and they weren't served with a mignonette, which would have been a nice touch. My family made a huge reservation for my nephew's birthday. There were like 30+ of us taking up most of the restaurant. I must say the staffs kept up with us quite well. The venue is clean and inviting. We were seated right away and served water. Our table has 4 people since it's such a large party thru had to keep the tables separated to allow us to walk thru. We ordered almost everything from oysters, to unagi (eel) to carpaccio, to dragon rolls, California rolls to kalbi ribs and rice. For starters we ordered miso soup, udon noodles soup. The miso soup was a bit too salty. We brought our own cake and Abel and his colleague brought it out with a fireworks flare and a birthday song! It was the crème of the crop. puns intended lol The birthday boy was grinning from ear to ear. Thank you for that!! My only recommendation is that the dragon rolls did not come out like the dragon rolls were used to, with the eel and avocado outside and reduce the sodium on the miso soup. Otherwise it's a 9/10!! I cannot fathom how these reviews are so good. Our experience was very different. We came in for Mother's Day dinner, and when we explained to the server that there was a gluten allergy, she had no idea what gluten was. She also knew nothing about the sake on the menu. They gave us a different server who understood a bit more about gluten, but was so casual about everything, and it made us concerned about ordering because the person gluten is pretty serious. So many sushi restaurants in town have a gluten-free indicator on their menu and this place doesn't. We ordered some oysters to start and considering that oyster is literally in the name of this restaurant I assume they would be good. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. The oysters smelled fishy when they came over and the texture was off. We sent them back. The sushi itself was fine - but not outstanding. The sushi rice was just okay, but a little mushy. The Korean fried chicken was mediocre at best. For what it's worth, we did not order the AYCE menu; we ordered à la carte, hoping that the selections would be a bit better, but it was all fairly average. It was very hard to find roles that didn't have imitation crab or tempura in them either. If you're going for an AYCE place, I think there are better options. If you're going for à la carte sushi, I would go somewhere else. read more

Took an Uber here on XMas eve. The restaurant is located in a little strip mall with lots of parking. When we arrived it was packed. Thankfully, they take online reservations and I had reserved awhile back. It was one of the few places that actually take reservations. Even then we still had to wait about 20minutes for a table. They have tables for small parties and can put tables together for larger groups. When we were seated we took a look at the menu. There are quite a few options for Nigiri, Rolls, cooked food, and desserts. Not everything on the menu is all you can eat. There are a few items that are one order per person only. Items like oysters, soft shell crab, short ribs, and desserts among other things. So we made sure we ordered some of those limited items. They have a large selection of rolls as well with descriptions which was helpful. All the food was really well prepared, fresh, and tasted so good. The family thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Price was great too; cheaper than other AYCE places. But if you're having to Uber or Taxi you need to take that into consideration as well. We would come back if we are around again. read more

It seems like they're owned by the same people as Top Sushi, and you can feel some similarities in how things are run/the aesthetic. One nice feature is that ordering can be done through an iPad, which means less waiting around for a server and a smoother overall flow. That said, our waitress was excellent--she checked on us often, kept our waters and drinks refilled, and made sure our food came out promptly. The food was good, though I've had higher-quality sushi at places like Top Sushi and a few other spots. Still, everything was enjoyable, and nothing felt disappointing. One thing I really appreciated was how private and quiet the interior feels, especially for a lunch outing. It made for a relaxed, comfortable dining experience. We stopped by after having a massage next door with friends. We were a party of 4 and ordered a lot of food. Check the menu for some items that limits you to one per person. Service was ok. I ordered a glass of red wine but the server came back and told me they had none. Only white wines and plum wine. Booo... We ordered an array of sushi which my favorite was the garlic tuna amd I loved the shrimp Tempura and Kalbi. What I didn't like was the Ramyeon. The flavor profile was meh. My first time here and getting anywhere off Spring Mountain can be a challenge, but this parking lot was actually not bad. I like that they use very little rice. We did have a small issue with the water for the tea not being hot enough, but our server fixed it quickly and took care of us. They have really good options for all you can eat and oysters. Very tasty and big variety of items. There is a lot to choose from nigiri, sashimis, rolls, and appetizers. They had grilled items as well like LA Galbi and pork belly skewers. These items were mainly only 1 time order. My favorite was the seared salmon and eel nigiri. If you're a salmon lover like me, get the seared salmons! So delicious! They do offer half rolls as well and you can make some into a hand roll as well. I got some pieces of my nigiri that had little bits of cartilage still in it and tough pieces for some of them. Service was great, our waiter was friendly and patient with us when we were ordering our first round of food. You can also order on the iPad as well at the table to see pictures too. They have dessert but only 1 per person. The restaurant is pretty big inside and we did make reservations but it was unnecessary since there were a lot of open tables for a Thursday night. Went to Master Sushi & Oyster on a Saturday night and although busy there was a lot of space to accommodate a lot of people. My group and I went on a reservation which we made morning of, it made us feel secure to know we'll have a table going in and good to know that if you decide day of to go, making a reservation is easy. Parking was fairly busy, but there are spots in the back which is just behind the restaurant. Our server was nice, went over the menu and took our first round of orders. He told us that after the first round you can order off the screen which is attached to the table, making ordering easy and convenient. Most items also have pictures which makes it good for first timers who are curious on what a specific food item looks like. There are a handful of places that do good amount of fish to very little rice, Master Sushi elevates that by having thick slabs of fish on small rice, giving you more in each bite. We had salmon, yellowtail and different varieties of nigiris which was all very good. The oyster presentation was nice. My friend and I were also fairly impressed on how much salmon they put in the Philadelphia roll! With amazing quality, easy way to order and lots of delicious variety on the menu, I recommend Master Sushi especially if you are someone who is anxious ordering with a person. 10/10 food and service! read more
