Decided to try out this new spot. They have indoor & outdoor seating. I opted for outdoor (even though it was HOT out). Staff was attentive, very kind & courteous. You order at the counter, are given a number & your food is brought to you. I was impressed, they had hand sanitizer stations at each entrance & were wiping down the credit card reader after every person. Now, to the good part, the food! I ordered wingz & had 1/2 Thai Curry & 1/2 Teryaki Pineapple & they were deeeeelish! They had a good amount of crispiness & you have the option of sauce on the side or on the wingz. I chose sauce on the wingz. The only thing I wish would've been different was that the sauce stuck to the wingz better, but it tasted good regardless. I also ordered the "Make Your Own Mac" & let me tell you, sooo cheesy & delicious! They also add crushed up Cheez-Its on top to give it a little crunch. I had ham, bacon & black olives in mine. My husband and I were in the area and decided to try this place. Husband got the Salt and Pepper Dry Rub and Buffalo. He says the dry rub was not too over seasoned, the meat was juicy, and did not taste frozen and tasted very fresh. I got Boneless Nashville Hot and Teriyaki Pineapple. I thought the boneless was just the right amount, 16 seems like a lot but they were smaller pieces. I loved the Nashville Hot. The Teriyaki Pineapple was tasty but I'd probably try something else next time, they have so many flavors to choose from! First, the food is slightly better than the corporate restaurants offering similar food. Their sauces are tasty but they no longer allow you to select all drumsticks on your orders of 10+ wings, which is a shame. However, they have very poor customer service. On Saturday, 1/23/21, at approximately 6:05 pm, I placed a take-out order for almost $100. The cashier said the order would be ready in 15 minutes after I got off the phone with her at 6:10 pm, so about 6:25 pm would be the pick-up time. I showed up and my order was not brought out to me until exactly 6:47 pm. They also forgot to include a large order of french fries which i did not realize until about 7:20 pm. I called and was sent directly to voicemail because apparently they don't take phone orders for 40 minutes prior to their stated closing time at 8 pm. Ok, so I called the next day to explain that I would like a refund for the forgotten item. I was reassured that they would notify the owner to refund me the money. Now, it is Wednesday, 2/3/2021 and the money has still not been refunded to my account. At this point, I don't care about the money but it's the principle that they can FORGET to include food on your order, still CHARGE you AND NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. That is not good customer service and frankly is not at least a bit of professionalism. After 3 phone calls, each cashier told me the same thing, "oh, the owner is not here but they will get back to you." Be advised, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD ORDER before you order from here. They will forget food items and NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. read more

Wings are really big. I like the sweet bbq and my husband loves the Buffalo with blu cheese. He likes them which is awesome since he's picky (his family is from buffalo). I love their tater tots, fries, and their Mac n cheese is pretty good. It's not to runny and they don't skimp on the cheese. Reasonable prices and the staff is cool. We love this place! We live In Seattle area and often go to the dunes, we go out of our way to stop there! Also have bought like 10 shirts from them to represent for them in Seatown! I really wanted to love this place but... The vibe is cool and place looks great and clean. Unfortunately the service leaves quite a bit to be desired. In our short 30 minute or so visit, there were at least 3 groups (including us) who had issues with our orders and frustrated with the help. Server was apologetic and tried to help fix things with our order which was nice, but then went up to order another drink and was ignored and bypassed twice for other customers who got there after me. Just was frustrating and hopefully we caught them on a busy/struggle day and glitches will be worked out with time in the new place because it is a cool place with decent wings! Hands down best boneless bites I've had. I got the Parmesan garlic and it was to die for. My boyfriend ordered the wings and said they were better than fire on the mountain and BWW. I love spicy and I'm always disappointed when restaurants call things "spicy" and it's like buffalo hot sauce or something. Give me habanero, ghost pepper, Thai chili, Carolina reaper!! So in summary, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but beware don't get the fire level unless you're down to sweat, it's definitely not for the average soul. My bf got sweet red chili and it tasted exactly how you'd expect sweet chili sauce to taste. It was delicious, a little more sweet than spicy. The chicken was well cooked and gave us a sizeable portion. I waited 40 minutes for my order and it was not worth it. It was kind of like when you go to a bar and you see a gorgeous chick and then you get to talking to her and its so blah that not even cause she's pretty is it enough... yeah same feeling with this food. Ok now lets talk about the wings, i ordered half korean bbq and half mango habanero and well for a wing place I guess I was expecting too much :/ I mean all a giy wanted was salt or some falvor.. :,( everything looked goodbut I should of known better. I mean there wasnt any smells coming from the kitchen. Also kind of sad the ceaser salad wrap was the best thing from the items I ordered. Incredible service, quality atmosphere, delicious food, a truly great experience. A friend and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings originally for the blazers game 1 of the playoffs, but it was too busy. We decided to give this place a shot and can safely say it was a much better overall experience. They may not have all the tv's, but this place has a great feel to it. The wings are very moderately priced and I plan on trying the lobster Mac next time I go in. Most the boneless wings I had were really juicy and the sauces easily rival that of buffalo (for some reason the blue cheese was extra good). Staff were a real delight to be around and checked on us regularly. Seriously some of the better service I've had in a long time. Tots and waffle fries were top notch as well and extremely well priced. I have a $50 gift card to buffalo that I was planning on using during the playoffs, but I gotta say I'd rather spend that time at I wingz. Hope this place gets good business and is able to stay consistent because this is one of the better spots in Salem. read more

Pretty disappointing..... First we placed an order in advance for a specific time, when we show up at said time order is not ready nor did they get our order correct. The girl at the register was nice and offered us extra of one of the sides we ordered for our wait (which was honestly not a big deal). The sides we ordered were delicious but the problem is half our wings were completely undercooked and half raw.
