Because of the shared line we had to interact with both plumbers. We were actually harassed by the other one in the middle of the night. The pumper (who was great) said there was something wrong with the pump and we needed to get a tech out as it was an emergency. He pumped out that tank too which cost $300 extra. The tech showed up a few days later and it was clear he didn't want to be there. It was the end of the day. He told us he was leaving the company in a week. He opened the tank, looked inside, and said everything was fine and he didn't know what the pumper was talking about. He claimed it must be something electrical and left. This cost $$$. He didn't pull out the pump. Didn't inspect it in any way. Three days later, we looked in the tank and it was almost full again. We called another company. They came out and within 5 minutes diagnosed that the electric was fine and the pump wasn't working. Replaced the pump and everything is fine now. This cost another $$$. We reached out to them with our concerns and they told us WE WERE THE CROOKS and they should have charged us more. I am shocked and disappointed by this intentional misdiagnosis by their employee and their complete lack of professionalism or care for their customers. I feel strongly we should get the money back for the tech visit and the extra pumping fee as it was completely full again due to their incompetence.

They came out pumped the poo & left. Pricing was average, they showed up as expected and did the job. Fast forward 3 years later and The Septic Group came out to pump out and perform a county inspection for sale & purchase of home. From beginning to end these guys were on top of it! I needed to change the appointment multiple times, very easy and smart admin staff. The day of appointment the tech showed up early to dig and pump, the inspector came out with in an hour & was easy to talk too and knowledgeable. They completed the job within 2.5 hours. The inspection results and copies of completed filed report in my inbox within 5 days. Hot dog!!! My real story was thrilled.
