I called Company to have a diploma come out and give a quote for a tub in…read moremy batbroom . gave me a quote Labor and I would buy the supplies at Home Depot and he'll pick them up and bring them over to put them he told me he could take care of the tile and the the flooring, and the wall around the existing walls for the shower while he did not do the tiling behind the tub and left the top exposed to the outside walls of the mobile home. I found that out of much later they came over and apologize and sent a gentleman from Fort Myers. Read the first name of Kyle who I hope I haven't left put in a new stone with the walls to go with it's not level. The walls are all crooked. They he's for the plastic resident trim off the frosted window that looked into the tub and told me oh by the way, you need a second code of mud on the throw. All I put up and he didn't put the drywall all the way around and left me a mess. Left the window undone. Left the tub and done. Left the sub floors exposed. I called. Company and their manager. Chad told me on the side. I said I did not. He was a goat employee. He came to give me a quote as a goat he was here. I asked if you get replaced my busted up bathroom I was asking him as a goat employee. You're not as a private person I don't know the man from anywhere change the toilet, which was no big deal OK job. I'll give you that. Not not a great job. I'm not a good job. Just OK. He also stole two $500 Apple advances from me and a $50 cash advance from Apple. He told me he needed that. I find out after the fact here for the whole time except for the library last the goat company truck in and a company uniforms that he was expired. And he's done the same I put pictures of my yelp and I'm looking for them because it was horrifying. I had a Contractor who lives gonna become with it and he goes. This is horrible. They need to come make this right. I called the goat, plumbing, out sent Kyle put the tub in. Nothing is my shower all level. They just don't wanna take the time. He said we Don or and we don't walls around the unit and we also onto the window. Resident that rush. The window that looked and with part of the set up the shower set up. Well first plumber. Told said they did everything. Or I would never have agreed to this job. I'm 73 and I'm Social Security. My $4000 job is turned into a $10,000 out that I cannot afford. I live right in a 55+ community right on the water and we were two hurricanes in a row and I have been slowly digging my way out years. Trying to get my place for back together. It is my retirement help. I do not have homeowners insurance because they do not give them on mobile homes. My mobile home is basically brand just a chassis, the iron very strong. Was putting 8. I had to replace the water, vapor etc. etc. I'm a far away from being done. I want them to give me back with the money I gave them because I afford to them this kind of money. I found a wonderful man from my church who has a commerciompany and he sent guys over to work. They they did do a wonderful job .I want my money back from them and they will not give it back to me. Kyle mgr Goat Plumbing Co took my tub . He said I won't be able to get anything for it and a week later I get a phone call. Oh guess what? I can'give you $700 for your tub as they able to get it back from Home Depot for you.. I want rest of my moneys. Kyle from Fort Myers of goat, plumbing Company. The night. He left here. I had to write a check for $2000. I've had $ 2000 before but I wasn't sure if I gave them the extra 210 if i did not . I said I will go you $2000 because they know I'm very prompt about paying my bills . I want that Money back, they still have my money and I've had to pay another 1500 to the other company that did the job and fixing the disaster and I'm very upset about and he told me that night. When I said I will just send in the 210 into the company. He said if you don't write that check for $2210 tonight. I am going to tear out your bathroom. Everything I did. I should've let them do it. I looked over my choices and thought that JK would be best, and I was not wrong. I called JK Plumbing and spoke to Jesse's wife. She asked me send some photos of my problem to show Jesse when he got home. I got a call back and the estimate was very reasonable. Jesse came out the next day when he said he would. He was very polite the whole time and explained what needed to be done. I needed the two basket strainers and pipe. He said he had to go and buy them and went to Home Depot, it took a while and when he returned he apologize and explained that the ones sold at HD were inferior and went to a hardware store for better parts that will last for many years. He did a great job, cleaned up everything and even charged me a little less than his quoted price. I'm very pleased with his work and will definitely call Jesse for any future plumbing needs. I was looking for a reputable plumber for the last three years to have work done on the house I bought three years ago. I put it off. As "luck" would have it I had a leak so I had to look for a plumber LOL I did a Google search and had three estimates. Mike didn't sweet talk me like the second one did and was very confident in his ability to resolve my plumbing problem. He is honest stating in part "I didn't know this [my huge property] was back here." Their ratings are very high 4.9 stars on Google and 5 stars on Yelp. (The minimum number of stars is or should be at least 4.5 stars average minimum on both Google and Yelp reviews.) They go by the name FL Plumber now which includes Pasco County, Pinellas County, and Hillsborough County. After they came out for free estimates, they came out to my main house in New Port Richey on October 27, 2023, November 8, 2023, and January 18, 2024 for a variety of plumbing work. They have been consistent. They also itemize the work on their invoices and leave a hard copy of the invoice for you for your records. Fair, honest, very professional. I feel as though they do not rip me off and they do not look down on me or my neighbors based on the location. (They value their customers.) Had a different Plumbing company come out to give me quote and even did a complimentary camera job. I viewed it and realized we need a new cast iron pipe replacement. That company was quite high, though, in pricing for anything and so I naively believed BBB and Angie's list and went with APEX. Anyway, long story short, the plumber from APEX, misled us into believing the sink drain was cleared. He couldn't find anything wrong with the toilet, he said. He did more investigating around the premises. I kept asking how much this was going to cost and he replied, "Don't worry about it." (Have footage on live camera).Then, when he was done, he told us it would be $325.00. He produced a tablet, stating that is where I needed to sign giving APEX permission to take my credit card.He said we'd receive an e-receipt along with other quotes and he was headed to his truck and would send it while parked there. After not receiving anything, I called his office and had to wait the next day. To our astonishment, the plumber had written very inaccurate assessment of things and even stated I agreed to a camera to check the pipe out. I made it clear we didn't need that.It turns out that he made my signature appear as if I agreed with his false quote which I never saw until a day later. Yesterday, a plumber representing APEX PLUMBING, surprised us by showing up. I was at work and saw on my live camera the guy preparing to do some work.Unannounced and without permission. Mother tried to tell him NO but he seemed to ignore her until he heard my voice on the camera and made him LEAVE. I was unsuccessful in fully communicating with his general manager, Frank. Had a hard time getting a working email from his office...I hear crickets ..I sent them an ULTIMATUM. And we want our $325 back as the sink is still clogged as is the toilet. APEX PLUMBING are SCAM artists trying to take advantage of the elderly. Mother is very disabled and half blind.SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON APEX PLUMBING!!!!
