He picked the table up and returned it. For those of you who do not know what a drum table is, the center of the table goes around. Mine was badly broken causing the top to be very tilted. The crew installed the hardwood in summer 2023 and shortly afterwards much of it shrunk and developed creaking. After a lot of back and forth with Amir and the manufacturer, Renaissance replaced the problem areas. My wife and I appreciated Amir's professionalism and integrity. As customers making a significant investment in our home, we expected our concerns to be taken seriously and addressed professionally. Instead, we encountered a level of defensiveness that made an already frustrating situation more difficult than it needed to be. To the company's credit, Friends & Family Flooring ultimately corrected the flooring issues and addressed damage that occurred to our dining room table during the project. We appreciate that they stood behind their work and made things right in the end. However, the process of getting there was far more challenging than it should have been.
