She is so meticulous and careful in her application process. It's peaceful and comfortable and she's so nice. Her shop is always clean and pleasant to be in. There's really never other people because she's very good at scheduling all her clients with some time in between. I can't really compare her prices to others because she's the only lash esthetician that I've ever been to. But from my research, she's in line with the prices of most lash places. The technician removed these horrible lashes that I had gotten at amazing lash in Englewood. The old ones were clumpy, uneven, itched like CRAZY, and just plain gross looking (think Snooki after a long night of drinking!) My new lashes are beautiful, soft, natural looking, and most importantly, super comfortable! I'm so glad i came to Keicos to get them repaired right away instead of suffering for another 2 weeks. There's only a couple of spots in the parking lot, look for the sign that says "reserved for labo de lash." Don't park in the kuba diner spots, otherwise, you get towed. They give you a lock to lock your stuff in a locker. Staff members were wearing masks. My friend loves this place and recommended me here and I can see why. The place is super clean and relaxing with spa music. The technician was super gentle and kind. The lash lift looked very natural. Although I thought my lashes just weren't long enough for it to look good on me. But great experience higly recommend! Would definitely come back again. Tip them by putting money into the small white envelope at the front desk.

There was a miscommunication about one of the services I received. They had three employees get involved just to explain it to me. I felt like I was put on display. They were being really loud about it and making me uncomfortable. I ended up just paying so I wouldn't be embarrassed. The second issue was regarding Venmo. Recently they started accepting Venmo for payment but apparently they no longer are accepting Venmo. This wasn't communicated to me beforehand. The owner told me next time to check with him first. He was polite about it but after the other ordeal it just felt like a frustrating experience. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me afterwards to apologize for how it was handled.
