Located at the Fork Forty Food Hall, the stall is easy to find. Ordered takeout. Service was quick. Food was delicious.

Very fast casual tasting food with an emphasis on the fast... Ordered the five spice tofu with kimchi fried rice, the teriyaki chicken plate and the Korean bbq wings. Five spice tofu with kimchi fried rice: 1.5 / 5 Rice was completely tasteless. Tofu was nothing special. Just some fried tofu with cheap Fred Myers style Asian sauce. Hospital food has more flavor. Teriyaki chicken plate: 1.5 / 5 Costco style wings deep fried with the weirdest teriyaki sauce I've ever tasted. Korean bbq wings: 3 / 5 Definitely the best of the bunch, but not worth the price for 6 wings. Chicken was juicy, batter was nice and crispy. Unfortunately they were drowning in sauce. I imagine this is what Korean food would taste like if your white neighbors tried making it for you for the first time.

I had the Honey BBQ and the Carane asada and my wife had Chicken bulgogi Bao.

was on my list of places to try;I was in the area with my wife last night,so we tried it out. First off, I want to say how wonderful the girl was behind the register that was so friendly and patient with us and our first time there. It was really great food and the atmosphere was pretty cool lookin,I'll definitely be back to try some other items.

The food is super mediocre, not very tasty. Makes Panda Express seem amazing in comparison. Got the teriyaki chicken plate, fried tofu plate, and Korean chicken wings. None of them were very good, not even worth the space in my stomach. And this is not specific to this place, but they ask for a tip upfront when you order, even though you go up to order then pick up and bus your own dishes. So where is the service that we are tipping for?

This place is located at a food hall called Fork Forty, this is something that Salem needs and I'm proud/glad that someone had put this together. The food hall has many restaurants in there including this one. Inside the facility, there's lots of chairs and tables, there's also a bar and inside the bar is where the bathrooms are located. The reasoning for the low stars was that there was no flavor, all three baos were so bland, meat was over cooked. I will say, for the price it is considered "cheap" because when you actually go to a bao spot, it's not actually this size it's much smaller. So you are getting more for what you're paying but honestly I took two bites each and unfortunately had to toss it out. The fries were just okay, could be a little more crispy. Unfortunately they don't have any other condiments like ketchup for the fries, the only sauce they have is this green sauce and it was bland as well. No flavor at all. The chicken in the other hand, I will say it was cooked perfectly but the coating was soggy and didn't have that crisp, overly sauced and the sauce on top of that was not good. Im located in Portland and I love Korean fried chicken, it's honestly the best and I do often go to places like ChimKing, Honey Spice & BonChon. Those places I named are authentic Korean fried chicken that is a must try and this chicken was just... incomparable. Overall was disappointed, the food also took over 20 minutes and there was barely anyone there. My friends and I did a food tour and ordered a plate from each restaurant to try and since no one was there we got our food right away except at this place. Unfortunately, wouldn't come again. I appreciate the efforts and Salem isn't really a foodie place so at least they have this?... I guess.

Stopped by on our road trip to Seattle. I was craving something with a lot of flavor. We got exactly that! I ordered Korean Fried Chicken and the Rangoon's it was perfect! My husband did a combo of the fried chicken and pork with a side of Jalapeño coleslaw. Everything tasted great a perfect stop along the way. Its located inside of Fork Forty which is a food hall. There were other great options of there was more time I would love to explore the area more. Overall a great experience considering it's something we picked on a whim.

Pork, carne asada, Korean fried chicken, l to r. Clouds of happiness right there!!

My DIL brought these home and graciously let me have a pork one. It was amazing! I went back today and got a trio of pork, carne asada, and the Korean fried chicken bao. I substituted the jalapeño coleslaw for the French fries. Everything was delish! My fav is the carne asada. Now go get yourself some killer stuffed fluffy buns!

Absolutely delicious. I ordered way too much but I also got the crab Rangoon in addition to the bao and they were both top notch. Will be going back for sure.

One of my favorite places to eat. Everything, in my opinion, is amazing. I always get the fried chicken bao and I even had my friend from Minnesota raving about it. Don't change a thing. Unless you're gonna add more amazing food.

The inside was very clean and felt big even though it's a small place. They thought about how to lay it out. I ordered the salmon cream cheese burrito. The diagonal cut made it where I couldn't get all the parts of the burrito in one bite. This meant all cream cheese in multiple bits and then the other half all fish and veggies. The fish was very fresh and delicious. Due to size the burrito split because the seaweed didn't overlap. My husband got a spicy version and was disappointed that it wasn't spicy at all. It also fell apart. The miso soup is the best we have had in a long time. The salad it came with was just coleslaw mix with nonexistent dressing. In all we will go back and try normal rolls to see if it's worth it. Price is definitely worth it. We left full.

Finding foods that had flavor was a real struggle, we tried all the recommended top dollar seafood and steak places. They were over priced with nice locations, but not what we were looking for that great flavors that would bring us back for more. Then we finally gave Noodle Cafe a try. It's been maybe 1.5 years since we met Lisa the wonderful owner and first time since we moved here that we started really enjoying eating out again. The food here is always the freshest of ingredients, with flavors that is unmatched and delicious that makes us eat here 4-6 times a month. A lot of places in Oregon that you dine in at can leave you with buyers remorse, my wife can honestly say that is never the case while dining at Noodle Cafe. I promise you if you've never tried it, you will not be let down.

Flavorful and delicious, Fire Foods delivers the best in Asian food here in Molalla. I haven't had their burgers yet but after reading the reviews here, I'm thinking I need to try one! In any event, with the cold grey day we are having today, a bowl of hot ramen soup was the perfect thing to send the overcast blues flying out the window. Today, I had the Veggie Ramen Soup with shrimp & egg along with a cup of jasmine flower tea. The bowl of soup was so big I had to ask for a container to take home what I couldn't eat at lunch. With big huge shrimps and a perfectly poached egg, the noodles and veggies (broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, bok choy) hit the spot. The broth was delicious with the perfect amount of spiciness - my lips were tingling with the heat! (Tip: I asked for a "1" on the spiciness chart and it was spicy. I think it might have actually been a "2" because it was spicy! I like my food spicy but if you don't, maybe ask for a "0".) Ordering is accomplished at the counter, which is on the left when you enter the front door. When I said I needed some soup for a chilly day, the man who took my order suggested the Veggie Ramen. He then asked if I wanted to add anything to it and I requested chicken, although I got those huge beautiful shrimp. (I'll be asking for those shrimp from now on!) Prices are comparable to or less than any other place these days - veggie ramen soup was $12 and the pot of tea that I got at least 3 mugfuls out of was $2.50. Add-ons to the soup like chicken, beef or shrimp are an additional couple of bucks. All decked out for the holidays, my favorite decoration was the Grinch Christmas Tree! Fun and festive! I'll be going back soon - maybe to try a burger but I love their Asian food so it might be hard to choose.

We've visited Beach Wok a few times over the years, and each time we've found it to be fresh and of good quality. However, on our most recent visit, we discovered that half of our dishes were dry and partially inedible. The main issue with our to-go order was the ribs. For my kids, I ordered the BBQ ribs. At least half were too dry and tough to eat without posing a choking risk. For myself, I placed an order for the gluten-free sweet and sour ribs. Mine were at least 3/4 too dry to eat, to the point I was trying to drink water while chewing in order to get the meat soft enough to swallow. It just wasn't worth the risk or pain in my jaw so I ended up throwing away most of the two rib orders. My husband's fish and chips were fine, as well as the cucumber salad, edamame, and a grilled cheese I also ordered for the kids. I was planning on ordering from Beach Wok a second night, but with the prices as high as they are and our bad experience a few nights earlier, I decided against it. I'm undecided if we'll be returning to Beach Wok again. 2026 #1
