When they put the initial chimney in; I thought all was fine until one rainy day... the chimney was leaking water. These people come back out. They don't keep their time or their appointment. They show up hours late and near dark time. They assure me that they can work in the dark and fix the issue. Chimney is crooked, has gaps in it and it's leaking from the chimney on the roof. Has nothing to do with the roof cause I had a brand new roof put on about six months ago. Stay away! Unless you want them to take your money, do a partial job and shine you on and run. I kept getting excuses about how the owner was having medical issues in the hospital with a stroke, etc. Honestly... I have as much compassion as the next person, but this is business and honestly, it's not my problem. DO NOT hire these people. They are sketchy. They do not listen. They do not care about the customer. I will be reporting them to the state, L&I and other agencies as well. BE WARNED!

The technician was polite, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the issue quixkly, ordered parts within a few says and came back to install and fix my pilot assembly and valve within a few days. Martin also serviced two other fireplaces and discovered some installation issues. He was able to resolve the issues, clean the fireplaces, and ensure that they were safe and operational. Price was fair too. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

In June 2023, I had another company come out to service my fireplace and examine a broken valve…read morethat would not shut off the pilot light when switched to the off position. The person charged me a sizeable service fee for the little work they did and then quoted me an enormous amount to come back and replace the valve assembly. I did the calculations in my head, and I felt the other company was fleecing me. I did some research and called this company for a second bid. I went over the information about my fireplace. I was give a reasonable quote to do the work. They told me Luke would come out and do the repair and that he has all the parts needed. Luke came to my house as scheduled and spent considerable time carefully dismantling the fireplace, replaced the valve assembly, installed a new thermo-coupler, cleaned and painted the firebox, installed a thermal disk to control the fan speed (which also turns it on and off automatically), re-secured the blower, put everything back together, and polished the glass. The fireplace looked new when finished. I wasn't sure how long the paint would last given the high heat inside the firebox, but I have used the fireplace over 40 hours a week over the past couple of months and so far the repainted firebox still looks great. The best part was that I paid less than half what the other company bid, and this company did far more work than replace a gas control valve and pilot. I hope to be able to use this business going forward. The only concern is that I live further than what I believe is their regular territory and they came over to do a major repair. I hope Luke can come to my house in the future for routine servicing.

I ignored him at firstbecause I was intimidated just by looking at their website. It shows pictures of them repairing old style chimnies. Mine is a modern insert type. However, I decided to text a picture and ask if he repaired this type. Of course he does!! We scheduled appt. in the same week. The problem with ours was the pilot kept going off & on for several months then completely went off. Asher immediately found the problem. I think it took more time to unscrew the face plate. There was a loose wire causing all these problems. Asher explained why this happens. He only charged me for the service fee. Asher is honest & professional. I am really satisfied with his work and will call in the future for any repairs.

Worked one day and now not working. They ignored my calls in fact hanging up on me. Then finally get the tech on the phone and he accused me of going in to my fireplace and breaking it myself. Ridiculous! Plus he never had permission to work on it. He just did it. Said it was working and then charged me for it and demanded payment that day. Should do estimate and get permission first.
