It seems that mornings are the busiest, so if you go I highly suggest calling ahead of time or if you are willing to wait, you can sit or explore the nearby area. There are good food spots near this salon and there are shopping centers extremely closeby. Theresa helped me and she was extremely nice and I loved the french manicure she did on me. I came to this salon a second time on a Friday as well, only this time I called ahead. When I arrived near the time of my scheduled appointment, I was sat down almost immediately, no waiting extra. This was also my experience the first time. Winnie did my deluxe manicure the second time I was here and I loved it. I thoroughly enjoy the extra add-ons to a manicure such as the massage and paraffin wax. She did a great job at massaging my arm and helping me relax. The paraffin wax they use smells like peaches and it makes the skin on your hands and arms feel soft afterwards. I showed Winnie a reference picture of some nails I found online. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect. I appreciated the dedication to detail and service. The picture is the final result and I ADORE how it came out! I love a simple short nail manicure and this place delivered the result I wanted. I have definitely found my new favorite nail salon in Redlands and will plan to come back again.

From the beginning, I clearly told the technician that I did not want gel on my fingernails -- only on my toes. The pedicure was okay, but the manicure was extremely disappointing. After removing my existing nails with a drill and solution, she proceeded to put gel on my fingernails anyway. When I reminded her that I had specifically said no gel, her attitude changed and she became upset with me. The manicure itself was also poorly done. My nails were not properly filed, my hands were not soaked, and my cuticles were not properly cleaned up. The gel was uneven and the overall finish was sloppy. The photos speak for themselves. At the time, I was extremely tired. My husband was receiving treatment, and honestly, this was the only alone time I had to rest. I didn't realize how bad my nails looked until later. I even left a tip because I wasn't trying to cause a problem. When I picked up my husband, he saw my nails and told me I should go back and ask for my money back. We didn't have time for them to redo them because we had another appointment in Ontario. I also live in Corona, so coming back another day to have them fixed was not practical. To be fair, when I returned, they did offer to fix my nails, but I simply didn't have the time that day and couldn't reasonably make another trip back from Corona. I then asked for my money back. After going back and forth with the person at the front desk, I was only offered $5 back. I reluctantly accepted the $5 because at that point I didn't want to continue arguing over it. What disappointed me most was that I was very clear about what I wanted from the beginning, yet my instructions were not followed. I also don't feel the quality of the manicure justified what I paid. I understand that mistakes happen, and I acknowledge that they did offer to correct the work. However, when a customer has clearly communicated what they want and the service doesn't meet that expectation, there should be a better way of handling the situation. I'm leaving this review so others can see my experience and make their own decision. Unfortunately, I would not return.

Massage chairs were amazing. We each had the regular pedicure $35 or #1 with added callous removal for an additional $8. My feet were nice and smooth, nails trimmed to my liking and heels soft. I had a last minute request to cut a rogue cuticle on my one finger and they helped me with that free of charge. They also shared Vaseline would help heal my cuticle. Great advice.
