We got there just in time cause literally 5 mins after we sat down the place was full. The space is narrow but very intimate. The back area is the bar and a brighter area. The best service I've ever had from a speakeasy/bar/ANYTHING IN FLUSHING! The definition of a hidden gem. We came in just to try the Happy Hour menu, $1.75/oyster is unbelievable. Everything was just as good if not better than any speakeasy bar joint in Manhattan. Waitstaff all spoke English, a rarity in Flushing where Mandarin is the default. Around round 2, the owner came to our table to check in and give his recommendations. We were split between the burger and cooked oysters, ultimately decided on the later... BUT HE PUT THE BURGER ON THE HOUSE! I am a Flushing native- born, raised, and living around 4 blocks away. To say I'm local is an understatement. I'm so glad this place is here. I liked this place so much I even hosted a private party here. The owner was super responsive and worked with us to find the right combination of food and drinks for our guests. The place is already very cute and vibe-y and they let us come early to set up some minor decorations too. Everyone there was super attentive and kept the drinks flowing. They also seem to have a collection of unique wine, liquor, and beers that were recommending and it was really fun to try something new.
