They have so many delightful and fun pastries that it's hard to choose what to try. My favorite is the chocolate roll!! I use to buy them by the dozen and then would eat them all over a few days... Not a good idea for the figure so now I buy just one. The loaf of croissant bread was yummy, just sliced it and toasted it up. The typical bakeries in this area (Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen etc) are often chains, and focus on soft breads such as donuts and cakes, with the token boring croissant, and the Asian bakeries (also chains) offer a completely different style of breads, so to finally come across a place with innovative crisp laminated pastries is a treat! Note - they do not sell breads. I visited on a Friday morning around 8am and although there were only two people ahead of me in line, they were already out of almond croissants and I took the last sausage roll on display (but the bakers were probably baking more). There was a continuous flow of people in and out. The location is definitely set up to be a to-go place and NOT somewhere you come to sit and eat. No ambiance. No need to bring the friends and family, just send someone to buy a box of treats and enjoy at home. Being in a strip-mall complex, parking is easy.

Goes to show how good they are. We got the pistachio, earl grey, and yuzu. The yuzu was probably my favorite -- nice strong citrus flavor without being overly sweet. Pistachio leaned sweeter but still tasted good; you could tell they used real pistachio. Earl grey was the sweetest of the bunch, definitely gives you that tea flavor but in donut form. All of their donuts are loaded with cream inside, so if you're into rich, creamy desserts this is your spot. The donut itself (under all that cream) was actually really good too -- makes me think they could pull off savory options if they ever tried.

The whole place has such a welcoming, family feel with gorgeous aesthetics that make you want to linger. And we did. Toward the end of our visit, a musician was setting up, and when we asked if we could stay a bit longer to hear her, they kindly welcomed us to. I also want to note one thing I really enjoyed about this syrup, or the flavoring was that it was sieved or concentrated, sometimes when you're making a syrup at home, you get bits of blueberry throughout it and while I don't mind those this made for a nice smooth, drink with no chunks coming up in my straw. The nice thing about the moon milk is you can get it in levels for instance 'half moon' which would be about 50% sweet. The staff was attentive, and got my order out quickly.
