While this is just a driver, i attend shows just to have fun and meet other classic car owners.

This is a friendly dealership, and the staff is very helpful without being pushy. That said, don't expect to find a creampuff on the lot priced at a third of the Mecum and Barrett Jackson offerings (although some unicorns do exist). These are decades-old classics, and previous owners may not disclose everything. Nick does his best to point out flaws, but you need to do your own inspection. I chose my dream car, and went into the transaction expecting to get a "project" car that I could spend time tinkering. The flaws were typical ones, which didn't faze me, and I discovered others later once I took possession. But these are simple vehicles, and I welcome the challenges. It's been almost a year and it's a pleasure to drive. I did make a few upgrades though. Sharing pics of the car when purchased, and pics of it today.

BUT - if you want to have fun during what can be one of the most stressful experiences, go here and ask for Calob Grisham. I had SO MUCH anxiety about having to go through the purchasing process after my previous car was totaled, but because of Calob and his team, I had a blast and left with the Jeep of my dreams. Who enjoys car shopping? I never expected it to be such a fun experience. It all started when I let them know I was coming on my lunch break from work to look at the Jeep. When I got there, it was pulled up to the front and had my name on the windshield. Was it a sales tactic? Probably. Did it work? Hell yes it did. Calob and his team spent almost four hours with me and were never impatient. He didn't act like one of those cheesy car salespeople that act like you HAVE to buy the car RIGHT NOW or else the world will end. In fact, it was the opposite. Once I told him I wanted that Jeep, he and his team moved heaven and earth to make sure I could take it home that day, gave me an AMAZING deal, and even helped me get my rental back to the company. In a perfect world, I could not imagine anything that could have made that experience better. Thanks Calob!! #CallCalob #CalobCares

Philip Datillo (GM of Sales at Rhythm Jeep) admitted they don't know how to fix my daughter's car…read more-- then refused service. Avoid Rhythm Jeep & Philip Datillo! My daughter bought a certified pre-owned Jeep. It's been in their shop 6 times, and now Philip Datillo (GM of Sales) told us they're refusing to service it any longer. He admitted they don't know what's wrong and said not to bring it back -- even though the Service Manager (Gary) confirmed in writing that there IS an issue. They are fully aware the car has a safety problem but are washing their hands of it and sending her back on the road. When I asked to speak to the GM of the dealership, I waited over 4 hours in their lobby and got nothing but excuses and lies ("he's on a conference call" "we don't know where he is or if he's coming in today"). When Jeep corporate called on my behalf to speak to the service manager (Gary) she was told he was out to lunch. Philip told me that he was out of state at a funeral. This dealership has zero integrity, zero accountability, and zero concern for customer safety. Jeep corporate had to step in and send us elsewhere. If you value honesty and safety, stay FAR away from Rhythm Jeep and Philip Datillo. Nashville has other Jeep dealerships

Shortly after delivery, I discovered the steering wheel controls didn't work, multiple dashboard warnings appeared, the AC and heated seat didn't work, the car still shook while driving, and the "repaired" windshield crack was still visible. I paid for an independent inspection, which confirmed repairs were needed. I was told a faulty module could cause many of the electrical issues and advised to wait until it was replaced before reporting additional problems. It fixed nothing. Later, salesman Shawn Bowers blamed me for not reporting issues sooner, despite me following the guidance I was given. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've spent an additional $3,768.41 out of pocket, even after partial reimbursement from the dealership. Most recently, I had to replace the battery because the car is now stalling and revving at idle. Communication has been terrible. Shawn was extremely difficult to reach and constantly had excuses. He promised to call me back about helping with repairs and never did. This experience has caused my family major stress and financial burden. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against buying from CarSmart.Net.

He was lugging around a giant vape in his hand the entire time we were checking out the car and doing paperwork. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
