This business and its staff are incredibly accommodating. Since I am not one to regularly use the services of an auto parts store, I walked in with only the (thankful) recommendation of a knowledgeable family member who regularly does business with the folks at Edmonds O'Reilley's. Following his instructions, I called the store about locating the correct required replacement parts for 2 exterior light bulbs (that are required by law to be lit). On Mon Fed 2, I spoke to Jessica, parts manager, who found the correct bulbs in their stock and offered 3 levels of lighting products. I took her recommendation for the higher end LED version of bulbs, which she left in pick-up later storage to be picked up on Wed. She referred me to (another) Jessica who did indeed help. She also kindly replaced said pair of new LED lights to make me street legal. Both ladies helped this needy customer. I was happy I was referred to this store that was generous in its assistance and effort to help a customer. The guy who helped me was patient while I asked a bunch of questions about the results of the check engine light scan we did on a new car i had just bought. He could tell I didnt know much about car mechanics but was interested in learning, so he suggested watching youtube videos of what my car needed done. I was greeted today by Mr. Lucky charms with the orange hair. He was very rude. I have been in this place several times I've spent lots of money here they have always been quite decent. However, I requested his help to do the diagnostic test on my car and he had a very stinky attitude I told him I could use a different store with an attitude like that I don't need his service. I will definitely not recommend this place because this I have never went in this place with a bad attitude, but I will give you the same attitude you give me you wanna come at me all crazy with a crappy attitude I'm gonna come right back at you with a crappy attitude. My car is getting older and seems to have a lot of problems. Lately I find myself here a lot, but the good news is that the people working at this location are always super helpful and able to assist me. I usually go with my partner, but I think I would be perfectly comfortable trying to seek help here on my own. I often feel too inadequate to discuss car concerns and worry that people might try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but I don't think that would happen here. This spot is centrally located, with a big parking lot and they are always willing to let you use that tool that reads the check engine codes. They also sell a lot of things I always feel like I need, like air fresheners and seat covers. There's tons of auto part places in the area, but this one is my go to. I recently bought some new headlights and felt the person helping me decide which version to buy did an excellent job helping me figure out what the differences were between all the options available. I just had to go in again to try to get some kind of internal tube and couldn't identify it by name, but they were able to search it out in the computer and worked as a team to do so. This store was out of the particular part we needed, but they made arrangements for us to go pick it up at another location a few miles up the road. They even wrote down the address, and had we been too lazy to drive to the location, they could have had it delivered to this location a few hours later. I really appreciate the level of assistance and recommend that everyone utilize this location to get their car part needs met. read more

Highly recommend this location just for Harry's professionalism and kindness. Our car battery died and we waited 3 hours for AAA just to not have the battery replacement we needed. Once our car was jump started we were able to make it to this location where Harry helped us quickly install the battery and taught us how to install it and things to look out for. After nearly two years of owning my car, I got a warning light that the battery in my key fob was running low. I happened to spot this O'Reilly Auto Parts on the side of the road and quickly pulled in. I was assisted at the counter almost immediately by Tyler, who took apart my key fob, found the right battery, installed it, and put the key fob back together. It was amazing customer service at its finest. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, with a fully functioning key fob. Sometimes it's the little things in life that make the five star experiences, and this was definitely one of those! read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted even though she was with a customer. The store was busy as each and every employee was at till. I quickly found the #1 rated blades on google, the BOS-FS. It was apparent we had something in common so I swooped em Size 28 and 13 is what I needed but all I could find was 28 and 15, so I figured I was good. As I became next in line to check out the OG had to push an over tittied 80's baby to get to a till like a papa eagle pushing an offsprey out the nest for his first flight. OG quickly seen I had a 15 and not a 13 I told him that I didn't see a 13 so he went back and grabbed the proper size. After single punching in one number slowly as he repeated my number back to me. OG asked him if he knew how to put on wipers he quickly answered yes. I knew he was BS'n, OG took it upon himself to come out and put on the new blades and had me swipe em to make sure they stayed on and took my old blades and boxes inside to dispose of em.
