I ordered studded tires several weeks ago. When I was finally notified that the tires had arrived, I brought in my vehicle expecting a straightforward appointment. Instead, I was told that the wrong tires had been ordered. What made the situation worse was being told that reordering the correct tires would cost an additional $200 if I wanted them sooner than two weeks from now. The employee I spoke with didn't seem concerned or interested in helping resolve the issue. Overall, this experience leaves a lot to be desired, and I will avoid this store in the future.
