Everyone from the young woman who helped me select and pay for the wash, the man who guided me into the track and the young man who did my tire shine. This place is alright... nothing spectacular and nothing horrible. It's your typical drive-thru car wash and barely a step up from the car washes you'd see at a gas station. DO NOT UPGRADE TO THE HIGHER PACKAGES. THEY'RE WORTHLESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY. I shaved off a couple stars because twice now they sold me on a higher package and they gave nothing for the higher package at the higher price I paid. The big sell each time was the tire dressing. The first time I asked how the tire dressing works because this is mainly a self-serve wash and I didn't want to sit there putting greasy tire dressing on myself. The girl said, "Oh no, that's the benefit. We come out to the vacuum area and put the dressing on for you once your car is washed." So I went for it, paid the extra, and guess what... no one ever came out even though I waited for more than 15 minutes parked at the vacuum area. I even tried to flag employees down and no one came. The next time I went, same routine; the girl starts selling me on the higher package and touts the tire dressing that they come out and put on for you. Thinking the first time may have just been a fluke or bad day for them, I explain to the girl that I'm hesitant to upgrade because of my prior experience - explaining to her that no one came out last time. She assures me emphatically that, if I upgrade, she'll make sure she comes out herself to do the tire dressing. Okay, I went for it. After driving through the wash, I park at the vacuum area and waive at the girl. She nods her head in acknowledgment and walks inside, as if going to get the dressing. But more than five minutes later, she's still not back out. I get out of my car and look around but now can't find her. I flagged down a guy and told him I bought the dressing and he says, "Someone will be right there." Another ten minutes go by and I drive away in frustration, still without any tire dressing. read more

Second time here was hopping it would be better than the first ! I drive a Silverado and let me just tell you there was soap on my side mirrors and it only dried the front of the truck now the bed is all spotted with water spots and the left over soap on the side mirrors left streaks on my doors !!! I had the $20 per month membership for close to a year and it was a good value as long as I was getting my car washed at least once a week. The problem came when I went to cancel my membership. When I cancelled, the owner told me to keep my cancellation receipt because if they accidentally kept charging my account, that would be my only proof that I had cancelled. Luckily, I kept my receipt because of course, just as he said, they charged my card when the next month came around. This is a total scam and an attempt to continue to collect money from people after they have tried to cancel their membership. read more

I would never go here again nor recommend it. Drove our vehicle through the car wash, the front left roller was not spinning like it should have been and it dented up the front drivers side panel, scratched the hood, then the roller came in through the front windsheild. The manager (owner) Frank told us to call our insurance and his insurance would cover it. Needless to say, he lied to our adjuster, refuses to give up his insurance information, so I got my car fixed at the body shop, and my insurance is sending him the bill. Doubt that he will pay it as he claims his machine works properly and that it could not have caused the damage to my car....funny...when we saw it happen inside the car wash, while he stopped the machine and examined the damage. This man is shady, lies and refuses to accept responsibility....I see this place going out of business shortly and have already filed complaints with the BBB( he has an F rating) as well as with the city business department. Take your $5 and give to a school for a fundraiser car wash, and save yourself the headache and hassle read more

There's new ownership now and they've completely revamped the way this place looks and the way that the customer service experience is. I had never heard of a unlimited car was pass like they have! $20 for all the car washes I want is a dream come true. I work in the OC and have to park my Infiniti G35 outside at home and at work and it is constantly dirty, now I get it washed a min. of one a week. The water and time I would use washing it myself is worth more then $20! Owner is a stickler about the pass being on the window and in the door, but that is understandable. HIGHLY recommend for the price! Wish they had one near my work in OC too!! read more

My car got scratched up going through here and left a blue mark on my car, which does not come out. I also payed the $17 to get the wax but the car came out as shitty as it would with a 3.99 wash from the gas station. Wish I spent a little more to get it hand washed and would've been at least decent. Am never coming here or doing this again! read more

I love this car wash it's a perfect location right next Autozone. I go there at least once every 10 days because it has the best wash and customer service on all of Moreno Valley. Last time I was there, Michelle helped me with picking my wash and I got the armorall, free towel and an air scent all for $10. Its a great deal! I recommend it to all my friends and I definitely give it a five star. They also have amazing design and great landscape and clear signs that help choose and describe the washes. The waterfall is pretty cool when exiting the carwash tunnel I haven't seen that anywhere else. The other washes in the city don't compare and I don't wast my time either. I'm a fanatic when It comes to clean cars inside and out. I Wash has a great vacuum system and never had any issues with this place, I'm regular! read more

Good thing this place is located next to autozone so you can get cleaning products to clean your car after you get out. First time I went here it was awesome. This last time very unhappy. Left lots of dirt on my car. Didn't even look like it was run through a car wash. Going to be taking my business elsewhere or to a do it yourself car wash. read more
