I live next door to this place and have been doing business with this company for five years. It was convenient and a golf cart ride away. The man I dealt with was pretty rude when he questioned me about just returning and who took care of the vines while I was gone. I didn't go all male Karen on him I just took back my receipts and will go somewhere else from now on. For some reason this is showing I'm from California. That crazy! I'm in Estero Fl and Indiana the rest of the year.

Tyler told me Jason was no longer with Moon Valley, and asked if he could meet with us at our home. Tyler was apologetic, kind, and could not have been more helpful. Tyler helped us find the right plants, and gave us nice ideas for our landscape areas. Despite being a very busy and important guy at Moon Valley, Tyler Brand treated my husband and I like we were very important customers, and was always available to us with any question we had. Tyler's team of hard working guys came and planted our new plants, refreshed our landscape areas with new mulch, and made everything look really lovely! Rob and I are very happy with the job they did for us. To make up for our negative experience with Jason, Tyler gave us some free gifts, and tried to make it up to us, which he succeeded in doing.
