I took them right back to the store it probably took me about 45 min. So, i took them up to the cashier who sold me the pants and asked if i could exchange them. She said yes. I pick out the right size and gave them to her at the register and she asked me for my receipt. I said receipt, i was just in here 45 minutes ago you sold me the pants. I told her i didnt want a cash refund I only wanted to exchange them for a bigger size.This place is awful i could not believe that ish. So i started looking for my receipt and while im looking the asian owner told me in a very rude tone next time bring your receipt. My son was with me at the time so i didnt act a donkey. I keep my cool but in my head i was like i dont need to steal 12 dollar school uniform pants from you P.A.B. The owner at this store does not respect his African American customers. He checked the back for me, and when they weren't there, he even scanned the barcode to see when they might be restocked. The employees are constantly going around the store during the day cleaning up after the customers that leave baskets full of clothes in the isles; the customers that let their kids play with and open the boxes of toys and leave them laying around; the customers that go through the clothes and pick out each hanger, don't put them back or let them fall to the floor on purpose. Customers are rude to each other too: just keeping their baskets angled in an isle when others are trying to get through. It's really sad to see people have respectable shopping etiquette in stores by none exist here.

During the crisis, he began engaging in self-injurious behaviors, including hitting himself, yelling, and becoming physically dysregulated. His staff immediately stepped in to help keep him and others safe, but the situation escalated to the point that they called me to assist. I arrived and immediately implemented his crisis protocol to help de-escalate him. As a parent of a child with severe autism, I have unfortunately experienced many situations where people either do not understand autism, become frustrated, or simply do not know how to respond. Too often, families are met with judgment rather than support. Valeria, the store manager, completely changed that experience for us. She showed compassion, understanding, and professionalism in a moment that was incredibly stressful for our family. She helped make the area safe, redirected customers so we had room and privacy to support my son, and repeatedly checked in to ask if we needed anything. She never made us feel like a burden or an inconvenience. I cannot put into words how much that meant to me. In one of our hardest moments, she showed humanity and kindness. Autism awareness and understanding matter, and yesterday Valeria demonstrated exactly what that looks like. Thank you, Valeria. You left me speechless, and I will never forget the compassion you showed my son and our family.
