I was informed they had no idea who I was and didn't know how to get a hold of me. Even though they had texted to confirm the appointment and I left a business card (cell/office/email) with my keys. In the end, my work truck spent the day in their parking lot while they couldn't figure out how to call me. What a joke. If they fix cars like they can operate a telephone, I wouldn't hold out much hope.

Later that same day he called and told me that there really wasn't a problem that a seal "weeped", but it wasn't a big problem at this point in time. I just needed to watch the oil level. This was my fourth time taking my vehicles to their repair shop and the consistency of being honest with the work and timing is reliable.

They fixed it the same day for $270 and even ran my engine afterward to make sure there were no more leaks. I was so impressed and relieved.
