I rented it for the times 10:30-1:30, but technically you get it for the day 8-8. I was in communication with the delivery guy and he was flexible on letting me keep it until 5, which was plenty enough time. Super easy and quick set up, didn't have to lift a finger and clean. *Yes you need to call 72 hours in advance from your party date to confirm the delivery, but it takes 2 minutes!* All my friends asked where I got it and now we want them for all our future parties! Great reasonable prices also.

The horse pinata here was just about the nicest and there were two to choose from. This pinata was of good size. About the average size of quality pinatas. They only cost 5$ more than the nicest pinata in the "Mexican fiesta district" on Olympic. But the nicest one there looked like a mutant "Pokey"...it was square. Basically, it was a pinata that was put together with little attention to detail. There was a 10$ one elsewhere in the "fiesta district" but it was much smaller and awful looking and the store owner did not speak Spanish so I guess it was imported from Europe or the Middle East haha!!!! There is a good amount of pinatas here. Some are sun bleached but I am sure the store owner can order a nice new one for you. This place also helps you with other party needs and rentals. Parking is no problem here unlike at the "fiesta district" where you may be unlucky and have to pay at least 3$ for parking....which may make it less cost effective...all depends on the time of day you come here.... Problem is that this place is not too close to freeways. One reason this place did not get 5 stars besides the fact the lady didn't really want to bring down the horse pinata for me. Not great customer service, though she did spend time talking to me about the pinata industry, but then again she kind of blew me off when another customer came and after it was clear I was not going to buy the pinata this day. If you really want to get a really great pinata come here. If you want "cheap" go to the "fiesta district". It all depends on how much you like your kid!

Called to have chairs and tables delivered to the clubhouse, They asked if I live there, I told…read morethem no, but they were ok with it and booked the order. Magic Dream gave a delivery time between 9:30AM to 10:30AM. 9:08 AM, the delivery guy calls me and said he's there, I asked him to wait since I did not expect them to be so early. I get there at 9:28 and the delivery guy is gone, does not even tell me he left already. Here's what happened: The driver did not wait because they have other deliveries. The delivery guy also rang the doorbell of the house next to the clubhouse, finds out I don't live there, calls his boss. Oscar, the owner calls me and said they won't deliver since I don't live there. DUH!, NO ONE LIVES IN A CLUBHOUSE! and I told them during the booking that I don't live there! They have no clue what a clubhouse is. He calls me 30 mins later to ask if I still want the chairs and tables delivered. WTF! Stay away from these idiots.

I love that the jumpers are ALWAYS clean. I tend to always go for the slide/jumper combo and the kids go crazy for it. Carlos has a ton of options for both the bouncers and slides and even has a number of themed banners available for themed-parties (hello Kitty, Disney princess, Minecraft, etc) What I love the most about Calderon's Jump is that I can text Carlos at any hour with questions or placing an order and he's on top of it! He's attentive to what you need and even sends you pictures of items you may not be sure about. He accommodates any changes I need to make to the order and he's never been pushy or unprofessional. I also enjoy that it's a family business and that his sons, who are really professional and cordial, do the deliveries and pick-ups. There have been numerous occasions where I'm not able to be present for the pickup and I've trusted them with accessing my backyard, and I've never had problems. There was a stage that was the main focal area where both my brother-in-law welcomed and took pictures with his guests. The centerpieces were also balloon bouquets that doubled as "disco balls" when seen from afar. The whole ambience was causal elegance and looked stellar. Laura got there early (4:00 pm (on time!)) and was there at midnight to take everything down. She even threw in the big, lighted number 50 for free! She was thorough, polite, professional and creative. We got compliments from just about everybody who attended. I really don't have anything to compare her prices to, but we thought it was fair for the quality and service. Booking was quick and easy and she communicated before, during and after. We wanted balloon decorations, but she does all types of party decor. I'm sure we'll have more events that will need centerpieces or focal areas and Laura will be on our short list of party and event decorators.
