After that They sent me to someone they knew from a body shop (route 19 body shop in elgin) to get the rear end fixed and they had my car for over 2 months and wouldn't update me or answer my calls, I went to go check up on it and found my car unlocked, with keys inside and alcoholic beverages so I took it home and was never contacted after that. There is gaps in the panels in the rear of the car and the panels that were "fixed & painted" are now chipping and peeling. Worst experience ever!

I am in Cincinnati OH and sent my son there to get his car repaired. Both front axle Long story short, after a few weeks, my son's left tire fell off because two pins where missing from the CarX repair, which also let to brake work. I have photos. When I called to report on May 20 after paying another 1k to get it repaired they promised to reimburse. It's July 19th and paperwork was submitted July 5th. Still awaiting approvals as of today. Every correspondence has been lead by me. No communication or just genuine "we wronged the customer, let's make it right" attitude. Very disappointing.
