I needed a very hard to find hatchback window for my Toyota wagon, and there were only 4 in the country. And at the point where I had all but given up getting one because of the cost of shipping, Isaiah said on the phone Isaiah that they just got a whole hatchback in the day before. And he quoted a low price for it, $150. Overjoyed I went out to pick it up, planning to have a body shop install it with all its many electrical connections. Phil pulled the hatchback off the wrecked Toyota, and Isaiah said they would install it for me. I never asked! But he said that I would need to do the electrical myself, which involved a lot of time to remove so many plastic panels to get access. However between both Phil and Isaiah, they did the electrical connections too! I was dumbfounded with appreciation for what they did, service way way beyond the call. I called a couple of places in Bellevue, but they could not get me in for over a week, and I got quotes like $600.00 to do the install. I almost did not call Brad's because they were in Seattle, plus they typically work on Mustang's and Corvette's. And I have a Durango. I called them, they said we will call you back , usually we don't work on Dodge. Shortly after they did call back, asked how soon I wanted it done, and said bring it on over now. It took them 1hour. Charged $300. When it was up on the lift , everything looked great, and sounds much better than my factory performance exhaust.

PAB is located just down the street from the Lucid dealership, which makes any vehicle transfers easy, and I can't recommend them enough. They even detailed the entire car before returning it to me!

Prior to setting up his own business, he worked in a machine shop that specialized in rebuilding air-cooled VW engines. In short, he knows these engines inside and out. Aside from his mechanical prowess, he is also an extremely conscientious, and totally trustworthy guy. He'll tell you, for example, if you really need to jump on a fix or can safely put it off for awhile. He'll also try to find alternative solutions that will save you money, if money is a concern. Some of the other things I've learned about Mike over the years: he has an MA in Comparative Literature, he's an accomplished pianist (maybe one reason you can almost always hear classical music when you visit his shop), and he's an avid hiker and camper.

After bringing my car in there not only I was happy with the service, but Don the owner was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helped walk me all the way through what my car needed. He is a really good guy and knows his cars, and the work he did on my car was far superior than what than the dealer had tried to fix on my car. Don had to fix an air suspension issue that the dealer tried 3 times and was unable to ever get fixed. Don had it fixed in a day, and it has worked perfect ever since. DISAPPOINTED - I really wanted to feel good about David's service, but I was super disappointed. I…read moreselected the full interior and exterior detail package for over $550, and when I arrived to pick up my car, it didn't look any better than if it had just been washed and vacuumed at a regular car wash. I felt bad asking the gal at the front desk if she wouldn't mind having the detailers go over a few more areas so it would look a little better, and she was kind enough to do so -- but it was still subpar. I didn't want to make too big of a deal about the situation, so I left. However, when I pulled over into a parking lot to look over the "details" on my car, I noticed many more things that weren't clean. Several areas hadn't been vacuumed, the tops and edges of the windows were still dirty, the wheel wells and side rails hadn't been touched, and the cover for my cup holder had some kind of dirt or dried cleaner all over the wood (which wasn't there before I dropped it off). The paint still had a rough finish -- they were supposed to clay bar it, but I don't think that happened, because whenever I clay bar my car it's perfectly smooth afterward. Even worse, they had sprayed so much water into my center console that there were puddles throughout the entire compartment, including on the battery at the bottom. Whatever solution they used on my interior dash caused a permanent defect on the plastic surrounding my gear shift. I did not receive a full detail by any stretch -- and in some cases, my car was worse than when I dropped it off. I rarely leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but I tried contacting David via phone and email 5-6 times and never heard back from him. He had one of his employees call me to leave a message, but even after I specifically asked several times for him to contact me personally, he never did. In my messages, I asked for a partial refund (as that seemed fair given the situation), but he never responded to that request either. His employee eventually left a message saying I could bring my car back and they would detail it again, but after this experience, I'm not comfortable leaving my car there. I wish David had cared enough to contact me directly -- ignoring my voicemails and emails is just bad business, in my opinion.
