Other tiler installers, during the bidding process, told us to replace the existing shower glass (which would have been $$), or they said they didn't want to deal with the glass. Not only was Victor able to use the same glass (getting the measurements of the new tile work to fit the previous shower glass to a T), but he also had one of his contacts re-install the shower glass after the tile work was completed. We originally wanted a marble entry, but we were worried it was too delicate for our home with a little one. We contacted several people to do a re-tiling job in our guest bathroom. I'm really happy that we went with JV pro tile. The price was great, and I cannot imagine better quality of work or attention to detail. Their communication throughout was excellent, and they even took on some tasks outside of the scope of their work to make sure that they delivered a high quality finish. For example, one wall that they were tiling was missing a few studs, or had them placed too far apart. They added more studs to make sure that the wall would be solid and hold up to the test of time without adding any extra costs.
