The short line ( had two people ahead and one of them didn't order drinks) moved quickly, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink, even though it wasn't that busy and there was only one person ahead of me that ordered drinks. Turns out most of the delay was due to online orders. Call me old-fashioned, but I think customers standing right in front of you should be served first. Absolutely disgusting that a place that claims to have Christian values would treat a family so rude for a toddler displaying completely developmentally normal behavior. I would understand if she had been constantly screaming, she said our names loudly one time. And i handled it.
