They correctly identified all the areas that needed to be worked on, answered all of my questions ranging from car parts to insurance, we're always prompt, and I was always able to get ahold of them through the phone. Matt and Arsenio went above and beyond with service and their thoroughness. Not only was my car fixed of any debris casualties, little scratches were buffed out on the car, the inside was vacuumed to ensure no debris from the repair was leftover, but they also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and when it would be available for pick up. My car had to be in the shop during Hurricane Milton but they took great care of it and Matt was able to schedule parts and pick-up so that I could get my car back as soon as I could. The cherry on top: I asked for quotes without insurance involvement at all 4 body shops and Gerber was still the cheapest.
