The reports are exhaustive, and they provide lots of details on what's okay or not, and any action to be taken. No home is perfect, but we were able to purchase with a lot more confidence in what we were getting, which helps to take the stress down on a very very stressful time.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

He does a very complete inspection. He emailed me the report the same day. It is very useful since I know what projects to work on first. He is an expert. He answered my questions with ease and I will continue to use him for future homes I buy. The $595 fee was very fair. He spent over 4 hours at my house yesterday and i feel so relieved that I know the condition of my house. His work is exceptional.

When we arrived at the house, the seller didn't have the power or heat on, so Jay recommended we reschedule so he could do a thorough inspection. Once all the power and heat was turned on, Jay went above and beyond going through all the parts of the house. He pointed out everything they needed to repaired and gave rough estimates and referrals throughout the house. The thing that really stood out though was that Jay was straightforward and honest in his assessment. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.

First time homeowner here, *aka newbie* and our 12 month warranty is expiring in august…read more Elena came highly recommended by the neighbors and so I set up an appointment with her. She was on time (actually, 4 minutes early. SCORE) and very delightful. She explained the process and was open to my questions. You'd think having someone creeping through your house would be distracting, however we didn't even really notice her. It was great. She was thorough and honest. She found a leak we were unaware of and had a lot of recommendations and things we should notify the homebuilder of. I know she spent a lot of time (and lost some sleep!) on our official report but I know that it's complete and I'm so grateful for her.

Elena immediately put my buyer at ease and took a generous amount of time explaining what she was going to be looking for, explaining what she had found, showing my buyer the areas of which could be a concern and then following up with any safety issues. She did this inspection on very short notice and responded within 24 hours with the report even though she was leaving on vacation just a few hours later. I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years and I would highly recommend Inspector Myers for a home inspections. Elena went above and beyond what I was expecting for my client!

A DEMOLISHING COMPANY WITH A HEART!…read more I can't say enough good things about Affordable Environmental, the owner Tony Chase, and his work crew. I've been trying off and on to leave a review and finally figured it out. In Spring 2023, Tony was hired to demolish a condemned 1930's farm house on my property that needed to come down. Everything was done on time, responsibly, and by the book, with asbestos abatement included. All for a very competitive price. And then the big twist happened, which really confirmed Tony's stellar reputation: After being told by the asbestos workers that there may be an old log cabin underneath the farm house, Tony took his time and "skinned" the side off, rather than just demolishing everything. He was able to do so because he is very skilled with a track hoe; it was like watching an artist at work! And sure enough, underneath was a solid log cabin structure that our local historical society estimates to be an old logging cabin from circa 1870's. Intact cabins like this are very hard to find and a historic preservationist is currently conducting research to confirm the age and ownership. But Affordable Environmental, aka Tony Chase, didn't stop there. Tony felt very strongly about keeping this historic find safe during the winter so it wouldn't deteriorate. He volunteered the materials and staff time to construct a roof structure, wrap the building in plastic, and install one of his own large dehumidifiers to keep it dry inside. And it's working! Research on this historic logging cabin can continue and perhaps grants can be found to preserve the structure for the long term. Thank you Tony Chase and the AE crew!
