Well for starters I loved the sleek look of this location. Its a really high tech design and it brings a real modern look to the not so modern street on Sunnymead Boulevard. At first I was immediately turned off by the carwash only because as i drove up to the kiosk i realized that it was an auto carwash (similar to the gas station kind) but then they also offered a full service wash were an attendant washed, vacuumed, shined my tires and dashboard and detailed my car for only $11.99. But since my mother was with me and she is a senior citizen i got the service for only $10 that day. So even though i was skeptical because the fancy auto-car wash set-up, the attention to detail they provided me was great! Now Ive been a weekly customer and am informed (via email) of their discounts and coupons...which i might add come in real handy in this economy! I think that M-W its only $3 for a basic car wash and what i really like is that I get to vacuum it self serve for free (which is way better than the other car washes Ive been to that make u insert coins every couple minutes) Oh and I noticed that the staff was really friendly and accomodating. For example everytime I get a full service where they detail and wash it, they always allow me to inspect their work and make suggestions if Im not completely satisfied. Ive been a customer since iwash has opened and I was really impressed with the look of the facility at first glance. Allthough I was a little intimidated by the real futuristic design, I was quickly made a fan when I started getting my car washed here. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. For about 14.99 I get a full service wash on my SUV (Ford Expedition) which includes washing my car, vacuuming, washing the windows and armor-all on my tires and dashboard (I beliieve its 12.99 for regular vehicles). They even have a lovely foodmart with wifi for me to wait in that also offers snacks, car accesories and novelty items at a reasonable price. I've been to the other car washes in Moreno Valley and was not impressed. Not only did the services dissapoint me but the staff was hard to understand at times. I recommend iwash to all my friends and family. Heres a tip: If you stop by the foodmart you can save big time with the coupons they have just ask the receptionist. I was very pleased with the car wash I received at i Wash Express. I have a mini-van that I drive many miles on the freeway each week. I didn't wash my van for a long time, it was filthy dirty. I purchased the $8.00 wash and went through the car wash and was amazed to see all the dirt washed away, i mean I've been using these type of car wash services for about 20 years now and this one beats them all. After the express wash, I pulled up and started to vacuum the van. I didn't wipe the body or windows. When I finished using there FREE self vacuum, I looked to see if any water marks were left over and not 1 on the entire van. Now that's what you call spot free rinse. I've been back several times now and ended up purchasing there membership program where I can wash as many times in 1 month for only $19.99. read more

********************DON'T BUY A MEMBERSHIP*************************** I had a membership for awhile, but then I bought a new car that I didn't want to be damaged from the abusive contact caused by the machines. I canceled my membership and continued to be charged. When I went in to complain, the manager only paritially refunded me for the money stolen from my account. The manager is rude and obviously does not have good math skills. I hope my mistake (doing business with this place) can save anyone reading this review a litte money and frustration. Been coming here for about 4 months now and I absolutely love this place! Employees are super cool, and every time I come here the service is quick! I've always been hesitant about running my car through machine washes but this place is top tier express washing. I get the ultimate wash cuz I need that wax. I just got the new service they provide for the interior and they sanitized the entire inside of my car! Even got the vents from the inside of the hood! Frank who claims to be the owner he is a useless hired help, very rude and unprofessional . He was careless and not helpful when i pointed out the damage on my car, all he did was asking me out and gave me his number what a preak ! this guy thinks of himself very highly with his strong accent and unproper language and manners.
