The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining.
