The items are the same quality as the regular store, but at a much lower cost. A brand new J. Crew Factory store just opened last week in West Hartford's Corbin's Corner. The store has a great layout, and plenty of great summer pieces, for men, women and children. Most of the store is currently on sale for 40 - 50% off. Since this store is brand new, the exterior is still under construction, but It's what's on the inside that matters. The sales associates are friendly and answered all my questions. I've already been here twice since they opened last week. I'm glad to have a factory store nearby now. It's a good idea to come in frequently as new stock comes in often.

I made an appointment for the United to pick up the unit 3 weeks from my visit date. The service person informed me that I am first on the schedule for pickup on 3/26. Further, he said that the driver arrives at 8AM and he should be at my house no later than 10AM. I thought, "Fantastic!". At 11AM, I called the Service department to enquire about the schedule as no driver had arrived. I was told that there was no notation of a morning pickup on the paperwork, but the driver will show shortly. Well, at 2:30 PM there was still no pickup and when I called Service yet again, they said that the driver was still out on first round of pickups and they could not contact him. This is my second negative experience with the service organization in Farmington. Previously, they serviced my prior John Deere lawn tractor which took an excessive amount of time to repair (4 weeks as I recall) and was very pricy. Consequently, I cancelled the 3/26 service pickup appointment and am going with a different service provider. I recommend keeping clear of AG Service in Farmington, CT. Paul

He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

It's kind of off the beaten path so I hope they get more traffic. It's a cute store and they have a nice selection of shoes for kids.
