After walking the aisles and not spotting hubcaps, I approached the front counter and was warmly greeted by a worker. I asked about hubcaps and she asked what size my tires were. I had taken a few pictures and she looked at them, then offered to take a look at the car. We walked out to my car and they were 15 inch tires. We went back inside the store and she showed me three options they had for hubcaps at that size (two silver and one black and gray). I decided to go with the black and gray ones, which came in a 4-pack. The total with tax was less than $60. On Monday 21 July 2025, I went to install one and found it appeared to be too flat to install on the tire of my car (the plastic of the hubcap pressed against the metal of the wheel/tire such that it impeded the hubcap properly snapping into place). After removing any smudges from the hubcap I attempted to install and putting everything back in the original packaging, I came back to the store this morning (Tuesday 22 July 2025) to see if I could return the item. My inquiry was processed by an alert worker and I was issued a full refund. While the item did not work, my overall shopping experience was excellent.

They gave me the number to a mobile mechanic and I had to pay an additional $40 for the installation. The mechanic that showed up was no more "professional" than anyone working there. When I asked the mobile mechanic how to dispose of the old battery, he explained that O'Reilly had charged me a disposal fee and if I return the old battery to them, I will get my money back. O'Reilly employees never mentioned this. I won't be spending any more money here.

If you get to work with David Dunn you're getting a guy that knows his stuff, and goes way above and beyond to help you out! We've come to him several times for multiple cars and every time he knows exactly what we need and if there's multiple options he weighs the pros and cons of our needs. He's even told us about things we never thought about for future maintenance and potential selling down the line. But at the end of the day, everyone knows their stuff and the location has good supply and availability for most parts. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase.
