I have bought three cars from them The second one started having battery issues I had already bought a new battery but they insisted on putting a new charger ne in which cost me $200.00 Add that on top of the new one I had already put in. Couple weeks later same issue I had to but a jump box in order to crank it They worked on it Five times and still couldn't get it fixed Finally they put me in another vehicle and I haven't had any issues I read reviews where people bash them But they even rented me a car for three days Because I live 2 1/2 hrs away from Bowling Green They tried everything to fix the van but they finally decided to put me in another one And the money I had already paid on the Van they used that for a down payment on the other one I got the same type of vehicle as I had bought just a newer year I can't remember the Ladies name over there Mechanic shop But she worked hard and they left no stone unturned to try and fox the van They treated me with Respect and worked hard to resolve the issue My advice to anyone is If you test drive a vehicle no matter where you are buying it Take it to a mechanic and have it checked out Bob the Manager went the extra mile by getting me a rental which he didn't have to do He put me in a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country which was newer than the one I had I couldn't ask to be treated any better They went the extra mile to fix the van But Bob put me in another vehicle I did test drive a couple of vehicles but chose to stay with the van I would recommend them to anyone Heres a tip when you test drive a vehicle and something is wrong tell them immediately if that's the vehicle you want they will fix it and get you going Its your responsibility to check out everything or get a mechanic to But I Highly recommend them read more

I purchased my 2013 Jeep Patriot in July of this year. Since then I've had to have something replaced once a month. Within a week my transmission failed. When they replaced it, my radiator was cracked on return. When they replaced the radiator, my battery died. Now here it is November and I have to replace the alternator. I spoke with Charlie the GM once after trying to contact him for over a month. I was only able to get through because I made NUMEROUS complaints that finally made it to corporate. This phone call was short as He made it clear once the car leaves the lot it's no longer Byriders concern unless you miss a payment. my life has been made more stressful from my contract with this particular location. I don't know how badly you need transportation, but PLEASE do yourself a favor and bypass Byrider of Madison Tn!!! read more

An extremely rough start at the Murfreesboro location where I purchased the car , took 5 hrs got the process , was there 10 minutes prior to opening , not sure if it was the Covid pandemic but they simply did nt answer numerous calls , difficult finding mechanics , bought car after being asked for a larger down payment , , from $500 to 1300 , I pulled it off , in one day radio went out , in three weeks after AC went in the 97 degree heat , it took a few months but issues were solved and they covered all the expenses, now satisfied I'm upgrading rating to a 4 read more

Please don't go here. They give you bad cars, charge more for a warranty that doesn't cover all things you will pay. They charge the highest allowed interest rate in the state of TN without checking your credit, though credit checks would get a better interest rate. They lie and say it's to help credit, but adding a huge chunk of a debt doesn't help anyone's credit. They take the money out every two weeks, but that's the price of a new car when you look at what you are paying with the 20% interest. The employees look blanked face and pretend that fixing a car every month is normal. This place should be sued. read more

After my divorce, my credit was less then perfect. I came across this dealership and I have to say, I'm incredibly pleased. They financed me in an 06 Hyundai, with payments I can actually afford. PLUS every car comes with a 2 year/24k mile warranty. So when my battery went out earlier this year, I paid $25 total for labor and parts.... Recently I had to take the car in for service (brake lights were out, it was the switch) and since my warranty had expired, I was very afraid of how much it was going to cost me. In just 2 hours I had not only a new brake switch, but a new bulb and a new O2 Sensor. Parts and Labor were less then $70 out the door. Very impressive! I would recommend this company to anyone that's trying to get back on their feet. They've been amazing! read more

IVE BEEN LIED TOO! They played me out of getting all of my information just to deny me ! It's a SCAM! I was up front an HONEST about my situation w/ "ANDREW VEHICLES" on fb messenger all for them to deny me once an application was run! I make WELL OVER the $1,200 "that qualifies you" WHICH IT STATES ON EVERY POST & was still denied. All of their post say that they take repossessions bad credit no credit but yet I was still denied with making well over $1200 a month. Then I spoke to Sean who did my application one night and never heard back from him. I then had to call in the next day to only speak to the sales manager who tried to convince me everybody doesn't get approved meanwhile their Facebook page says different. They are false advertising all of their post that says 1200 down qualifies you because if that was the case I'd be in a car because $1200 qualifies me. Not because of my credit which they said did not matter. Worst place ever wouldn't recommend shopping or viewing on Facebook I have reported the page and then turned around to try to message Andrew to find out they only blocked me once they got all of my information. This place is very unprofessional. Their advertising says that you don't need good credit, and also states low down payments and low monthly payments. The first time I came in the man collected a lot of information from me only to tell me that I wasn't approved and that I would need a cobuyer. The second time I came in with my mom to sign as my cobuyer with that in mind that my mom has very good credit and a great job. They collected so much information from me and from my mom and kept asking for more proof of income and deposits that they did not even need. We were there for a total of 3 hours and still were not done with the approval process. The man then comes out with keys to different cars on the lot and tells us to go outside and find the cars and see which one we wanted to test drive. Still had not discussed payments or anything with us. We picked 2 cars and test drove them both. They were okay cars but the interiors were still dirty and not what you would expect even for a used car lot. One of the cars needed an oil change as well so it was obvious the cars aren't serviced as frequently as they should be. We came back from test driving and told them which car we chose and they still were not done with the approval process and needed even more information from my mom. 4 hours had passed and finally the man was ready to talk pricing with us. I was going to put $400 down on the car I chose. He comes back and says that they wanted $1,400 for the car I picked so they were going to split the rest of the down payment and have me paying $250 every 2 weeks until the rest of the down payment was paid off and then after that my normal payments would begin and they wanted $213 every 2 weeks for that car. My mom and I were both unsatisfied with the amount of time it even took them to discuss the payments with us and also the amount of the payments they wanted. We told the man no thank you we will just go somewhere else. He got mad immediately and says "Well why don't you just pick a cheaper car!?" Knowing that he didn't give us any cheaper options. My mom told him that we weren't satisfied with how long the process was taking and how they never discussed pricing with us even before we were given choices of cars to test drive and pretty much telling him that he wasted 4 hours of our time. He got mad and was trying to argue with my mom and then says "Go waste 4 hours somewhere else then!" I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have low credit. They absolutely DO NOT work with people with low credit and they absolutely do not do low monthly payments like they advertise. And the sales people are just flat out rude and pushy. They do not even care what you can afford. They will try to push something on you knowing that it's way out of your price range because they do not even care to ask what price range you're looking for. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I spoke on the phone and set up my appointment to look at cars. When I got there NOBODY GREETED ME. I have worked in retail and in the restaurant business and I'm sure this applies to all businesses: MAKE THE CUSTOMER A PRIORITY. I had to stand there for 5 minutes before I was spoken to. It took 30 minutes for the guy to talk to me. He was snippy and clearly hates his job. SORRY THAT IM AN INCONVENIENCE TO YOU BUT IM A PAYING CUSTOMER. Once he came back to work with me he didn't explain the process or why he was asking me so many questions. If you don't make me trust your company and you personally, how do you expect to make money? If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke with someone and told them which car I was looking at & set up an appointment for 10 the following morning. Got there a little before. 10 came and went & the person that I had an appointment with was NOWHERE in sight. Then the salesman finally gets there and he wasted so much time stopping to chat about a game with his coworker. Then another salesman interrupts us in the middle of talking about a car to tell my salesman that another lady (who got there after me) is ready for him. Finally go through the process and the salesman shows me like 3-4 other cars- NOT THE ONE I MENTIONED BEING INTERESTED IN! Every car smelled like cigarettes and bad life choices, has disgusting seats& interior, and has over 100,000 miles. The first car needed an alignment, the 2nd car had something that sounded loose under the hood, & the 3rd needed brakes replaced. After asking multiple times about the car I called about- the salesman FINALLY tells me that the car I was interested in was ALREADY SOLD! Wasted over 4 hours, and left with NO CAR. The cars cost way too much for the mileage and condition. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Run FAR FAR away. read more
