Similar to the Moreno Valley Car Wash around the corner on Fredrick Street, but this carwash is a dollar less at 5 bucks. However, this car wash was a waste of that five dollars. Their spotless rinse is NOT in any way shape or form spotless. My windshield, rear & side windows all had massive amounts of spots when the rinse water dried. In fact, this carwash even left soap bubbles on my truck. So once again, false advertising from another car wash in Moreno Valley. read more

4 STARS If I didn't have to ask, every time I'm there to get my tires dressed. I've been going there for about a year now, and I always get the same wash. "Monster Wash" With that service you get your tires dressed. I would say that a good 95% of the time, I have to send one of my kids or my self you get the attention of the workers, so they can come and do my tires. I'm usually in a bid of a hurry and don't have time to be waiting on them. I just see them on their Phone's not wanting to pay attention to their work. And I'm NOT Talking about the girls who work there, I'm talking about the male attendants. You can see they don't want too be there. Specially when you first arrive, and they're spraying my vehicle with something, I'm thinking it's some kind of soap. The guys just stand there and force them selfs to spray, doing only one side of my vehicle, while the girls make it a point to spray both sides. I'm canceling my Monthly membership, and going to look elsewhere for my car wash needs. Other than that, it's a pretty nice place to get an fast wash, and close to home. read more

We paid $25 (approximately) and left a $5 tip for what was supposed to be a full-service wash. By theory and definition, a full-service wash is an all-inclusive (complete outside and interior). Rather, we received a wash one would say had been done by a teenager. My eight year old nephew could have done a far better job. I usually go to Washbank Express on Alessandro. Tried this place today and it didn't compare. The vacuum's were weaker, the wash itself was fine except for 11 bucks here doesn't get you air freshener and wipes. It's also much smaller so I didn't have room to open my car door all the way and I had to share the vacuum hose with the guy next to me. read more

This car wash is way more than you'll expect from any regular car wash, the MONSTER wash keeps your car nice and clean, the vacuums are brand new and the power is phenomenal. But the best about this car wash is the customer service,. Never have I been let down by the staff here at iwash , Elaina is one the nicest people and Desirae (who did my Full service last time I came in did an explicit job). The minute the machine turned on, the fiber cloth roller wrapped around the antenna yanking it off and SHATTERING our back windshield. The staff seemed unapologetic and when trying to speak with the manager no help was found. It was terrible service and we at least expected a sincere apology and a refund which we did not get. Super dope wash! I got the full service for my BMW 5 series.. It was pretty dirty since I went to the beach and had sand in the car but these guys did a great job and pretty quick. I spent no more than 20 min there and I got air scent and tire dressing and a awesome smelling interior dash armorall :) I lt's a nice and safe place, staff is friendly and I'll be back for sure, this is my new spot. Also they have a tire shop and smog shop in the center so if you need those services it's a one stop shop. read more

Be careful. My new Sonata was scratched all along the passenger side and dented past the rear door. I immediately filed a report, which I had to continuously follow up because I had yet to receive an email (their method of communication), and their resolution was a free car wash. Bought a new car for my wife. Tried the monthly membership and very happy. I have a new car, for me this time, but they close to early. I would suggest staying open til 7:00. Then I would consider the monthly plan for my car. Also, noticed that on weekends they rarely do the tire treatment unless we ask for it. Its part of the monthly membership. read more

Worst car wash ever. Car was still dirty they would not run the car again what a joke. Soap still on the car. No adults around to talk to. This car wash is a joke. I paid $10 for a wash just so they can break off my antenna. Before my truck went into wash, my antenna had to be removed (I've never had to remove it at any other car wash). I have a stationary antenna which can't be removed. The worker tried to removed it. He kept trying till he broke it. The owner refused to pay for the damage per their caution sign. It states that they are not responsible for non operating power antennas, or loose molding powered antennas. Spoke with the owner and he said he was not responsible, that he won't fix it, and I was yelled at and cussed at the entire time. He wouldn't even reimburse me for my car wash fee. So don't bother going to this so call high tech car wash if you want to risk having your vehicle damaged. read more

Wish I could give zero stars.... paid $17 for one step down from the best package cuz I didn't need the interior done. What. A. Nightmare. I had to send my truck through the wash TWICE and it still had dirt and grime all over it!!! When I asked for a refund the manager told me "they don't do refunds but could offer me a $17 giftcard" and offered to "wipe off" the rest of the dirt and nastieness with a cloth. She did that for about 2 minutes- then I spent the next 30 minutes finishing it myself IN A DRESS- and not one single employee offered to help me. Now I like a clean car as much as the next person but I'm by no means a neat freak about it... this whole experience just pissed me right off!! read more
