I was informed they just had inventory and the District Manager had messed up their counts. I called the DM left a voice mail and texted him. He did not respond to either. After 2 hours my husband went in looked on the showroom floor and found his size tire. Manager refused to sell us that tire because it was more money than the one she quoted. My husband told her we weren't concerned about the price he just needed a tire. But to just let us sit there for 2 hours was ridiculous. Needless to say we left without a tire. Very poor customer services. We could visibly see technicians drinking coffee and energy drinks they were all walking around playing on their phones. I'll be surprised if this place is open in a year!
