Ordered the 14.95 snow crab legs... Look at these two pictures. The healthy looking batch in the pan is from their competitor, the foam plate is from Mr. Crab. While I want to support Mr. Crab as it appears to be a Black owned business, their plate looked nice but the legs were horrible. They were overcooked, so no snap in the shells and therefore, I had to peel them open to scrape the meat out. I had a piece of corn and potato with it, which again, looked good, but was barely better than bland. Lastly, I ordered catfish. That wasn't bad really. It was maybe a 6.5 to 7 in taste and texture. I don't have a picture, but I had catfish from the same competitor once before and I would rate their catfish two points higher without pause. Overall, disappointing, Mr. Crab. Very disappointing. * I posted the same review on Google maps but, when I found my review, the pics weren't there. WTF Google? Anyway. I saw people mention staff and environment, and I agree. So, I am absolutely a seafood connoisseur (that's what I think anyway) and visited this establishment last week. I was so impressed with the customer service that the owner Victor showed me because believe it or not, that makes the difference. The food could be mediocre and if the customer service is good, you could have a loyal customer for life. So having great food AND good customer service is a win win for all involved. My salad was awesome. My lobster tails were steamed just right and seasoned excellently. I will definitely be back. read more

Great quick pick up seafood spot. Me and my boyfriend love to order from here on uber eats! Everything is always well seasoned and delicious. Never a chance for left overs lol. We have gotten the crab legs, crawfish, shrimp and sausage pasta. Yet to be disappointed! And everyone i have recommended this place to loves it as well! This place is a breath of fresh air for this area. It is tucked away in the shopping center so not easily located. The food is great and so many menu choices. You get a bit of soul food with a Cajun New Orleans feel. I have been here 3 times and the service is what makes me come back. They have always been pleasant when me and my daughter visit. 1st time here.... was out looking for a quick seafood spot and came across this one. I was impressed, I got a seafood boil minus the sausage (I don't eat pork) and some fries with a slice of key lime cake. The food was fresh, nicely seasoned ( not salty like those other places). My food was cold. The fish had so much salt on it I couldn't eat it. The corn and potatoes have no taste on it they drizzled a little bit of seasoning on it to make it look pretty but it did not taste good. Love the food here, but they need a SERIOUS 101 in Business Professional and Customer Service. The frontend people are GHETTO and act as if they're doing you a favor instead of it being the other way around. The females that work there seem to have a since of entitlement being it a family business and treat it like they're at home rather than a business serving the public. The owner is this older dude who sits around looking on until shyt hits the fan then he steps in when he should put a cap on the rudeness and disrespect these workers show while doing what's supposed to be their jobs. I have been to this resturant before. The customer service was average for a place where most orders are take out. However, I witnessed an incident today that was so unprofessional, my husband and I have decided not to return. I cannot claim to know what happened between the customer and the manager, but upon the customer deciding that he no longer wanted an order that was being remade (im assuming was due to negligence on the businesses end. I could be wrong.). He stated that he didnt feel that he could trust that the food would be prepared properly and that he wanted his money back. He was promptly told that he would not be getting his money back and that he could stay and wait for the food. That would be his only option. The way the manager spoke to the customer was brash and unprofessional. She told him that they dont give refunds. He was respectful even through the unprofessionalism. I make a conscious effort to support black owned businesses but will not be giving this restaurant another cent. I have eaten here several times and prior to today the food and service were both wonderful. Today I ordered a combo, two a la carte items, and extra sides to accompany them. I was told that it would take twenty minutes to prepare my order. It actually took closer to an hour and a half. I waited while a couple of dine in customers were served and multiple takeout customers came in, placed and received their orders and left. My daughter even took a nap. I joked with the cashier about her applying her lipstick multiple times during my wait and her inadvertently trying to give me someone else's order at one point and having to tell her it wasn't mine. I was pleasant the whole time and she thanked me for my patience. The problem arose when I got home and realized that I had not been given the sides that came with the combo or the extras that I ordered, and went immediately back to the restaurant. Upon seeing me, she motioned for me to come to the front. I politely told her what I was missing and her whole demeanor changed at that point. Even though I had spent $30 plus dollars and an hour and a half there, she wasn't willing to give me the the hushpuppies, onion rings, and coleslaw she had left out. She became very testy and confrontational, so I said that's fine ma'am I simply won't be back. At that point she told me how little she cared about what I did and made numerous other comments that illicited laughter from some of the other patrons there. I've been to this location twice for dinner and their food is very good. So today, I went to order again, but upon entering and approaching the cashier to order, she never acknowledged I was there. Even after getting off the phone from an incoming order, she never said anything. So I told her I was ready and she STILL ignored me. So I went into the establishment today. I placed my order and my card was swiped at 1:49pm. I went to sit on the bench until my order was done. There were three people in line behind me that resulted in two orders placed at the register. Two others walked in well after I placed my order. I began to notice that EVERYONE that came and places an order after me (not a call in order) and paid at the register was leaving after me. I wanted to ask how much longer so I could notify my relief via text message as her lunch depends on mine. The woman at the register was so rude that she did not allow me to even ask the question fully before sticking her hand out in a stop sign fashion to tell me ' ma'am, I dont know but folks place their order well before yours' when I know damn well everyone after me was waited on and had gone. There was another girl in the lobby when I came in that was sitting at the door and her order was also late with folks that came in WELL after her that got food and left before she did and all she had was the shrimp combo. It is obvious that my order was not cooked in the order it was received and instead of someone trying to remedy the problem I SAT another almost 15 minutes because my fries were cooking. So, 45 minutes for two pieces of whiting, fries, and a ten piece lemon pepper wing with fries, a piece of cake and sweet team is not a good use of my time to have to wait for almost an hour.
