The quality of the items is average, while the prices don't reflect that. They also have some silly knickknacks, that are cute, but can be much less expensive at other retailers. They have a large assortment of fashion jewelry, in particular earrings, they are all categorized by color. I have purchased some items here over the years. This is by no means my go to store. If I'm meeting someone in town, I'll sometimes browse through Francesca's till they're ready to meet. If I was still in high school maybe I'd be more drawn to shopping here more frequently. We'll be attending a Charity Banquet and Ball in a few weeks, and she was looking for a dress to wear. She found a beauty - a nice red Calvin Klein dress stickered at $134 but tagged at just $49.97. That's 62% off. Customer service was great. When we went to the register to pay, we saw a minor stitching defect at the back of the dress. Our cashier arranged for a runner to head back to the rack with us and we found the exact same dress in perfect condition. No complaints at all.
