first off I would like to shout out 3 people from here, Joe,Jacob& Darien; they are the only ones who tried to help me out; I am a returning customer who has been treated so bad, I been dealing with issue with my car since December & they still want me to spend more money on the car; instead of putting me in something else; I have been paying a note since December & ain't been driving at all.... Jd you all got to do better when it comes to you all customers, I do valet work& we both in the customer service business & as you all customer I don't feel nothing from you all; no return calls or nothing from you all about my situation at all, this is not how you treat returning customers who gave you all praise years ago& for you all to do them like this when they come back..... read more

If I could give a -20 I would, They sell very overpriced cars with many issue. They tend to be extremely pushy during the buying process. They will try to repossess the car if you miss one payment there is no grace period. The financing department is the worse I've ever seen staff is rude and argumentative. The car I had broke down, down the street from the dealership the day I received it. They made me pay for repairs. The car continued to need repairs just to simplify things save your money they are horrible. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTSSS! They are an extremely predatory business. I would recommend going to a more reputable "second chance" car dealership! You're better off pulling 2k together and buying a car from a Craigslist ad. I will take accountability and say i should have never gone to this dealership when i was desperate because i needed to get back and forth to work. I jumped at the first offer i heard; no negotiations or anything. If you do decide to go here because you are desperate DO YOUR RESEARCH! Kelly blue book the exact car they are trying to sell you in their face and counter that amount they are charging. Question all the fees they are trying to tack onto the sticker. Now all of this may have been common knowledge for some of you but for me it wasn't and if i can help one person avoid paying close to 20x the amount the car is worth street value I am happy to help ! Take a mechanic with you if you can to the car dealership have them look under the hood. Pick those cars and greasy sales people apart !! I guarantee you not a single car on that lot is worth over 5k so please don't get got like i did! Yes i paid it off so shoutout to my credit but baby that's 18k i will never get back on an 08 Hyundai Tucson worth 1.5k on todays market. Also to add insult to injury you get no grace period on making your payment they will call you at 9am the day your payment is do saying they haven't received it as if you still don't have the rest of that day to make the payment. They only provide a "warranty" on like the smaller things oil changes and such anything else you're paying out of pocket to have fixed. Also the staff attitude SUCKS worse than the price of those beaters they have on that lot. Please y'all take the bus, train, carpool with that annoying co worker a little while longer until you can pull together enough money to not visit this place or pay for the car upfront. I would not recommend getting a car from here it was the worst unprofessional experience I've ever experienced. I got a car from here and the next day the check engine light came on and it broke down. They had to send a tow truck to my house so that they could take it to services. After that, I got the car back but I had to take it back up there a second time for the same problem. Mind you I haven't even had the car a full month yet. Every time I called about the car needing to be fixed services made it seem somewhat like a burden. Y'all gave me a broken-down vehicle. I also called finances to talk about a possible switch out and my second down payment. It was a male on the phone. He was no help at all, very one-worded and unreasonable. On June 25, 2020 we had a bad storm when I went to my car and it was flooded from the sun roof I reached out to the dealership on numerous occasions and no response I went in there today and was greeted by the service manager Al he was very rude and unprofessional he said I had to spend all this money to fix the sun roof for a defected car they sold me I didn't even have the car for a month now I'm stuck with a truck I can't even drive because it has flooded over 5 times and it stinks please do not purchase from this location I have filed complaints with everybody I can think of they blocked me off their Facebook page so I won't let other buyers know buyer beware and only gave a star to post read more

it broke down the day after, that was my sign!! this place is not good. save the money, put in down on a other care some where else. if your credit needs improving find another way. they sell you a car that is half way on it's way out and then you spend the three years fixing the car and trying to pay a note of $400 a month. your credit score will rise given the car doesn't give out on you first. i have had my car for over a year now it's a '06 chrysler sebring. knowing that it would come with some issues, yes, cause it over 10 years. the issues it came with made me wonder why they sold it if there intentions where to truly help!! here is the cycle get the car pay the note on time than ever month spend fixing the car something is always and i mean always worng. everytime you get an oil change some happens. every time they (so called fix) something something else just happens to magical break down. so you shell out hundred fixing a car that you still have to pay a note and insurance on, that may or may not get you back and forth to work to make money to pay the bill so that you credit will improve. you go broke fixing the car and then have no money lefted for the note and then you credit smh the very thing you thought they where helping you with is shot. 1 year i've spent over $10,000. i could have saved that miney and put it down in a safe and reliable car that would have still helped my credit and i won't be afraid to drive the car. all of by riders aren't bad, but this one in south holland illinois stay clear of. who ever owns it had bad choice in cars and are not trying to help at all read more

They are unprofessional they prey on people who are in real need of a car but the APR % are jacked up sky high & it takes you like 3-4 years just to pay the bank back if you finance . Samone is a great sales representative, which is more than I can say about the store manager who wouldn't you think that their customer service would be superb considering they are the whole stores manager. Horrible place you can't be one day late on your car note. I've been excellent on my payments needed one day was threanted that they don't care about why it didn't matter. One day is like a month is what I was told. Customer service was terrible about it its a living hell. The warranty is a joke you will come out of pocket trust me. They are extremely ignorant and rude. They talk to you like you are crazy and they are very condescending. Monique is probably one of the day worst ones. She basically said fuck my kid because they were sick and I needed to split my payment or delay it a day. They say they are here to help they are liars! This location is horrible! They are very janky, their cars are over priced and they love to work "under the table" . I would not recomend this place of business to anyone in search of a vehicle. Their payments are due every 2 weeks and you can be assured that they will call you every 2 weeks , EARLY in the morning to request your payment. They will harass you until the very end!
